    Fantastic Four (Private RP)

“Starting at the seven o’ clock hour our top story. Stark Industries’ newest project, the four young superheroes now known as ‘The Fantastic Four’ have recently moved into their new base of operations at the Baxter Building in Manhattan, just off the Hudson. Our Kimberly Henderson has the story.”

“It all started around a month ago, when a mysterious masked figure on a flying board attacked Times Square. Four young people, Mary Jane Watson, Jonathan Storm, and Jennifer Walters, as well as a masked four person, all came in and saved the day. While details about the event are still being worked out by authorities, including reports of Oscorp’s possible involvement. Stark Industries announced that it will sponsor the foursome as a superhero team. Today the team has moved into its base of operations here at Baxter Building in Manhattan. While questions still remain, as too the forth member’s identity, as well as the motivation of the team. Member Jonathan Storm, who is the son of famed NASCAR driver Bobby “Quiet” Storm, has said, and I quote, ‘Dude, we’re just here to have a good time, kick super-villain ‘butt’ and look good doing it. By the way ladies, I’m single.’ I for one can state that after speaking to him, I can understand why. From The Baxter Building in Manhattan, Kimberly Henderson.”

“Dude, that Kim chick was totally checking me out.” Johnny nodded in self satisfaction as he adjusted the luggage under his arms. As he and Mary Jane Watson both took the long private elevator up to their new home from the garage where they were brought in on some of Stark’s limos to the garage below. Mary Jane smirked, “Dude I saw her roll her eyes at you more than once.” She had more than her fair share of things all wrapped up in a left arm that had gone around them numerous times in a knot. “Hey she’s a news reporter MJ, course she has to make it seem like she’s not interested. Would hamper her investigative journalism or whatever.” As the two got to the top floor the doors opened to a residence they have seen already, but still left them a bit awestruck. Tony Stark spared no expense for them. The kitchen was state of the art and kept well stocked, the living room had a big beautiful plasma TV and luxury couch, the game room had a wide assortment of arcade machines, the gym was a high tech designed to suit each of their needs perfectly, and the lab was designed mostly for Peter Parker to be his personal study and experimentation area. “Welp, I think I’m going to get situated into my room, go kill a couple hours, and then tonight we par-tay!” Johnny had been bringing up going out to a nightclub to celebrate the occasion, something MJ wasn’t considering to be a bad choice, but wanted to see what Peter thought first. “Sure Johnny, you have fun with that.” she jokingly said, putting down all of her things as her arm coiled back to a normal shape. As she waited near the elevator for Peter to arrive.

    The Baxter Building, 6:50 P.M.

Peter Parker sighed as the shutter on his rather antique looking camera flashed once more as Johnny Storm soaked in the limelight. It hadn't taken The Human Torch long to milk all the publicity he could get after the "Fantastic Four" had stopped Norman's prototype Green Goblin in the city's hub of Times Square. The Spider-Man found himself in the exact opposite position one would think he would be on. Rather than on the pedestal with the Human Torch, She-Hulk, and Ms. Fantastic, he found himself taking pictures and jotting notes as one of the reporters of the Daily Bugle, the irony of fate, some might say. "Guy's a public menace if I ever dun' seen one, wouldn't you say boss?" The young man turned his gaze to John Jonah Jameson, who had accompanied him to the Baxter Building for the first public appearance of the so-called quartet, which was missing two of it's members. "PFFT, KID'S A MENACE THAT IS FOR SURE." J.J.J. did in fact agree with Peter in what might be a rare moment. "STILL DOESN'T BEAT THOSE OTHER TWO. I MEAN THINK ABOUT IT PETER, THERE'S SHE-HULK... SHE-HULK... RELATED TO HULK. NEED I SAY MORE!? ALSO, WHERE IS THE REAL MENACE? THIS SPIDER-MAN GUY? DOESN'T EVEN SHOW HIS FACE, AND IS UP TO LORD KNOWS WHAT AT THE MOMENT." Peter grinned quite cheekely for a moment. "Oh I'm sure he's off saving kittens from trees or old-women from rogue busses, amongst other various public disservices." Another shutter flash. "So, how long is this conference? My Aunt wants me home by seven for dinner." "LOOK AT THAT ONE GIRL TOO, ALL STRETCHY AND WHAT NOT. I BET SHES A REAL HUSSY TOO." J.J.J. mumbled to himself as Peter request suddenly came to earshot. "WHA? FINE FINE I THINK WE GOT ENOUGH FROM THIS. GO AHEAD AND MAKE SURE THOSE PICTURES ARE ON MY DESK BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING OR I'LL EAT YOUR ASS FOR DINNER PETER!"

