    Make Me Wanna Stay [Ikari&&Blazed]

She had found him, she had really done it. Finally Naurto was going to give her the attention she should be getting. Even though he knew her feelings, it was as if nothing had ever been said. She had pushed through the pain of Neji’s death and kept Naruto alive during the fourth great ninja war. Although the war was over, getting back into the routine of things was slowly happening. Hinata had been able to get enough information on Sasuke, well Naruto was away on another mission. Fifth Hokage had approved of her request before sending her team out. They no longer needed a back up team, for Sasuke was no longer a huge danger to the Hidden Leaf.

However, things had not gone as well as she had planned. There was a reason why Sasuke hadn’t come back to the village after making a somewhat peace with the village. Her team had tracked him down between the boarders of the Land of Fire and the Land of Rivers. It started with a peaceful confrontation, but quickly ended up in a battle to drag Sasuke back. Hinata wouldn’t back down because she knew this was her last chance to bring him back before Naurto went looking for him again. Sasuke was out of their league, that didn’t stop Hinata from trying to stop him.

In the end the team lay on the group barely alive, she had no idea why Sasuke didn’t just finish them. She lay there on the ground, the forest around them fluttering with sounds of life. “Byakugan” she whispered softly once again reactivating her kekkei genkai. She may have almost been out of chakra, but she was not about to give up. Naurto had taught her that. If he never gave up, neither could see. Shifting her hands along the ground, letting off a sound of movement she attempt to push her body up. Her arms struggled, shacking under her weight as she shifted a knee under her body to keep her somewhat upright. Slowly she brought up her head too peek through the current of black hair with her violet eyes. “W-wait.” She hushed out with her soft but stern voice. That’s when it hit her. Best way to bring him back, was to gain his trust, friendship, to be on his side. Hit at just the right time.

Her closed her eyes letting the veins from her face slip back into her smooth pale complexion. Sighing softly she pushed the rest of her body to stand up right. It was yet another struggle but once on her feet she looked at Sasuke. “I. .. .” She wasn’t sure how to go about this. “Let me go with you.” She said before glancing down at her team who all where hopefully out cold not to hear this. “I-I-I can’t take the village anymore. I. . .” She paused again glancing up at Sasuke with strong eyes. “I need an out.” She finished in a whisper.

With Sasuke being the eyes of all the girls, it was most likely he never took notice of her, like the majority of people in their class. It was really only in the Chunin exams that she confirmed for the first time that Naruto knew who she was. It had made her so happy. Her hands slowly reached up to untie her headband. She hesitated for a moment before undoing the knot. Naruto was in her thoughts and his pride for his headband. She hoped one day he would forgive her. . . if he noticed she was gone. Gripping the fabric of her headband as it fell from her neck she held it out. “Please.” She said holding out the headband for Sasuke to take or throw away.

Time had gone by fast following the events of the Shinobi World War. The lone remaining Uchiha had long abandoned the ideals of friendship and village loyalty, and moved on through the world with the simple goal in mind; rebirth. Sasuke knew that Uchiha would never be allowed to regrow and resettle in Konoha, and the chances were high that the other four nations would not allow them as well. The only real chance for Sasuke to carry out his goal is to found his own nation. Sasuke knew the goal was ambitious and probably would never be seen in his life time. The first step is land, second is finding a female who is trust worthy. The latter of the two is the true problem in this scenario; seeing as the Uchiha are widely shunned in the Shinobi world following the war. No matter the price Sasuke was willing to go to any length and beyond for his dream.

It was no more than a week ago that Sasuke had passed through a small farmer town nearby Konoha, and for some reason they felt threatened enough to send a full team after him. The confrontation began calm but the unnerving talk of returning to the place where his entire clan was slaughtered only angered Sasuke. “I've said it more than enough for you people to get it. I am NEVER coming back to Konoha. Not for Naruto, Sakura or Kakashi. There isn't a thing in this world that could possible bring me back. So get out of here before I make four new graves.” The team decided death was better than failure and engaged Sasuke regardeless. The fight hadn't lasted long enough; considering Sasuke had awakened Mangekyo, and mastered Susano'o.

