Urban Chaos RP?

Here's the idea...

In a city controlled by a gang known as the Burners, everything is in chaos. The Burners are attacking civilians, paramedics, and police officers, and only one small group of elite police can stop them. They are T-Zero, the no tolerance team specially trained to take down large riots and gangs such as the Burners. T-Zero will have to use a variety of weapons in their normal arsenal, along with weapons used by the Burners themselves, to take them down. They'll have to capture gang leaders, rescue or escort civilians, paramedics or police, and take down members of the Burners along the way. And they can use all the help they can get. Will you join them and help liberate the city? Or will you join the Burners and keep it enslaved?

I quite like this Idea, would you mind messaging me what sort of setting you are after for this, mainly character archetypes etc and its genre of Fiction, Sci-FI etc. I like the sound of The Burners.

Zero Tolerance, the team had clearance from the chief of police to stop the terrorist gang Burners with whatever means possible. It is basically a alternate modern day not Sci-fi really,

Yeah this was one of my favorite games from the PS2, There was also Mercenaries, COD: Big Red One, and Ace Combat 5: Shattered Skies, they all are my favorites for story and gameplay.
