Hello my name is Jake i use the name Leon for my main character in any of my story's, most of my info is on my profile, feel free the message me anytime about any questions or concerns i will most likely answer any questions asked and work to fix any problems you bring to my attention.

But now to the point i was wondering if i could do a role play, were if you wish to join you will have to message me and see if i approve, is this alright or no? You see me and my friend are hoping to start a role play but we want other players to join, but i have seen a role play be torn to pieces by so many people joining at one time that nothing got done, and i hope to avoid that in this one. Now i understand me not being a moderator i can not remove posts i will flimsily just message any newcomer to inform them to get permission to join. Is this ok or no?

To answer your questions, yes it is perfectly alright for you to approve to players first whether you do that by PM's or in-thread character sheets.
If you want to start a roleplay, check out the Interest Check sections. Post your ideas there and get your players that way. You can not remove posts, but you can edit them and asking newcomers to join a certain roleplay isn't exactly frowned upon. Just don't be rude about it and actually welcome them first. See what they like and if you think they might like it, bring it up. It all depends on how you want to go about it.

Thanks you glad to see I can do that and i was planning on being kind about it but sometimes letting everyone in a role play gets hectic.
