Marvel Universe Reinvented: Superheroes, or Primarily X-Men?

I've got a really awesome, High Casual idea. I was thinking about a reinvented Marvel Universe where superheroes have only popped up within the last few months, and supervillains are nearly nonexistant. I will put up a timeline for the in-universe and a list of characters for people to play once I get enough interest.

This roleplay will focus more on personal tragedies than large super fights, kind of like the Walking Dead of the Marvel Universe.

As for character creation, you have complete creative freedom but all I ask is to use the 616 version of said character as a skeleton.

And lastly, would you guys rather play as the overall superheroes (these would be the A-Listers and flagship characters, maybe some B-listers) or would you rather have it be X-Men centralized?

All I ask is for people not to have Captain America or Prof X if majority rules to have it be X-Centralized

He could be related to a survivor of the holocaust, and the survivor finally dies and leaves Magneto all his dark memories about man's inhumanity to man, or you could keep Mags an old man who hasn't fully embraced his dark side yet so to speak

Hmmm Magneto's power over magnetism HAS made him an exceptionally long life span. So I guess that works.

he's got loads of personal tragedy lol, there's:

    the super slow aging
    The killed wife
The fact that all the bad stuff in his life was orchestrated by Romulus
    The son who hates him
    The decades long amnesia
A healing factor but he still feels pain
A half clone whom he considers a daughter
And a love hate relationship with Cyclops
    And then some...

I know, I posted that when you posted yours seconds earlier.

Magneto is more of a tragic hero because of his past holocaust life which he thinks shapes all of humanity's perceptions towards those who are different, then there's his kids Pietro and Wanda who have kind of an almost incestous love for each other, and not to forget Wanda's craziness lol
