Melissa was one of the latter to wake up. She groaned and turned to lie on her back, opening her eyes she felt a pang of pain and she instantly shut them. "HOLY AH!" she rolled over to lie on her stomach and tried to rub her eyes. When she felt something that definitely wasn't her hands, her eyes flew open once again. "G-gecko...?" was all she could say as she looked at her own hands. "I-i'm a gecko..." her jaw dropped and her now long tongue fell out, "Shit." was all she tried to say, it was difficult with a long tongue. She rolled it back into her mouth and looked at the others, shielding her eyes from the sunlight, "What happened to you guys?" she said as she stared with her left black and her right white eye.

Ryder chuckled softly as the girl shrinked back, catching every word of her and Alex's conversation. He said," well you never know... Survival of the fittest type of thing." He looked at the girl that just woke up and shrugged," no clue." He reached up, running a finger over the deadly sharp teeth.
Kael smiled. "Don't worry, predator instinct would probably only carry over if our minds were changed also," he said, brain churning. They couldn't go out inot public now, especially some of them. They were definitely not fursuiters, or be able to pull it off at all.
The brain is capable of amazing things. If we could unlock its full power, magic would truly exist.
This otter has some attitude
The initial shock from the transformation wore off easily. "Well.. We're all freaks now. Though I'm pretty sure I can go out if I cover up my eyes, hands and feet. Don't know about you guys though....."

Evelyn always seemed to stay up late and wake up even later. As she finally awoke her large green eyes peered from a dark corner of the room as she awoke. She blinked them a few times to adjust and noticed she could see much more better in the dark than usual. "How strange" she mumbled through painted red lips, before they pouted in confusion. Voices were echoing through out the room as she got up slightly perturbed that they had taken from her sleep.
"What are you people on abou-" she stopped in mid sentence noticing there mutations, "What the hell is that!" she pointed at no one in particular. Suddenly she caught sight of her own pointing hand, it had mutated in to a wing, she quickly held them both out examining them, a bit scared and intrigued. "What the hell are these!?" she stood by the group, simply in a daze.

Tom looked at the more people who began to wake up. He smiled at Evelyn who seemed to have morphed with some kind of Bird aswell. "Hey, at least you don't have it as bad as me." He said to her, holding out his wings. His entire body was feathered, his feet had changed into claws with sharp talons on the end and his mouth and nose had changed into a beak.
Who doesn't?
Denter woke up screaming with a lot of pain! His upper back was burning like it was on fire. He quickly rolled over from his stomach and rubbed his back into the ground. His back arched as he did this, his feet pushing himself against the floor. He saw the sky as he skidded against the floor as he eventually stopped and rolled back over to his stomach to stretch his arms... this surprising felt very good. The more he stretched the better he felt as he lowered his face to the ground as well as his shoulders, then he felt his lower back and hind legs stretch as well. He moaned with delight as his whole body stretching gave him pleasure.
After a few minutes he pushed himself up, standing on his hind legs once more. This time he felt very unbalanced and light headed falling to the ground his hands landing in front. His hands weren't hands, he looked down at his feet...
"What the!!!" he cried as he rolled over to his back looking at his hands, "My... My hands! Where are my hands!?" Wait... what was that, he thought his ears perking up, What was that? He looked around and saw what appeared to be a giant bird. He jumped to his feet and snarled his face.
"What the Shit!" he said but sounded more like "Grrr!" His hair standing up on end, his teeth showing, and his legs in position to pounce. Continuing to snarl he said, "Hey you! Turn around you massive bird from hell! I'll rip those... I'll bite those wings off and beat you with them..." but to the people around it sounded like "Errg! Grrrr! Arghhhh Rurrl!"
Some people just want to watch the World Burn.
The first Johnny thought when he woke was that he had gone blind, however after he calmed he noticed he was wrong. While Johnny could still see, he was unable to make out anything more then very rough shapes and colors.. His face also itched like crazy, leading him to believe he was bitten by insects of some kind.When he moved his hand he noticed it felt heavier then normal, but he ignored it for now and touched his face. To his surprise he felt soft fur and more fingers then he should have as well something like claws. Carefully Johnny inspected the rest of his face and noticed his nose had also gotten a lot longer and sharper. " What happened to me?!"
Tom turned around to look at Denter. Why couldn't he talk? Maybe his mutation was worse... Tom walked over to Denter a little putting his hand, or ratherwing, put to say he would do no harm. "Denter, what happened?" He asked.
(Remember that they would know each others names at least becase they were in a group together and vaguely knew each other.)
Who doesn't?
"TOM!" Denter cried his hears perking up, "Dude your a bird! I don't recall what happened but my back was hurt quite a lot, now it doesn't! I'm fine! I should be asking you WHAT HAPPENED!?"