Sasuke sheathed his Sword of Kusanagi and began to walk away from the nearly lifeless bodies of Team Kurenai, giving them a chance to enjoy life that his clan was not allowed to have. Sasuke had truly began coming back from complete darkness. Sasuke quickly turned to face the Hyuga female who had struggled to get back to her feet. Sasuke closed his eyes reactivating the deadly Uchiha Kekki Genkai starring deeply into the purple haired female's eyes. “You understand that I could kill you in a blink of an eye right?” Sasuke's speech was cut down quickly at the sight of a Konoha-nin offering their headband. 'Hmph. She's weak, but a Hyuga-Uchiha hybrid could be the start I need to get my clan back. But does the risk outweigh the reward?' Sasuke took the forehead protector along with Hinata's hand with a gentle touch. Sasuke had never seen the beauty this Hyuga possessed but now he could in all her glory.

“If you come with me, you'd be throwing away any chance at ever being with Naruto ever again. The second Konoha sees you; you would have your head on a pike. Especially since you are from the Hyuga clan. Are you sure you want this?” Sasuke helped keep Hinata to her feet until he could position her a nearby tree. He studies the female through and through trying to sense any deception she possessed. Sasuke glanced at her fallen team members and simply shook his head. “I always think back to Kakashi, Those who fail their mission are trash, but those who let their allies die are worse then trash. Are you truthfully willing you accept that guilt?” Sasuke took the forehead protector and knelt to his knees to allow Hinata to rest upon his back.

Sasuke began the journey from the life Hinata knew and loved. The first step was always the worst and fortunately for this Hyuga girl; she was near unconscious. Sasuke felt the head of the purple haired girl lean against his back; causing his heart rate to unaccountably raise quickly. He had not felt emotions for anyone in a very long time, aside from Itachi. Sasuke hoped with his whole heart that Hinata did not feel the raise in heart beat. In any case the Uchiha boy proceeded onwards with one goal in sight; to get to his hide out.

The look in his eyes made her body tremble, as his Sharingan stared her down. She had just stood up and for a moment she saw her own death. That didn't make her back down though. Having made it through the Fourth Great Ninja War, this should be easy. As she held out her headband her knees almost gave out but she was able to keep herself up right. She had no chance to even make an attack. Therefore this was her only choice, hopefully her team and the village would understand her actions. At this point she only wished that this would look like a kidnapping. She knew Naruto would come after her, the thought made her heart flutter. That's when her eyes widened, he already agreed to take her. She hadn't had to prove herself, she didn't have to explain herself, nothing. Why was it that he would not take a member of his team years ago, but would take a total stranger, who had just tried to drag him back to the village. It was a trick, she was going to die.

Taking her headband and then her hand he pulled her towards a tree, her eyes still wide and surprised. It was hard not to. She couldn't speak, she was too shocked, her mind spinning as she leaned against the tree. Her eyes wondered over towards her team, a sadness filling within them. "I-Yes." She whispered. "it's for the best." She said ever so softly before glancing back up towards Sasuke, whom had turned around to show his back. Hinata felt her tired eyes glance towards her team a tear rolling down her check. It was so hard to do this, but nothing was easy about being a ninja and fulfilling her mission. This was for this mission, a mission for Naruto and their love. Closing her eyes she took in a deep breath and hesitatingly reached out towards Sasuke. Slowly she wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned her body on his before his strong legs pushed up and began to walk.

Carrying Hinata for a normal person would not be an easy task, but the fact that they were both ninja, it would have seem like nothing. As they started to leave the clearing where the battle had taken place, she couldn't help but look back her eyes tearing up, but only a few ran down her cheeks before her team, her friends, her family where out of sight. Closing her soft purple colour eyes she lay her head down on Sasuke's back, her heart and mind twisting and turning with feelings. She felt regret, she felt like the worst person ever, but her mind was telling her it was for the right reasons. Everyone should forgive her right? A long time passed before Hinata could work up the mindset to say anything.