Peter had to gritt his teeth to retrain from destroying his camera with his superhuman grip, and he merely motioned his hand in a slight wave to his boss before turning around and slinging the camera around his neck. "And they ask me why I don't want to reveal my identity." Peter thought aloud after he was far out of earshot of the crowd of reporters. Unlocking the door on the rather beat up looking car he received from his Uncle Ben, Peter drove away from the media and down some of the winding streets of Manhattan, finding an abandoned warehouse some two miles or so away from the Baxter Building. Parking the car just outside the lot, Peter fished his backpack out of the back seat and whistled a tune as he walked into the structure.

Minutes later, the boy emerged wearing a twead jacket, a serialized made Spider-Man T-shirt (It seemed, despite his intentions, Spider-Man had received the most fanfare since his first appearance as a super-hero, though the logo he was given was basically his mask if it were circular.) a plain pear of jeans and loose fitting sneakers. Slipping on his web-shooters, Peter cracked a smile as he reached into his back pocket and retrieved his calling card. The ironically already famous Spider-Man mask. Submerging his head into the breathable leather transformed him, from the rather forgettable sarcastic photographer known as Peter Parker, into the larger than life character of Spider-Man. After looking out onto the world ahead of him, with a grin under his mask, the Spider-Man leapt onto his own car and into the air, swinging on his way back to the Baxter Building, backpack slung across both shoulders.

A minut amount of time later

"Look! It's Spider-Man!" the voice of one of the pose of reporters rang into Peter's ears the crowd turned it's attention on him. Before he could even get his next cord of webbing out of the shooter on his wrist, the blaring flashes of the legion of cameras now turned on him blinded him for a brief moment as he found himself falling from the sky. Throwing his left arm over his eyes, Peter's instincts kicked in as the crowd's collective gasp was silenced when he shot another string into the baxter building itself, and before he even knew it, Peter was dragging his feet into the cement lot surrounding his newfound home away from home. Reaching under his mask to rub his eyes, they were opened only to another swarm of flashes. "Well, that was a close one, if I do say so myself." The Spider-Man's mask shaped itself like a smile as Pete released the webbing from his grip and began making his way to the front entrance. "GOD DAMN PUBLIC MENACE!" The scream from behind Spider-Man was unmistakable as J.J.J. came up from behind, recorder in hand. "SPIDER-MAN. YOU'RE A MENACE TO SOCIETY WHO COULD POTIENTIALLY BRING FORTH THE END OF TIMES, THOUGHTS?!" Peter looked out into space nervously as the various microphones were collectively shoved into his face. "I highly doubt one man in a skin tight red and blue suit could bring forth the day of reckoning, Mr. Jameson." Peter sarcastically tipped his finger off his mask, hopping nonchalantly onto the small platform positioned in front of the building. Nonchalantly tapping the microphone on the small podium, Peter nervously looked all around. "I'm terribly sorry, but I'm afraid I'm not answering questions today, if you want to learn more about me, like me on facebook and follow me on twitter, and Johnny no doubt has already set up a website of some sort for us." Peter nodded gleefully as he turned around and hopped up the small staircase to the doors."Speaking of..." Johnny began his way back out of the building just as Peter found his way inside.

She Hulk was helping with the initial clean up some, clearing debris, and various other things. One man on a flying boogie board could do a surprising amount of damage. She certainly didn't help things any when she threw a couple manhole covers and that abandoned looking car. She given her sincerest apologies for that rookie mistake, but that goblin seemed to be able to get on her nerves quite easily, and well, things seem to leave her hands rather fast when something gets on her nerves like that. She had found one person injured which the paramedics had quickly come in to take care of. When her help was no longer needed however she decided to go see if the rest of the team needed help, she could see Johnny hogging the attention. She would have to talk to him later about things like that, especially since Johnny had a tendency of running at the mouth and saying before he thought.

She had come up to the building, with essentially everything, in multiple bags that she could need for her personal life. She parked her Nissan in the parking lot, walking up lugging her baggage, on each shoulder and each hand. She had been here before to get a good look at the large room, payed for personally, by Tony Stark. The elevator was rather large and was rated rather high, so she knew it could carry her, plus all her stuff. On the way up she ran into Johnny, who was talking his nonsense again "She was likely checking to see if you had some kind of disease" throwing in that rather harsh comment. Clubbing did sound good right about now though, plus it would be good to relax. So she chimed in "Count me in for some clubbing", plus she did want to make sure Johnny didn't make a complete ass of himself.

