    Bleach Hidden Art IC

    OOC

A pair of individuals are walking through the Rukon district straight up to the Seireitei. As the gate closed the pair raised their hands and the Gate flickered and they vanished to reappear the other side. The pair walked straight to where the Gotei 13 Bases were then they split apart. The woman threw up her Hood and ran off towards the Hornets Nest. She held her hand behind her almost as if she was holding a small sword strapped to her back. She moves looking cautiously around every corner. She had memorized the route she was following over a few years. The hornets nest is strange to her though it is relaxing as the power of the light inside radiated. The walls inlaid with Seki Seki though she was now unaffected she could still feel it.

The man just whistled and his shadow began swirling and a black wolf pup climbed out of it and looked at him curiously almost as if asking Why did you pull me away from food. He just smiled at the wolf and patted its head he leaped up to the wall and sat and just waiting. He knew the Seireitei's protocols for Ryoka. Though they arent entirely Ryoka they both have been in the Rukon district for a while. He placed his hand gently on the wall and stared off into space focusing his awareness in every direction. He was trying to figure out who the Captain COmmander was now days he knew that when he vanished the Captain commander died. And there is the chance that a new one hasn't been chosen yet.

The Plus did not, like so many others that had fallen victim to the Hollow, understand that she was looking at her doom. A light bobbed in the distance, bright and ephemeral, it was just so fascinating and she couldn't take her eyes off of the spectacle. She did not even notice that she was being joined by other spirits, minor Hollows, other pluses, and even the odd human here and there who was sensitive to the spirit world.

Not one of them felt any fear, or had any inkling of the horrible fate that awaited them. Tengoku smiled gruesomely, feeling ecstasy at the thought of how these souls would soon be filled with despair, torment came in so many different flavors. It was incredible how he could get more spirit power out of a soul if he kept it caged and tormented, inside his lantern was a little hell he'd cooked up.

Tengoku didn't feel bad about what he did to the souls, to him it was just a method of cultivating his meals, like the icing on the cake, or the seasoning in your steak. It just made things taste better, and helped him manage his endless hunger, other hollows were driven to hunting without end and were killed by the Shinigami due to that hunger, but by keeping his souls locked up and drinking of them only when he needed to, he could manage his dietary needs, and fill the emptiness inside of him.

Which he rarely felt anymore, he had found that this hole inside of him was not much of an adversity if one found something to passionately focus on, like his collecting and sampling. Though lately he was feeling restless, unsatisfied, he wanted more and what he was doing now was almost routine, it wasn't as...filling.

He needed something more, something with more...meat, to it, admittedly Tengoku hadn't really set his sights on any catches that were really dangerous, but perhaps not it was time to do so. Tengoku had a very large collection of souls, perhaps now it was time to drink deeply of that reservoir, make his power grow.

Yes...perhaps after all this time, it was time to set his sights on reaching the pinnacle of Hollow power and work towards becoming a Vasto Lorde, where only the King of Hueco Muendo was more powerful then that, but he had no such lofty aspirations towards such a thing, becoming a Vasto Lorde would be more then enough to attain the power to go for whatever souls tickled his fancy.

So lost in his thoughts was he, he did not notice the dazed expressions of his prey turn to shock and fear as his lantern began to suck them into it's depths, an automatic Soul Sucker that affected any weaklings such as this once they were within range. Admittedly he had the strength to just do it over a wide area, but that sort of thing invariably drew the attention of Shinigami faster then a fat man goes for a Twinkie...a phenomenon Tengoku had observed a couple times, the fat man moved pretty damn fast, snatching the little cream-filled spongy cake up faster then you could blink.

It's current soul-collecting done, Tengoku paused and sent out a pulse, Pesquisa shooting out through Karakura town, it would automatically ping any potential threats...or opportunities and let him know where the best spot to continue his collecting, but he had to be wary and make sure his efforts weren't too obvious, stealth was of the utmost, Tengoku didn't doubt the Gotei 13 would send someone strong enough to destroy them if they had solid intelligence he was in the area.

The Shinigami...those that believed he wasn't a myth, despised him, for a simple reason. It was natural for Hollows to eat other souls, but to keep them caged? That was most decidedly a problem for the Death Gods, whose job was to regulate the flow of spirits, though Tengoku didn't see how it made a difference, once they were caught they might as well have been eaten. Though he supposed by keeping the spirits in his prison all nice and chained up, did sort of keep them in abeyance, a wicked limbo that ensured they would not be reincarnated until he did something with them.

Not his problem, and he really thought the Shinigami fussed too much, too caught up in their old ways of thinking, what he was doing might have been an issue a few centuries ago, but now in this present, where humans rode about in strange machines, and had all sorts of bizarre gadgets....there were millions of souls, it was a wonder the Gotei 13 managed to regulate anything.