Her head lifted slightly before resting back down. She couldn't find her words. Although Hinata had lost a good amount of her shyness from watching Naruto all these years, her awkward ways would never fully leave her. "Why?" She finally asked. "Why allow me to come?" She wanted to know, she needed to know. For this was far too easy and that worried her. Had Sasuke really changed his ways, or was there some new evil plot. Finally raising her head she asked "Can you put me down? I think I' alright." She knew if she wasn't that by this point she'd easily be able to heal herself enough to function. Her healing abilities were not the greatest, but they were better than nothing. Plus her chakra was finally refilled enough for her not to feel so out of it.

Sasuke kept to himself in utter silence trying his best to ignore the Hyuga girl on his back. She was, at the very least quite. Sasuke could feel her sorrow which was a near give-away that she was plotting to do something to Sasuke, another attempt to bring him home for Naruto? In any sense Sasuke tossed the idea of betrayal out the window and kept pushing forwards at a medium-paced trot through the barren forest. Sasuke closed his eyes tightly forcing away memories of Itachi with a heavy sigh. His thoughts were broken as the silence snapped to the words of Hinata. Sasuke gave a small unapproving snort as he lowered his body to the ground, allowing the weakened Hyuga to depart from his back. Sasuke though for a moment; throwing ideas around on how to manipulate the situation to his benefit.

“Why? Hmph, there are many reasons. Some of which I do not even know myself. The one constant is that Naruto will come looking for you and your team. I feel as if you plan to lure Konoha to me and try to get me to come home. My place is not in Konoha, nor is it in any village were the Uchiha name is spat upon. I sincerely want to found my own village and rebuild the clan to her once glorious days again.” Sasuke turned to Hinata with folded arms and a smug smile on his face to finish his sentence. “I've said too much as is. To remember; if you try to betray me.” Sasuke opened his eyes showing a furious glare of Sharingan to the Hyuga clan member. “I will kill you.” Sasuke maintained eye contact for a long moment, making sure to evoke fear into the Hyuga's heart,

Sasuke turned once more proceeding forward again with folded arms with no regard to the Hyuga clan member. They both knew if she attempted to run; her life would be ended in a painfully slow manner. Sasuke remained quite for the rest of the journey until they finally came across an old Akatsuki hideout, something Sasuke had taken for his own personal benefit. “This is your new home. Anything you need is in there; if you need something then you get it yourself. Try to stay out of my way and everything here will be fine. Got it?” Sasuke snorted angrily disappearing into the house leaving the Hyuga to her lonesome. Sasuke slammed the door behind him to give the appearance of anger though once inside Sasuke let his guard down and turned to the wall placing his head against the hard stone and began to let tears fall.

Hinata was placed on her feet ever so lightly as Sasuke turned to her. Slipping down to sit, her hands became an odd light green colour as she ran them over her legs, knowing she could fix the rest once she was finished. She stopped for a moment as Sasuke caught onto part of her plan, she looked up at him with strong eyes that did not betray her. She listened carefully to what he said, she was getting the right information at this point, but that is when he reactivated his Sharingan well threatening her life. She could feel the chill run down her back, but she didn’t turn her eyes away from him. Looking back into those eyes, leaving her kekkei genkai inactivate. She was going to prove to him, trick him that she was doing it to get away from the village.

After a moment of long eye contact she lowered her eyes and focused back on healing her legs which were still a little shaky from the battle earlier. Once she felt more strengthen in her legs she pushed herself up and glanced at Sasuke. “Sorry about making you wait.” She said a slight shyness entering her voice as her two index fingers pushed together before one hand went up to push some of her long hair away from her face. It was at that moment where the two made it on their away again. However, HInata knew that back in the place where she had left her team, they would be awake and moving. Wither it was to find Hinata or back toward village for back up. She felt her heart twist in her chest, but this time her pain for betraying her friends did not show through her body language.

It was not long after that, that the two of them came to a hide out, wither it was a left over one from Orochimaru or the Akatsuki she would never know. She followed without a word, her eyes trying hard not to case around the area to take it all in. She had a small idea of their whereabouts but she wasn’t totally sure. She wouldn’t be until she got a better look around with her Byakugan. It was at that moment Sasuke threw an angry hissy fit act and slammed a door. Letting her eyes drift away from his room she glanced towards her room which was just across the hall. She had no chance of using her Byakugan right now, it’d be too risky. For the time being all she could do was get cleaned up so she headed off into her room.

