It's December 3rd, and all around the world messages have been pouring into the IPA from would be terrorists threatening to shut down electronics on the dawn of the new Millennium, But when an employee of Keskusrikospoliisi or KRP (The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)) in Finland warns the IPA (International Policing Association) of a correlation of the messages they realize not only that this could not be the dawn of a millennium but they've been placed in a deadly "cat and cat" chase with dangerous, global criminals.
Just a little idea I had (very little ;p), would be fun to have some real "Brain battles" Between good and evil. Obviously I'm still working on the idea and help/criticism would be greatly appreciated.

I meant to do with planes and power plants etc. but couldn't think of an umbrella term that fitted so just threw in electronics because it kind of covered it