Coming in and Johnny leaving soon after, Spidey hopped in, followed by a quick noise of a crowd and pictures being taken, with the window being shut. "Well well if it isn't our friendly neighborhood Spiderman. I notice you left right after the fight, what is it this time, boss demanding pictures of the fight? or you had to go help your Aunt?" she gave a half taunting, half curious smile.

Peter never stopped moving when he ran into Jennifer at the bottom of the building. "Nah, had to report on the first appearance of the Fantastic Four, can you believe that? Threat to national security, all of them. I even heard that guy in the mask wasn't going to show up." the Spider-Man scoffed as he turned his head back and leapt into the luxury elevator. Raising an eyebrow at the button labeled with a four, Peter curiously punched it in and leaned back on the small railing, relaxing his arms as the doors slid closed. Mary Jane had been waiting for a few moments, she knew judging by photographers and such outside that a sudden commotion meant he was probably in the area. That or the press' goldfish mentality just caught some random B-lister walking around nearby. It came as a relief that as the elevator door opened came her boyfriend Spider-Man, AKA Peter. She smiled, strolling up and wrapping her arms around him. "About time tiger, you almost missed your own press conference!" She told him, 'tiger' being her little nickname for him. Peter awkwardly raised his hands to return the hug but found himself twitching a bit. "For a second I figured you'd hooked up with Johnny while I was gone." Peter looked around the suite while the couple moved out of the elevator, checking for any cameras. MJ snorted to herself before going back to Peter, tugging up the lower half of the mask for a kiss. "Please you couldn't pay me enough to 'hook up' with that spaz." She joked, kissing Peter one more time before beginning to tug the mask off. "Here come on we need to start unpacking everything. Not to mention you need to start taking this off, you still look ridiculous in it." She told him. Peter chuckled in response "Chicks dig it." he turned his gaze to Johnny for a second. "Any cameras in the place, or can I get naked and sing the macarena on the kitchen table?"

Johnny, just out of putting his luggage away in the sloppiest way possible. Was already considering the retort to MJ's claims immediately repulsed "Dude! Not that I'm not putting it past you to do it, but I haven't seen any cameras around..." Johnny shivered to himself as MJ finally just yanked the mask off of Peter. "Relax Tony promised us our personal space here. You know that. Stop being such a paranoid little goofball." Peter grinned and raised an eyebrow. "Well, I don't trust anyone that makes more than I do. Which ironically, is just above minimum wage." the teenager slipped his arms out of both his backpack and jacket and tossed the latter onto the couch and the former onto the coffee table, unzipping it to reveal not only his Spider-Man suit, which he subsequently tossed next to him, and a medium sized parsel. Peter shook it in his hand a bit, listening to the sound of the equipment shaking around in the package. "Webbing ingredients." he clapped the box ontop of his backpack and sprung up from the couch. "Any heavy lifting I have to do?" MJ strolled over, observing the new suit by picking it up with outstretched arms, examining it and rather liking it. Pretty nice looking. She herself just got her uniform, it was designed to fit with Johnny's and Jennifer's. The same mash of dark and light blues. Only while Jennifer's was a legless and sleeveless, and Johnny's was sleeveless, hers was all sleeved. With top of that a sachel around the waist. It was a great touch to MJ at least. She hadn't gotten a chance to try it on yet, maybe do it later with Peter around.

Placing back down the uniform she came up to Peter. "Well not unless you brought something heavy, the furniture's in place and its just about putting our stuff away." As she said that Johnny was in the corner of her eye, mouthing to her a reminder about the plans for the evening. "By the way, Johnny and Jennifer were both talking about going out clubbing tonight. I'd be fine either way, but I wanted to see what you'd think first."

"Ehhh" Peter scratched the back of his neck while he slung his costume over his shoulder and tossed the box up there as well. "It wouldn't take long for people to put two and two together if they saw Peter Parker in public with The Titanic Three." He began to maneuver towards the large hallway near the end of the room. "Which one's mine?" MJ pointed to the largest of the three bedrooms, "This one." "I'm still peeved about that." Johnny muttered walking past them with a box. "Shut up Johnny." MJ stated back, perfectly timed. The master bedroom was pretty much designed for the both of them. As the two opened the door MJ stopped for a moment, her head stretching over to Johnny. "By the way you and Jennifer go on ahead, me and Peter are going to stay here." "Sure sure, I don't think I'm ever going to get used to seeing this by the way." MJ chuckled as she brought her head back to Peter. "Sorry just had to let Johnny know its just him and Jen tonight." As they came in it was still impossible to not be taken back a bit. The room was big, quite big by any standards. With a beauitful view of New York City's sky line from its large singular window. Peter let out a stereotypical whistle. "Home sweet home." MJ sighed. "Dare I ask why you're staying behind with me?" Peter began the arduous task of placing his suit into one of the several drawers in the room. Oddly, they were already fully stocked. "In layman's terms, what's up?" "'What's up' is I want to spend some time with the man who has given us a new lease on life." MJ started, collasping onto their large comfy bed. "Am I wrong for wanting to spend a little alone time with my man? We might not get too many chances for this kind of private time now that the goofy twins are moved in too." As she said that she felt a piece of paper at her arm. Plucking it up off the bed, she glanced at it.

