Short Bio: Evan isn't actually from Manhatten. He came here about about two years ago after hearing travelers tales. Before Evan entered the ruins he had a hunting rifle, and a semi-automatic pistol, and his outfit was a full outfit, but on his way in he lost his weapons to an aftershock that caused them to plummet into a fissure. He was making his way across a bridge of rubble, a literal bridge made of downed buildings. After two years of searching for needles in a haystack he was down to nothing. He used his skills to avoid hostile life altogether, and only ever had one lucky find in his time there, a pack in the sewers below an old Cabela's Sporting Goods store. The pack held two things, a replica, working flintlock pistol and a skinning knife. After that he had no luck finding anything too useful, he has found simple things, like his new melee weapon of choice, his hayhook. Everything he owns has been scavenged, aside from his outfit of course.
