I'm sitting in the library right now listening to two girls chat away in Japanese. They're studying for a Spanish exam, though, and are continually switching between Spanish, Japanese, and English. It's fascinating.

Agreed. I think it's fascinating to hear other languages being spoken -- it's just fun to hear the different pronunciations of certain things or even new sounds (such as different letters that your own language doesn't have). I always like to try and figure out what they might be saying, just based off the context of where they are and what they're doing.

Lol my mom assumes every asian language she hears is Japanese and asks me if I understand what people are saying But anyway that sounds really neat Taaj, just sitting back and listening to different languages is very fascinating.
