No, but I'll do that next time.
And now I understand.
I've considered the possibility of fixing that, however the only way to really make that work is if I just let a long hiatus happen to put the Guideline thread back at the start of the month and the winner announcement at the end.
Or maybe wait till it shifts enough so that it just happens to line up one month and then make the schedule last longer so that it stays that way (I think currently the schedule lasts slightly less than a month, so it moves over a bit each time). But even that would require quite a few months of waiting just for it to line up right.
Thankfully it really doesn't effect the contest much at all and is only a minor oddity.