There wasn’t much to the room, but it was enough to live off of. She head off to the bathroom to get cleaned up and within an hour she found herself laying on the bed with a clean set of plan black clothing, almost like the funeral outfits they wore back home. Sighing softly she knew it’d be time to finally do something. Pushing off the bed, she rooted around her things and pulled her hair into a ponytail leaving two long pieces hanging down in a loop attached to her ponytail. Quickly she made some tea, taking a kettle and a mug she glanced at her door. She wondered if she was allowed to leave her room. She grabbed some paper from the book shelf and a pen and scribbled something quickly on the page before folding it and placing it by the mug on the tray.

Holding the tray in her one hand she peeked her head into the hallway, since the door opened up into the hallway. She slipped out leaving her door open and placed the tray on the ground beside the door and glanced at the door. She knew it’d be a bad idea to bug him so she picked up the note and slipped it under the door before quickly going back to her room and closing the door with a soft click. Hopefully this went well and not badly. If Sasuke were to open the note inside would be:

‘Thank you again for giving me away out of the village, here is some Hyuga clan tea mixture, if you are hungry as a thank you I can cook dinner.
    ~Hinata’

Sasuke allowed the tears to drain from his body, allowing the weakness to escape as he would put it. With his right arm, he wiped away the remaining tears with a full drag of his sleeve. Sasuke commended Hinata for not backing down from the most evil glare he could've mustered up. Sasuke dismantled his fabled sword and hid it away into a closet and removed his shirt replacing it with one similar in style though black in color with the Uchiha symbol on the back. Sasuke noticed the note under the door, but didn't bother to read it. To him it was senseless and nonsense to try and win his trust this early. The fact she was trying so hard only gave Sasuke a better idea that she was plotting against him. Sasuke opened the door to find the try and couldn't help but to laugh.

“Amateur. Hmph.” Sasuke picked up the tray only to kick it away from his room. The Uchiha decided it was time to confront the Hyuga girl and get the information out of here one way, or another. Sasuke found the girl in her room and decided to enter without consent. “Alright, I want to know what's going on. No Shinobi just up and leaves their teammates on the road without a plan, or plot.” Sasuke closed the distance to Hinata to prevent any Gentle Fist jutsu. Sasuke's eyes changed. They weren't the typical black or normal three-toma sharingan. No this was the Mangekyo Sharingan and Sasuke planned on using it to harm or kill this Hyuga clan member.

The Uchiha's left eye began to spin clock-wise slowly at first. But gradually began to pick up speed; signifying the use of Tsukuyomi. Something stopped Sasuke before executing the jutsu. Something outside had snapped Sasuke's concentration and stole his his eye contact. “Hmph, what the hell was that.” Sasuke left the Hyuga girl; probably scared to death and exited the building to find out what the commotion was. Three ANBU members had shown up to the hidden hide out. Sasuke deduced quickly they were not from Konoha, but Kirigakure. “The hell are Kiri ANBU members doing in my village.” Sasuke had prepared to kill the members but Itach flashed into his memories once more preventing any more slaughtering.

“Agh! Fuck!” Sasuke fell to his knees quickly writhing in pain. Itachi had implanted something into Sasuke that prevented him from ever killing an innocent soul ever again. The ANBU members quickly gathered around the limp body of Sasuke and proceeded to beat him. Sasuke tried fighting the burning pain that rendered him useless. “Damn it Itachi! Why now!” Sasuke screamed loudly in an agonizing pain as the leader ANBU member knelt with a kunai against the throat of Sasuke. The end looked like it was dangerously close. “So Uchiha boy, you thought you could out run us? Ready to join your clan yet?” Sasuke spit on the mask of the leader with an evil glare.