The ping returned at last, and it detected several large spirit powers in the immediate area, Tengoku frowned and clucked his tongue in faint irritation, he was going to have to lay low until he had a better idea of what was going on, focusing on dropping his power levels as low as they could go, he carefully began to move through the town, no longer visible even to low level pluses and the like, disappearing like a wraith.

Perhaps...in light of his newly thought of goals, he could obtain some powerful souls to savor...

Ryougi leans backwards and stares at the empty skyline of soul society. The sun is still high in the sky, indicating to her that it's around noon, yet she still stares. As if watching a sunrise that is long past, she simply sits motionlessly in her quarters. Her sword sides at her side untouched, a blade that hasn't been drawn once for such a long time. It doesn't complain, but she can feel its hunger, its thirst for souls, it can feel them gathering nearby. She snorts and looks to the doorway to her room, or more specifically, the dark figure silhouetted against it. The figure speaks through the door in a loud, nervous voice, "C-Captain Ryougi-sama...um...that thing you told me to do, I got it done...and...um" The voice falters, as if trying to think of what to say, but Ryougi interrupts her with a quiet, indifferent tone "I see." There's a pause, a long, drawn out silencer before the girl at the door clears her throat again to speak. She starts quickly, rushing her speech so much that is slurs together cutely, "U-Um, Ryougi-sama, Igatheredthethingsyouwanted, s-so...can I come in?" Ryougi nods and returns to what she had been doing before. Gazing, aimlessly out the window. She wasn't sure why she was doing this today, but it felt like the right thing to do.

It takes her a while to realize her subordinate hadn't entered the room. She snorts again, obviously amused by her mistake as she glances back over at the shadow on the door. She doesn't rush, letting the foolish girl stand at the door for a while longer before she utters her short response "Do as you please." The girl lets out a grateful sigh and quickly pulls the door open to rush into the room. Within moments, she's sitting respectfully next to place Ryougi was sitting. The girls blazing red hair catches the captains eye, drawing her gaze from the invisible sunrise to the sudden appearance of colour in her room. She had forgotten this girls name. It didn't really matter all that much, but it bothered her, so she decides to ask. The girl gives a confused response, but Ryougi gives up on the answer and returns to staring into the distance. The girl seems flustered, but she doesn't care much anymore. She listens a bit for the girls report, and allows her to leave on her own to contact the other captains. She sensed something strange on the horizon, so she would call for a meeting, one to discuss the strange occurrences of late. She felt weak, her body wasn't moving like it should be, they knew that she couldn't leave her room today, so they would have to come to her. She didn't mind inconveniencing them anymore, she didn't care about anything anymore. Her eyes have a slight red tinge to them, a reflection of a sunrise long past, her mind already reliving her memories of the good days...straying to the image of somebody else with a head of blazing red hair...

Unsurprisingly, her work out wasn't going so well. Kame Seishin was a terror to get to cooperate at the best of times, and this definitely wasn't the best of times. In fact, Rina's mind was so cluttered it was a miracle she hadn't cut and/or stabbed herself with her own Zanpakutō already. Needless to say, trying to get her Zanpakutō into Shikai was turning out to be a nightmare of epic proportions. At first the sword hadn't even acted like she was hearing Rina's commands, but just when the healer thought it couldn't get any worse than that she began to speak. Now, after an hour or so of nonstop sarcastic comments, Rina really wished she'd shut up. "What is your problem?" she asked finally, skidding to a halt instead of continuing to attack the practice dummy. "I mean, I know you hate me and all but you're really making me look like an idiot here." She had given up assuming the weapon was going to obey her about twenty minutes ago and just started to attack the dummy as though that had been her plan all along while silently arguing with the turtle spirit in the hopes of getting her to listen for once.

"I don't hate you, I just think you're a useless moron," Kame Seishin quipped, and Rina sighed in frustration, angling the blade slightly so that the light glinted off of it and she could see the scale pattern glowing faintly. "I mean come on, you aren't focused at all." It couldn't possibly be because I'm arguing with the one thing that's supposed to stand by me all the time Rina thought sarcastically, exhaling softly and refraining from looking around to see if anyone was watching her. She had to look so dumb (not to mention potentially crazy) standing there and arguing with herself. "And how long have we been here? You're a lieutenant and you can't get your sword to behave. What's up with that? Ugh, you are so useless." If it wasn't for the fact that the blade was a part of her and she needed the bloody thing if she wanted to survive in the Soul Society, Rina was sorely tempted to drop kick her into Eleventh to see if they couldn't find a use for her. She'd probably give them so much mouth they'd send her back to me the lieutenant thought with a smirk, resetting her stance.

