Dead. Don't ask. x.x
H slipped into O's office before S. She took a seat when O didn't say anything. Of course the jerk had to wait until they were both seated before he spoke.
"Did I say you could sit down?"
H sprang from the chair like it was on fire. "Sorry Sir." She said looking down and not at him. He always got mad if she looked him in the eyes. She complied because it was hard enough to stop herself from punching him in the face on the best of days. And after this mission, and being accused of not doing anything.
H's hands clenched into fists. Luckily she was a parade rest so O couldn't see them, or else she'd be in more trouble. When S made sure to include her she didn't look at him, but inside she was happy. O liked S. O would keep S around as his golden boy for as long as he could. That S would only work with H was one of the reasons why H hated her so much. H suspected that he hated her because she was female, but she had no proof of that either.
H glanced over at her partner as he tensed under O's stare but he recovered nicely. They were Seniors. They were expected to work outside of the classroom and real field experience. Which meant they were spies officially in all but name. The Academy would own them for months yet. Complaining about work wouldn't do anything but make it worse.
S looked at H and nudged her a little bit while smiling then looking ahead back at O. "Alright, here you go." He handed S the papers as his eyes scanned over them. "Are you serious?" He asked while passing the papers to H. "That is not right, at all and I won't go through with it." S folded his arms over chest then rolled his eyes while O raised a brow at him. "Is that going to be a problem?" He asked while smirking a little bit. He sighed softly while getting the papers back from H. "I'll be right back." He left the room and went across the hall to the copy room, where he made copies of the paper. One for him, one for H. After a few minutes, he came back into the room, returning the original papers to O then handing H her copy. "So S, why don't you read the mission?" S shifted all his weight to the right side, sighing once again before speaking.
"Attention S and H, this is your new mission for the day. You must go to the warehouse on Walker St. and Park Ave. and find out what is going on in there." S said while looking towards H. "No seductive dressing in this one." He chuckled slightly while O slammed his hand on the desk. "Get to that warehouse and find out. Suspicious activities have been reported." O said in a serious tone while S commented. "That's why they have Policemen. Not us." He rolled his eyes while walking away. "Watch it, S." He hissed as he leaned back in his seat, turning around in his chair, hands placed over his stomach as he watched the view below.
S waited for H to come out and join him as he spoke. "Well, let's get cleaned up and get a move on things." He said while waiting for the elevator to ding. "You alright?" He asked her in a sincere tone. He knew how O made her feel and he hated, which is why he defended her countless of times that she doesn't know about.

H watched as Agent O give S their next assignment. H accepted the papers when they were passed to her. Her partner's complaints tuned out for the moment. Survalliance was one thing, investigating suspicious activities was one thing. She handed the papers back to S when he asked for them. He left the room leaving her along with O.
"I hope you understand better than your partner why I assigned this mission to your team." Agent O said after a few moments of tense silence.
H nodded her head. "Yessir. I understand." Perhaps better than O suspected. H wasn't at the top of her class for nothing. When S returned O made it clear they wern't getting out of this assignment. Whatever was going on in that warehouse wasn't a police matter. No matter what S thought. H found herself getting just a little bit excited. This was going to be far more interersting than scaming some corrupt lawyer. Skimpy dress or no.
H shut the door to the office behind after after they were dismissed. She smiled at S as they waited for the elevator. "I'm good. You know, it's usually worse while you're around. His attitude is just as much for you as it is for me." H shrugged. "Anyways our new assignment will be..." H paused. If O suspected that whatever was going on wasn't police business, why didn't he give them more of a warning?
The elevator 'dinged' and H got in and jabbed botton for basement level one. "I think we should watch our backs." H finally said.
When the elevator dinged and the doors slid opened, he walked in after H, watching as she pressed the button for basement level one, where the dorms were. He sat his back on the walls of the elevator, sighing as he stuck his hands in his pockets. He was silent, quiet and wondering why they really were the ones picked for this mission. It was kind of odd to him. Were they being tested? Or were they at that level of their class? He shrugged his shoulders at the thought then looked to H. "So, do you know why we were picked for this mission?" If he ever needed a question answered, H was his girl for the job.
The elevator dinged and Agent S nodded after hearing H's response. "Well, let me go shower and change." He said with a smile while walking to his dorm, opening the door as his eyes scanned the perimeter before entering fully. He walked over to his dresser drawer and pulled out his t-shirt and boxer briefs. He went into his bathroom and turned on the shower, stepping right in after declothing himself. He took a quick shower, not wanting H to wait to long as he stepped out, drying himself off.
He then placed on his under garments then walked back into his room, opening his closet door and rummaging through it, finding the right clothes for this mission. He found a blue warehouse suit, which he zipped up and placed on a pair of black shoes. He reviewed himself over in the mirror as he sat down on his bed, waiting for H to come knock on his door, to let him know that she was ready.

H shrugged. "We did well, or we messed up. Either way, we're IT." H liked using her pop-culture slang. It got her extra credit in class. But that one, she remembered playing when she was a kid before she came here. She didn't need any classes in order to make that sentence work and work well. Agent Sanchez would have given her five extra credit points if she had still be in his class.
H nodded her head in an imitation of S. "Of course. See you in twenty." She skipped off to her own room on the other side of the hallway. Girls were house on the left side while boys were on the right side. Not like it stopped any unsanctioned nighttime liaisons. H smiled to herself. Agent O would have a fit if he ever realized what went on under these roofs.