"Have fun you two lovebirds!" - Tony. With a little smiley face written on it.

"Nice..." MJ mockingly stated. She did like her new boss, but there was still the question of what exactly having an eccentric billionaire for a employer was going to be like. She stretched the note over to Peter to show him.

"Was it that obvious?" Peter shoved his boots into the bottom of the drawer. "You had your hand on my butt while we were going over the floor plans." MJ retorted. Not that she minded of course. "In all fairness, I didn't know he was looking..." Peter folded the last piece of his suit into place. "I don't think I'm ever quite going to get used to being called someone's 'man'. But I must say." Peter motioned himself towards the bed, leaving the drawer open as he sat down on the side of it, peering out the window at the Manhattan Skyline for but a brief moment. "Can't say I hate it." there it was again, the cheeky grin that was no doubt going to annoy the hell out of any of his new found roommates.

    Futa and Haiku collab

A bit later Johnny was back down in the underground garage, dressed sharp. He was waiting on Jennifer, leaning up against one of the limos they got from Stark for getting there that day. With the plan on having it take them out that night. The impatient sort, Johnny exchanged glances at his watch with the occasional hopping from boredom. Moaning "Come onnnnnnnnn" like a hyper child. Jennifer Walters was not the clubbing type, but She-Hulk definitely was, the two had very differing personalities that were very contrasting. She came down to the garage, dressed in a red minidress, and red heels, you could hear the heavy clacks of her footsteps as she came closer to the limo. "Well MJ and Peter aren't joining us, I guess they wanted private time, which means we get to let loose without Momma MJ over us." Even as She-Hulk however, she wasn't the crazy sort, but how often did they get to go places like this on Tony Stark's dollar? She intended to milk this night for what it was worth, especially when she was out with someone she could completely let loose with.

"Alright Flame Head let's blow this popsicle stand!" She motioned to the limo, taking a shot at Johnny "Lady's first" she smirked. "YEAH!" Johnny proclaimed as he opened the backdoor of the limo, sliding in, "Even if I'm not a lady!". For as long as his known Jennifer, the two had a friendship that mostly revolved around her awkwardness and having to get proded by Johnny into doing it. Having her at seven feet tall and green however. The two seemingly now have an even footing in terms of willingness to go do crazy things in the name of crazy. "Man I'm not surprised, Peter's been so paranoid about that whole identity thing." Johnny stated, grabbing a soda out of the mini fridge. "I mean here we are, the three of us, sticking our necks out willingly. Pete's not even going to join in. It's a load of bull I tell ya."

Jennifer smiled, grabbing herself a soda out of the fridge as well. "Well I see his side of things, He doesn't want to put his family in danger because he has some rather crazy villains, like that Green Goblin guy." She cracks open her diet soda and takes a big gulp from the soda, nearly finishing the whole can, making a mental note to request drinks by the gallon for the limo, or just buy them on her next shopping trip. "Mary Jane, well all anyone knows about her is that she was a high ranking amateur model/actress before she got her powers, you... well... you're just reckless, and me... well no one wants to mess with She-Hulk. Everyone has a reason for doing something." Despite the varying personalities of Jennifer and She-Hulk, they seemed to share the same intelligence, widom, and caring, something that anyone friendly with Jennifer would be pleased with. "I'm not... okay sure." Johnny stopped himself from saying the very thing even he knew was a lie. As they told the driver a place to start with for the night which he did. It was a 18 over club since they weren't going to be able to go to too many actual nightclubs. Superhero celebrity or not. "Still though Peter's going to need to step up sooner or later. I'm pretty sure even he knows he can't hide behind it forever. Sooner or later his going to slip, forgetting to put the mask on before heading out on some emergency and then BOOM. Its a giant shitstorm of bad press." As Johnny leaned back into his seat he felt his pocket vibrate. Pulling out his phone he sighed, "Sis' calling... hold on." He told Jennifer before going to the phonecall. Immediately having to pull the phone back. "Geez, hi to you too sis."