Having ran quickly back to her room in fear of a bad reaction to bugging Sasuke quickly after being told not to, she pressed her back to the door and listened. No sound could be heard, she would be safe. . . if he had looked at the note yet. She let out the breath in which she had been holding. She felt as if she was more of a prisoner then a run away, but the truth was she wanted it to look that way to everyone on the outside. Moving towards the bed she sat down on the edge nervous, she wanted to grab the note back. It had been such a bad idea to bug him. She reached up to release the wet hair from its entrapment within her hair tie. It fell ever so softly around her body and in front of her shoulders, a slight dampness still remaining trapped in her thick hair.

A few minutes had passed without a sound, she was just about to relax and lay down on the bed to rest her uneasy mind when she heard the door move. Her body tensed and it had rightfully done so as the crash clattered down the hall along with an angry sound voice. She knew he was coming for her, she wanted to run, her hands trembled slightly before the door flew open. She looked up trying to make her eyes not betray her. But her hands were shaking and before she knew it she had quickly pressed herself against the wall, her body still resting on the bed as Sasuke leaned in close. The rage was clear to see, she could feel her heart beating quickly in her chest. She tried to keep her eyes matched with his but his eyes started to change and she looked away closing her eyes tightly. She knew enough about Sasuke’s eyes from the reports against the Akatsuki as well as the reports from the Great Ninja War.

So to save herself she spat out the first thing she could think of. “Naruto.” She said quickly before peeking to see if he was going after her still. “He-he won’t. . .return. . .my feelings. . .I-I-“ her face was becoming redder by the moment thinking about what she was doing, what she was saying. In the heat of battle against Pain she was able to tell Naurto her true feelings, but the truth was she didn’t know if she could ever do it again. But before she could spit anything else out Sasuke left the room. She felt her heart skip a beat before looking around the room. She slowly reached up to feel her body. She thought maybe she was dead, or worst within his genjutsu. She formed her hand seal and activated her Byakugan, her eyes expanding the area to see ANBU outside the hideout, attacking Sasuke. That is what stopped him from hurting her. This was her chance. They thought it was only Sasuke here, she quickly ran out of the room down the hallway her feet not making a sound as came towards the entrance. She needed a way to get them all at once.

There was no other exit she could use and Sasuke for some reason was not acting normally. Something was wrong. She knew her gentle fist would not be nearly enough to stop them, she knew she needed to use her Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists. This was not going to be easy but right now she had the upper hand. As they took their beat down out on Sasuke, their backs turned to her, she used her Gentle Fists to send the first one flying, with a quick twist around on her feet she hit the second in the side sending him flying, however, she was not fast enough to get to the third one in time. She got hit in the jaw sending her sliding back. She only needed a few more hits before she could use her Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists.

Neither side was waiting for an opening to let useless words fly, she ducked down as one sent for her back she brought her foot out and slid it around before springing forward and rolling placing Sasuke behind her. They were from the Hidden Mist Village, she would not back down to this guys. Even if she wasn’t to her fullest power. The battle this morning had taken a good toll on her. Quickly she dashed forward and the battle carried on, she was able to dodge most of the attacks, but it was the ones that went after Sasuke that got her.

By this point she was breathing heavily, a number of cuts along her arms and legs, one even across her cheek. “I will not let you win. That is my motto.” She said before taking in a deep breath and finally letting the Twin Lions come out to play. “Die!” She screamed as she hit the first guy in the side sending him flying through the trees taking down a few as his body fell limp. Twisting around she took the two on, but couldn’t get another hit. She was running out of time. Her body wasn’t going to keep this up for much longer. After all she was no ANBU.

Sasuke winched harshly as the pain from Itachi's Jutsu grew heavier over the body of Sasuke. It hadn't helped that Three ANBU members were giving Sasuke a beating of a life time. They were smacking him like a proverbial carpet, as if to clean the dust from his body. 'This is it huh. The great Uchiha name beaten down by three low-class ANBU. All because my idiot brother won't let me fight. You win this time you Brother.' Sasuke closed his eyes accepting his fate. It was in this very moment Hinata had attacked the ANBU members. Sasuke's eyes snapped opened quickly to the sight of a three on one fight. 'What in the world is she doing!' Sasuke was at a loss for words; as his mind began to fade to flashbacks of his past.

