Because even if they fail training, we still elected them yipping and screaming.
The parent is pretty well-educated, perhaps even slightly better than half the people in that room in regards to the already-established laws, due-process, and why people go-out and buy guns rather than go to some school and put holes in children a third their age.
Could it have been worded in such a way to not be censored? I'm not sure.