The drive was nice, but long, mostly due to the city streets. It wasn't too crowded at this time of night, but the constant turns, and stops, did slow things down considerably. "Well I suppose you're right about Peter, but outside of the mask I've known him to be careful about such things, but I've made my share of mistakes in my career, so I guess, even with being careful, things can slip." Jennifer saw Johnny pulling his phone from his pocket, shortly hearing that it was Susan. This was met shortly with a "HI SUSAN!" the moment Johnny said hi to his sister. "No I know what I'm doing. Yes... uh huh... fine. Right... of course... love you too... bye." Hanging out the phone with the quickness of not wanting to be talking to her anymore. Johnny sighed as he put the phone back. "God shes been on my ass since this whole thing broke out." Johnny stated, he knew she was worried about him, too much attention for him too quickly. It was her nature to worry about that stuff. She was practically his second mom since their real mom was usually out doing fashion designer crap, and dad was usually out either racing or now doing stuff with ESPN about racing. Still he knew deep down she was just worried. He totally had this. "Seriously I think the only way she'd be okay with this was she was like... on the team... probably end up with lame powers anyway."

"Yeah don't worry I know how you feel, my mom and dad have been blowing up my voice mail with their worry that my law career will be brought to a halt with all of this. Honestly if it were going to come to an end, it would have already, since, you know, people already know that Jennifer Walters is She Hulk" Jennifer had to snicker at the last comment "Yeah, Sue can be a serious Sally alright, she'd would probably end up with something like Invisibility." She felt a chill down her spine as she said that, having a slight feeling of being watched or some such. Probably just the air conditioner in the limo, it was a bit cold. She reached over to the air controls by her seat, turning the heat up a bit "You gotta admit though that you love her despite her annoying concern." Mocking him, jokingly, with the memory of a few talks they had over time about his 'overly caring sister'. Johnny at the same time felt the same chill as Jennifer. "Well yeah I do... out of like having too and stuff." He admitted, kind of. As the limo began to pull up to the front of the nightclub the crowd waiting out front all took notice, as well as a small swarm of paparazzi who started trying to see who was inside. "Alright we're here... overgrown green women first." Johnny stated gesturing to the door. The Paparazzi definitely got a good taste of who was coming out of the vehicle. A tall green woman in red, coming out with a smile that many models strived to perfect, and a body that many more would sell their souls for. She struck a few poses for the cameras "Make sure you get the best shots you can guys" She stepped aside for Johnny to step out, so that they could soon step into the club, and start to take in what the famous life had in store.

Tony Stark had just arrived into his office at the top of Starks Tower. Cup of coffee in hand with a copy of the day’s newspaper under his arm. As Pepper Potts, his personal secretary gave him the list of things for the day. He nodded half out of understanding, the other half just out of the typical doing so so she won’t get angry at him. He got to his office, pulling out the paper and seeing more than a few pictures from the press conference the day before. He had to admit, so far the team has shown good stature so far. Not to mention there were pictures of She Hulk and Human Torch out on the town. Which made him smile, Johnny did always remind him of his younger self... if he was really stupid.

Further down in the tower those the same paper was being read by another man. A much older German man, scowling at the report before hastily dumping the paper into the garbage. A month ago his work on mechanical appanages got a cut in funding from Stark. Sure he was mad about it, furious even. But Stark’s reasoning at the time seemed genuine, plus there was a chance it would return to normal, or even increase in due time. But now, now that his seen where the money was being put to. These spoiled little brats who get superpowers and stop some stupid goon of OSCORP. They get all the money? THEY GET ALL THE ATTENTION?! That should all belong to him, Dr. Otto Octavius. Stark brought him in because he was naturally the best. But now his prized work was in danger of losing everything, and he couldn’t leave or it’d be in the hands of that drunk. As he came to his lab, seeing the four mechanical arms twitch and move through computer generated commands. Otto pressed his hand on the counter in front of it. Leaning down on it still fuming over the news.

The testing for the day had gone smoothly for the past hour or so. The arms moved and reacted to the mental commands Otto gave them through the headset he had on. That picked up his mental commands to it. However as he continued on, he was unaware of the strange smell coming into the room. As a nearby leak from a radiated pipeline going to some floors above began to just ever so much crack and chip, letting just a little gas into the room. Otto was too busy to notice. However the pipes began to bulge, twist, contort. Slowly becoming more and more dangerous. It wasn’t until Otto heard a ping from one of the bolts holding it to the wall that he realized something was wrong. Too late to get out in time as the blast engulfed him. Burning hot gas that when people were able to get into the room and retrieve him. Found that the four mechanical arms he had been working on had fused themselves into his back.