H opened her door and caught her roommate by surprise. "K!" H chimed happily. "You're back too."
K was H's roommate for as long as she could remember. "Yeah." K said unhappily. The other girl was shorter than H with black hair and eyes and mocha skin. The politically correct term was African American but K had scoffed at being called that. She had told a teacher who tried once, that inside the Academy there was no race only spies and that was all that mattered. She got detention for it. After she got bonus points for her train of thought.
"That bad?" H asked carefully. The other spy nodded. H bit her lip, looking at the bathroom longingly then sighed. "Spill it. I got fifteen minutes. Then I have to go back out."
K winced. "You should get ready then. I'll be here when you get back. Job first remember?" K pushed H towards the bathroom.
H sighed and grabbed K's wrist. "Fine, I can multitask. Start talking or else I might have to go all Spanish Inquisition on you."
That comment started a laugh out of K. "All right. All right. It was this mission..." K launched into an explanation of what happened as H showered quickly. K was still talking about the disaster of a mission when H finished and K helped her dry her hair.
"And then he got away." K sighed. "L's out there now hunting him down." H patted her friend's shoulder. No one liked being handed an assignment that turned them into assassins.
"I'm sure he doesn't blame you." H said quietly as she dressed in mundane clothes, ratty pants, old shoes, faded t-shirt. "Be careful. Okay?"
"That's my line." K smiled looking better.
"I'm always careful." H grinned and left the room. She knocked on S's door loudly. She was a little over twenty minutes, but not by much. "Come on." She said to the door. The quicker they did their surveillance the quicker they could take a break.
Agent S sat down, reviewing the mission paper over as he let out a long and much needed sigh. He ran his fingers through his hair but jumped when a knock came over his door. He crouched down and hid on the other side of his bed. Never know when the academy was going to test you on your skill, especially if you were an elite. His heart was thudding through his chest as he also breathed heavily. But he heard a familiar voice, H's, and got up off the ground, feeling much better.
He knew that H wouldn't hurt him, or so he hoped.
S reached his hand out a turned the knob, opening the door, looking over H's clothing. "Even in disgusting clothing you look hot." S eyes widened after speaking those words out loud. 'What were you thinking?' He thought to himself while now smiling nervously as he exited his room and shut the door behind him. "Guess we should get going huh?" He said while walking towards the elevator again, pressing the button for the doors to slide open.
When the door did open, he walked through them, waiting for H to enter before pressing the respective button for them to go. "Another mission, then a break. I don't care what happens." He turned his gaze towards H then continued to ask. "Got it?"
Dead. Don't ask. x.x
H stepped back as the door opened. Her eyes blinked as S spoke.
"Even in disgusting clothing you look hot." S said as he spotted her.
H just stood there staring at S after he spoke. She watched him in silence as he closed the door after he exited. He looked awkward. H didn't make a move to alleviate his nervousness. She wasn't quite sure if she was insulted or complemented.
"Guess we should get going huh?" S said finally.
H nodded her head and fell in behind him as he lead the way to the elevator. She worried her bottom lip. She couldn't decide if he had meant his comment as a complement or an insult. As it was, she was beginning to think he wasn't sure either, since he didn't mention it again. Coming to that realization she decided to take it as an insult and a compliment.
"Sure." H agreed as she slipped out of the elevator as it came to a stop. "Mission. Break. Hell or high water. Got it." She looked around for J, who was on assignment as driver for whomever needed a lift. They weren't using a driver for this mission, but J would get them keys to a car they were allowed to use.
"J. Keys." H snipped. J meekly handed over a set of keys and pointed to an old beater of a volkswagen. H turned to S. "Driving?"
S nodded at H as he took the keys, unlocking the car doors with a simple click of a button. He got inside of the Volkswagen on the drivers side then closed the door, turning the engine.
His eyes went towards H. "I know you were wondering about those words I spoke earlier." He could read H like an open book, since they have been together since day one. "It was a compliment." He said with a smile, turning to the side and grabbing ahold of his seatbelt, clicking it as he made himself comfortable before grabbing the wheel and driving forward. S waved J goodbye as he continued on driving, turning the radio on and turning it up. He nodded his head to the beat of the music then turned to H, turning it down a little.
"Okay, so we need go over somethings." He said while handing some of the notes he had already written down. "We just need to go in there and make it seem like we belong, then get to spying." Yeah, it sounded easy but it was going to be hard as hell. Just like the first days of Spy Academy, the simplest things were the hardest.
Dead. Don't ask. x.x
H gave a laugh as she relaxed at his words. "Wow there S, you really know how to give compliments. Agent F would flunk you if he knew that." A smile stretched her lips. Agent F was an older woman who taught etiquette for both men and women. H had heard that men had an easier time in the class because less was required of them even in high society. All H knew for certain was that Agent F's class was Hell. She hated every moment of that class. The dresses, the shoes, the hair, the make-up, the twittering. God, learning how to twitter and pretending to be a vapid female was the hardest thing H had ever done in her life. Of course the irony that it turned out to be one of her greatest assets was not lost on H.
"No nevermind you already passed. Imagine taking her class all over again." H reveled in the payback just a little. It was only fair after all, he had worried her.
Then she sobered and turned her mind to the mission. "I could do inside surveillance while you take care of the rest." She pointed out. As a young woman she could get into places easier than S could as a young man. He could cover trailing people outside of the warehouse or providing backup should she need it. Of course, if she did run into trouble, he'd have a harder time getting to her, leaving her on her own. She could almost hear his answer now.