The first of three way a conversation between Obito and Sasuke. "If you think I'm just a foolish kid ruled by his emotions, that's fine. Following Itachi's path would be childish, the whispering of fools who don't know hatred. If anyone else tries to ridicule the way I live, I'll slaughter everyone they ever cared about. And then maybe they'll understand what it's like to taste… a little of my hatred.” It was the beginning of Sasuke's true descent into the darkness that everyone knew him for. 'Was I wrong to think that way? Should I have gone a different path rather than giving in to hatred and revenged? Seeking selfish gains?'

The next memory burned into Sasuke's mind deeply. Recalling a conversation between Kakashi and Sasuke after their confrontation prior to killing Danzo. "I finally… I finally got my first bit of revenge for Itachi... it's like the disgrace of the Uchiha clan is being cleansed. Like I'm separating the Uchiha clan from the rotten ninja world. You might even say it's what Konoha always wanted. You always repudiated the Uchiha clan, so now we will disappear from your memories just like you always wanted. When I kill everyone in Konoha! By severing the bond, we will be purified! That will be the true revival of the Uchiha clan!" This was his one dream. The only thing Sasuke had ever wanted, but now he was beginning to question his own logic and feelings.

The final was the lost words he spoke to Itachi. "I guess anything I say now would be pointless… When I saw you… I decided to follow you here to confirm whether or not what Danzo and Tobi told me was true or not. But that wasn't the only reason… When I'm with you I remember the way it used to be. I remember time spent with the brother that I looked up to… that I loved. That's why… The closer I get to you… The more I'm able to recall what those days felt like… And the more I'm able to understand you.The more I'm able to hate Konoha for the suffering they put you through. In fact, it's becoming even stronger than before. I do understand what you want me to do. It's probably because you're my older brother that you feel the need to put me on the right path. But it's probably because I'm your younger brother that I'll never stop, no matter what you say. As you'll always exist to protect the village… so will I to destroy it. Goodbye… brother."

Sasuke snapped back to the reality before hand just as Hinata had sent an ANBU member to their death. 'Hmph, maybe she is being honest about leaving the Village. But now was not the time to make assumptions. Sasuke got to his feet, coming towards the rear of Hinata and placed a hand upon her shoulder with a gentle smirk. “Take it easy.” Sasuke's words came easy, for the first time his chakra seemed to be light and good rather than dark and evil. Sasuke took a few steps forward in front of Hinata glaring into the eyes of on of the ANBU members. Thats when the evil sound of a Sharingan being activated happened. One of the ANBU members fell to the ground screaming in a horrifying agony of pain.

Sasuke turned to the final remaining member of the ANBU squad and helf his hand up with three fingers as if to begin counting down. “Three seconds. That's all you have before I end your pathetic existence.” The ANBU member gasped heavily. “You're insane! Leave us!” Sasuke laughed with an evil posture. “Three.” A purple glow began to form around Sasuke. “Two.” Ribs began to cover Sasuke at this point. “Okay I am gone!” The ANBU member disappeared into the Forest. Sasuke dissipated the incomplete Susano'o and turned to Hinata with a smile that only Naruto had shown her before. “You okay?”

Having not given up in the fight despite her lowering chakra levels. Her shifted her Twin Lion Heads back until she knew she’d get a hit. This way she would be able to save her chakra for the right moment. This time the ANBU came at her, ducking she rolled out of the way with a quick spin on her toes before launching forward at leg of one of the ANBU. She had almost gotten him but the other had reached down and grabbed her arm, he was about to throw her when her other hand came in, her index and middle finger pushed together before forcing it into his arm. She prayed to god that through all that hard Training with Neji she would have hit the right spot.

The man yelped before awkwardly letting go of her as she slid her feet along the ground, her one hand sliding as well to keep her upright. She quickly dashed around the two and stood between them and Sasuke once again. Her eyes glanced quickly at the man she had hit. She could still see the chakra running through his body. However, where she had hit left his without that arm. At least she had done something. Taking a deep breath she set in the Gentle Fist stance watching and waiting. She knew they were just pushing closer to Sasuke but she could not afford to be on the offence anymore. However, that’s when she saw Sasuke move, she didn’t have to turn her head to see him get up and walk towards them.