Peter didn't know what times it was when his eyes finally drifted open. All he knew was that he found himself staring at the ceiling of the room, and he had to ever so calmly move his arm out from under Mary Jane's head. He cringed as he heard the body next to him moan ever so slightly. Tiptoeing out of the bed, Peter peered at the alarm clock on the couple's nightstand. "Five in the morning?" he whispered to himself as he made his way quietly towards the drawer, fishing a pair of jeans, socks, the all too familiar mask, and a grey T-shirt with the Bat-Signal emblazoned on the front. Tossing them across his shoulder rather than risk waking MJ up with the clamor of putting them on, Peter silently closed the door to the room behind him as he threw the shirt over his head. After sitting on the couch for a brief moment to slide his pants and belt on, he found his way to the luxurious kitchen, preparing himself a bowl of cereal and retrieving a glass of coffee. He was midway through the bowl before he picked it up in his right hand, swallowing the chunk of Frosted Flakes before grabbing the marker from the miniature whiteboard on the freezer door.

Had to head home to make sure Aunt May didn't have a heart attack, do me a favor and drop off my car at the house. -Your Friendly Roommate Peter Parker

It was a simple note, and Peter slid the bowl across the large counter-top before retrieving his web-shooters from the small table in the living room before making his way cheerily down the staircase to the front door of the building. Peering outside the window for but a brief second, Peter huffed annoyingly as he hit his head off of the wall. How was it that the paparazzi was still up and about outside the building? Were newspapers that desperate for a story-line? Peter sighed to himself as he slapped the web shooters onto his wrists and slid his head into the red leather that was the essence of Spider-Man. Emerging from the front door of the Baxter Building, Peter was immediately rushed by the skeleton force of reporters that was still present, and he didn't even attempt to humor them before he simply shot a web to the nearest traffic light and made his way to the Forest Hills section of Queens.

    Ten minutes later

Peter landed with a slight thump on the roof of his Aunt's townhouse in stereotypical Spider-Man fashion. Crawling towards the East end of the roof where the window into his own bedroom was, Peter carefully balanced himself from the roof with the front end of his feet, opening the window upside down and snaking his way into the small, Doritos-smelling coven he called his bedroom. Removing his mask and web shooters the second he threw himself onto his bed. Hearing an all too familiar creaking noise from the staircase, Peter panicked and threw the three objects into the nearest drawer he could find before his bedroom door flew open with reckless abandon, synonymous with the closing of his drawers.

As the steps finally got to the front of his door, Peter's Aunt May came up. Up at an eariler time than normal for her. She heard rustling from inside Peter's room and, already fearing the worst, opened the door. "Peter?" She asked, already seeing the thing she feared.

Peter turned back with a relieved smile on his face. "Oh, hey Aunt May. Already up? Just getting ready for school." Peter hummed a tune as he fetched his spare backpack from the small coat hangar beside his bed. "What's up?" he asked, seeing the rather disdained look on her face.

It was clear whatever excuse he had thrown at her, or planned to throw at her. Was not going to work. As Aunt May folded her arms and grimaced at Peter. "Peter, I wasn't born yesterday. Where were you last night?" She came into the room, closing the door behind herself. "You weren't home all night, and you never said anything about being somewhere."

Peter began stumbling over his words, an obvious signal of his guilt and nervousness. "Uh, didn't I tell you about how Jonah had me reporting on the Fantastic Four with him?" Peter's voice sounded like a broken record. "I ended up...uh...Johnny threw a homecoming party and.....he..invited me?" a bead of sweat found it's way down Peter's face as he avoided eye contact with his Aunt, who was notorious to both him and his late Uncle Ben for her authoritarian personality, or at least, during Pete's teenage years.

"Hmm mmmm..." Aunt May glared daggers at Peter, before sighing for a moment, taking a seat down on Peter's bed. "Peter, be honest with me. Is there something about this whole situation your friends are in that your not telling me?" She asked, a slight feeling of grief in her voice.

"Of course not." Peter faked a laugh and a smile. "Other than dating a Superhero, I'd say my life is still...pretty normal..." Peter tossed himself onto his small computer desk. "You never ask me these kinds of questions..." Peter rubbed one of his eyes. "Why now?" it was a fair enough question, considering that superheroes seemed to be popping up left and right for the past few months.

