Nah, birth control doesn't work that way. There are a few things they might do: make cervical mucus thicker to prevent sperm from reaching the eggs, prevent eggs from leaving the ovaries in the first place, or completely halting ovulation by majorly fucking with hormones. They make it highly unlikely (with the goal of it being impossible if they work perfectly) to get pregnant, so this mass graveyard of little fetuses is ridiculous. They don't kill off fetuses, they prevent pregnancy.

Women's bodies are murder machines with or without contraception, as are men's if you wanna count prefertilized eggs and sperm dying murder. But I believe 1/10 pregnancies terminate in miscarriage sooo. It's more like saying their body is a graveyard on top of also being a murder house.

What I said about the uterine lining being thinner, yeah that was told to me directly by a gynecologist, and unless they know nothing about what they're prescribing to their patients I'm not wrong. You might be talking about a different variety of pill, but some pills do what I said.
The hormone fucking you're talking about is what I'm talking about. It doesn't halt ovulation but what it does is make it so the uterine lining doesn't form a proper place for the egg to grow.