"My problem is you aren't behaving, and you're making me look stupid. Looking stupid is not something I like to do," she replied. "Now will you behave?" A long-suffering sigh whistled through her mind, but she felt Kame Seishin's acceptance of her request before she even opened her mouth to speak the words. "Guard my heart, Kame Seishin!" she yelled, feeling the sword disintegrate and reform around her. Holding her hands up in front of her face, Rina examined the claws and shield that were now there, her Zanpakutō never failing to amaze her. She really wanted to continue to train herself not to lose concentration in the heat of battle, but that required having someone (preferable multiple people) there to fire at and attack her, and at the moment she couldn't really see anyone. I guess I could always go down to the Twelfth, but...

Rina made a slight face, knowing how well things would go if she went there. Even if she was a lieutenant she doubted she would be well received. Hmm, what to do then? Endurance then, she thought, and flexibility in Shikai. Kame Seishin felt like a second skin, but at times that was incredibly odd though she had mostly gotten used to it. She loved her sword even if they didn't agree most of the time and it wasn't much good for protecting other people unless she could get between them and a sword blow, but perhaps that was the point. Either way, it wasn't for her to judge.

It was midday in the land of the Hollows and as usual the world was nothing but black and white. As the white moon hovered over the great vastness of nothingness, the towers of Las Noches rose above the empty desert as giant fortress for the Numeros. In here the time passed for the mighty chosen Espada, each using the time for what they wanted, however they all seeked power in some form or another.
Among these mighty creatures was Numero Segundo - or Akio as he called himself. At first glance he was nothing special, a somewhat lazy looking guy with long raven black hair and a dark skin that stood in great contrast to the otherwise white background of the castle known as Las Noches. However if it wasn’t for his rather unusual eyes, with their completely ice blue irises and completely black scleras, made him a character that stuck in your brain.
At this very moment the Akio was strolling down the long empty hallways of Las Noches, he had just left the meeting hall of the Espadas, and he now had a mission; ‘to observe and gather intelligence surrounding a special episode that had appeared in Soul Society’. While Akio was indeed very pleased to be allowed to travel to Soul Society - an act that was rarely allowed for the Espada since their immense powers would attract a lot of attention, this new episode was deemed too high leveled for normal Arrancar; the occurrence of reiatsu that was neither Hollow nor Shinigami - he was however not pleased with the specific mission. He hated intelligence missions, too much sneaking around and not enough action for his taste, however it seemed even with his limited skills in that area, that the leader had picked him for it.
“God knows why...” Akio mumbled as he turned a white corner, turning into another empty hallway with nothing but his’ steps echoing through the hollow hallways of the castle. He actually had no idea why he walked, to travel to Soul Society was just as easy inside the meeting room as outside, but he just felt like it, perhaps to push his task away for just a short moment.
With a loud sigh he stopped up as he had stepped into a large room, the furniture was sparse, all kept in the general white and black color palette of the rest of Hueco Mundo, and rather boring if you asked Akio - but no one never did of course, he looked around the room, making sure it was empty before he stepped a few feet to the left and placed his hand upon the white wall.
Without as much as a single word or movement the wall was ripped apart in what appeared to be hole that resembled most a mouth, the Garganta swallowed Akio in pure darkness before it closed up, revealing a perfectly smooth wall without a single hole in it.
As the landscape of one of Soul Society’s green fields was ripped apart, in a similar way as the white wall in Hueco Mundo, Akio lazily stepped out. He cracked his neck a few times before looking lazily around him. With yet another sigh he made a small motion and disappeared with only a small dust cloud and a few frail reiatsu flames that quickly vanished as the wind pushed it away.
“I wonder where I should start out?” he mumbled to himself as he watched the scenery pass by him.

The strange man simply raised his hand to the heavens and collected a ball out of the air but as he touched it all the shadows in the area seemed to vanish. He threw the ball as hard as he could towards the top of the dome created by the protective barrier. When the ball reached its apex it exploded causing all the collected shadows to be released in a massive shockwave that reached all the way out and blew open the doors to the squad 5 barracks doors and continued out to rattle the 13th barracks. "feels weaker." He then dropped off the edge and walked towards the nearest barracks which happened to be squad 5. I wonder if ryougi is still captain. if so maybe we can enjoy tea.

The strange woman had reached the wasps nest. "To think this is where we began." She made it inside and was standing in the middle of a lobby area lit by 20 green flamed torches. She pulled a piece of paper out of her back pocket and placed it in the center of the room. She began an incantation that she made up on the spot and the paper expanded on the floor and made a spiral pattern that sucked all the flames into it. She stepped on it and was then traveling through Las Noches. "Crap i always mess up the targeting spell. I will have to wait on Damien. She began walking the halls she ended up bumping into a strange woman.