As Aunt May sighed, adjusting her glasses, she glanced back at Peter. "Its just, theres been all these signs, hints, I want to trust you completely Peter. I always do. But I just can't but feel like your holding something from me. I don't like it, I've never liked it. Not just for honesty's sake but because I know how it can eat you up inside. It's better for the both of us if you were just honest."

Peter groaned as he looked from the roof to the floor. It's not that he didn't want to be honest with his Aunt, he just didn't know how she, and the world, would react. Mary Jane hated her father, and her mother had taken it well enough, Johnny's sister was supportive and his father finally seemed to be proud of something Johnny did other than rigging cars. And Jen's family seemed to think it wasn't as big of a surprise as they expected. But Aunt May was...different. "Well....uh.." Peter looked at himself in the mirror for a brief second before clapping his hands nervously. "If you need to know.." the teenager slowly dropped from his desk, rubbing his hands fervently. "I....erm...wow is that the time?" Peter picked up his shoes and backpack before rushing out of the door ever so slowly, leaving his Aunt speechless. "Later."

Aunt May took the sudden turn of events shocked. She watched Peter leave quickly before looking back down to the ground. It hadn't hurt this bad for her since when Ben died....

As Mary Jane slowly woke up, the sound of the alarm clock bringing her out of the dream she was having. It was where she was in a plane that was falling towards a Calculus test she wasn't prepared for, and wasn't wearing pants. Regardless the embrace of Peter's arms on her wasn't there, as her blurred vision cleared up with her glasses, she saw he wasn't there. She almost spent a moment just blinking at the indented pillow Peter's head was on just what seemed like moments ago. Slowly she got out of bed, showering, and getting dressed in casual clothes for the day. The fact that they were now a superhero team that was practically world renown and famous, but still having to attend a public high school isn't something that is lost on either Mary Jane or Johnny. As MJ left her room to see Johnny opening his door, still in boxer briefs, trying to shoo away a girl he picked up last night. "No its cool babe I'll call promise..." He swore to her, as she finally got to the elevator and left. "You're not are you?" MJ asked, arms folded and with a raised eyebrow. "I've already forgotten her name..." Johnny confidently stated.

Jennifer Walters, in bed, had a dream. In this dream She was there, on the stand in court, being questioned by She-Hulk. This did not seem right to Jennifer, why was she being questioned by She-Hulk when she herself was in fact the woman standing in front of her right now. She-Hulk questioned "Miss Walters, can you care to explain to the court why you refus to be more fun". What kind of question was this? She could have fun, just in her own way. She looked up to the Judge, who turned out to be Johnny Storm, in judges robes, who told her "Answer the question hot stuff" Jennifer blushed as she looked at She-Hulk, who now seemed to be crossing her arms "Um well... uh... I guess it could be because... um... This is silly I'm not going to answer this" The crowd started to boo her, a crowd full of spidermen... wait... Spidermen? Jennifer looked again at the crowd to indeed see that they were all Spiderman, booing and hissing her. This dream was starting to make less sense than some of the teachers she met in law school. She stood up and looked at Judge Johnny "HEY WHAT IS ALL THIS?!". Johnny banged his Gavel on his stand "ORDER IN THE COURT MISS WALTERS!" Jennifer looked taken aback "Order?! This court is anything but orderly. I may be a rookie lawyer, but I have seen civil courts more orderly than this. I mov for a dismissal" She slammed her hands on her own smaller podium, making a resounding, slam sound around the court. Even with the spidermen booing and hissing, she could still make out Johnny's next words "Bailiff arrest this woman on charges of contempt, being a stick in the mud, and not giving me her phone number". Soon it could be seen, Mary Jane trying to arrest her, wearing a bailiff's uniform. Jennifer tried to push Mary away, only to have rubbery arms constricting her, soon followed by the rest of her body, in a constrictor type fashion, squeezing her harder and harder.

Jennifer a loud startled scream, and Jennifer Walters, currently not She-Hulk, shot up out of her laying position, on her twin bed, in her new living space. With the sheets on the floor the only thing you could see covering the mousy woman was a plain white men's T-shirt, and a plain pair of white cotton, bikini cut panties. She was in a cold sweat, slightly disheveled hair, and breathing hard momentarily from the short scare. Shower, that's what she needed, a shower... but right now it seemed as if she couldn't move, still a bit shaken by her dream. After a bit of time she managed to get up, pale, as if she had seen a ghost, walking out of her room to the main living area, just outside her door, to see Johnny and MJ talking about some woman he had hooked up with last night, who's name Johnny had forgotten.