As he worked his way towards them, one of the ABNU dashed towards her she was able to block him from passing and sent him sliding back as he blocked her attack. It was at that moment that Sasuke touched her shoulder making her body tense even more. It could be that he planned to kill them all. She felt her heart beating even faster, faster than just the battle alone would do. But what he said took her by surprise making her eyes widen and her face turn towards him. Just by his body language she could tell she needed to get out of the way. With a short nod of her head she quickly dashed back towards the entrance of the hideout, ready to use the wall as a shield from anything that could come flying. That action was not necessary.

Without so much as moving from his place, one of them went down in incredible pain. It made her body shiver, to think that would have been her just before the attack. With just one left the famous Susanoo began to form. He was really serious. Before in their battle, he hadn’t used this, so why now. Her mind was spinning but then the man quickly took off, but Hinata was still on edge. She wanted to make sure that before she release her Byakugan everything was safe. She kept an eye on Sasuke well expanding her vision taking in their surrounding area, the ANBU was still high tailing it. There were some others around traveling on a nearby road but they weren’t ninja. She felt her body relax a little before she put her full attention back on Sasuke. He turned to her, and smiled.

Her eyes went wide yet again, she didn’t know how to take this in. She didn’t think a man like Sasuke could muster something like that with all the evil within his soul. So she nodded her head slightly, a little speechless. She let her eyes lower for a moment waiting for the attack, but it didn’t come. She finally release her Byakugan and stepped out of the entrance again. “Umm, I can heal you a little. My medical Justus isn’t amazing, but it should help.” She finished pushing her fingers together as her eyes wondered around the place trying not to fully look at Sasuke.

A subtle wind grazed the area just as Sasuke had given Hinata the smile. The air around the Uchiha seemed to shift, giving off a sense of relief. Though Sasuke quickly turned away from Hinata and focused on the previously downed ANBU member from Kirigakure. The man grunted in an intense pain as Sasuke knelt to a near eye level to speak to the man. Sasuke quickly removed the mask from the man before speaking. A long tense moment passed before Sasuke drew in a long breath before interrogating the ANBU member. Sasuke drew a kunai and quickly slashed the cheek of the enemy and smirked evilly.

“You have exactly thirty seconds to tell me what you are doing here before I end your life in the most painful way you can possibly think of. One.” Sasuke began counting down the time. The ANBU member didn't budge an inch causing Sasuke to reach thirty. “Such foolishness. It is your grave after all.” The dark haired Uchiha turned away from the ANBU member, only to turn back and causing the ANBU member to burst in a jet-black flame. Amaterasu was one of Sasuke's most intimidating jutsu and he would eventually resort to using it to get information out of this pathetic excuse of a Shinobi. Sasuke let the flames settle into the man for fifteen long seconds, before extinguishing them.

“I am going to ask you one more time, you pathetic low life. What the fuck are you doing here!” Sasuke's patience began to run thin as the ANBU member spat in his face. “You crazy Uchiha bastard. You won't get shi...” Sasuke snapped a kick so powerful that it shattered the neck of the ANBU member leaving him lifeless. Sasuke wiped his face and once again turned to Hinata. “Healing will not be necessary. We should focus back on you. You are trying a bit too hard to gain my trust.” Sasuke once again closed the distance between himself and the Hyuga female. It would seem as if he were going to attack her after all.

The distance closed to the point of which Sasuke could smell Hinata. His right hand raised to touch Hinata on her left cheek, moving her forehead to meet his own. In such a manner that Itachi had done just before his final death during the Shinboi War. Sasuke smiled once more and spoke a single word to the Hyuga clan member. “Relax.” Sasuke kept the position for a few seconds to allow Hinata to soke it all in. 'If I have to resort to manipulation so be it. I've seen through you Hinata Hyuga. And now it is time for me to begin plotting. Sasuke broke the pose with a gentle laugh before retreating to the hideout once more.