At that moment however Johnny had gone back into his room to change into clothes for the day, forgoing showering for whatever reason. As MJ waited by his door she glanced over, seeing something she thought she'd never see again. A small, mousy, shy little woman by the name of Jennifer Walters. It was a bit jarring seeing the change even with Jennifer having not even awknowledged her. She-Hulk has been a larger than life figure, the life of the party. Jennifer meanwhile was just such the complete opposite of it. "Jennifer whats up?" MJ asked, noting Jennifer's whole complexion. "You look like Hell." Jennifer looked at MJ with a tired look on her face "She-Hulk may be able to party hard, but without the stamina and endurance of She-Hulk, it just makes me tired and gives me a head ache" Jennifer, started toward the kitchen, calling back toward MJ "I'm going to make coffee... do you want some?" Jennifer, once in the kitchen, started looking through the stocked cupboards for the coffee. "No thank you though." Mary Jane replied. It took a moment afterwards for Johnny to come out dressed and ready to go. As they both went to the kitchen for breakfast MJ noticed the message on the whiteboard on the fridge. She sighed, looking at it and shaking her head. "Seriously Peter has got to get off of that idea of wearing the mask, hit me up a cup of joe Jen." Johnny stated, taking at seat at the counter. "Yeah, for once I completely agree with you Johnny." MJ stated. After a bit of searching Jennifer found the coffee, and getting it measured out in the coffee maker, and started she went into her room, coming out a few minutes later, dressed in casual clothing, her hair now more neat and in a pony tail, and her glasses on her face now. Still looking tired but a bit more fresh.

The coffee finished and she started pouring out coffee for 2 cups, bringing the cream and sugar toward her, asking Johnny, while mixing her own "How do you like your coffee?" It didn't take long for the question to be answered, as Johnny just grabbed a cup. Then in a mighty gulp put it all down. "Jesus Johnny..." MJ stated a bit shocked. Placing down the cup with some authority Johnny glanced back over. "What?" The coffee wasn't exactly hot to Johnny, well it was but his powers pretty much made it no problem at all for him. Regardless thats just how his been. Used to be a running joke with his mom that him and his dad were racing to see how quick they could down a cup of coffee. His mom.... Snapping out of the thought he glanced over to MJ trying to send a text to Peter to find out where he was, with no success.

"So Stark said that he has some cars for us to get to school with down in the garage." MJ started, the three of them all waiting in the elevator as it descended. "So why aren't we just having the limo guy take us?" Johnny asked in response. "Because I know even though we have this big fancy situation we can't just go everywhere as the center of attention. Discretion is best sometimes." It was almost life was in on the joke as when she said that the doors opened. Waiting in the corner were two cars, one was a Audi R8, and the other was a Ferrari 451 Italia. Johnny stared on as MJ got annoyed at the fact Tony has no concept apparently for 'discretion'. Finally Johnny slowly moved forward, slowly, carefully, placing a hand on one car before the other. Gentle as he looked down the angling of both. "Johnny what are you..." "Shhh...shh..." Johnny hushed MJ before gently falling down to his knees. "Lord... thank you for this plentiful bounty you have bestowed upon me... and them too I guess... but that's not the point."
Jennifer had finished her coffee before they even made their way down. She was now more awake and alert agreeing with MJ's words "Yeah Johnny, we're superheroes. Everyone also knows that Tony Stark is putting us on his dime. This means that everyone is going to expect us to be taken around in some kind of armored limo or something" The elevator opened, and she stepped out with the other two, into the cold parking garage. She wondered what kind of Cars Stark had for them, he would be smart enough to not grab the most expensive cars on the market. She was partially wrong, they weren't the most expensive, but when she looked at them, they were certainly high profile. She watched and listened as Johnny prayed and sighed "Ugh... no Johnny we aren't taking those to school, we'll be taking my car" Feeling a sudden rush back into reality Johnny glanced over at Jennifer. "WHAT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Johnny suddenly felt a tug as Jennifer clinched him by the back of the shirt, dragging him to her slightly beat up old 240sx. "Come on I promise I'll obey the speed limit well maybe not completely seriously I'll be good come on MJ help me out here!" Johnny whined as MJ chuckled to herself. "You guys have a safe trip." She called out to them as Jen had to practically toss Johnny in and drive off before he could escape. Which left her, since she needed a vehicle, and this Ferrari right next to her had its keys dangling on a hook in the nearby wall. She casually stretched an arm out and plucked the key off the hook. Would be a shame to let this go to waste.
