Your Greatest RP ever?

The Order Saga is the greatest roleplaying achievement I have ever done, with Ultimate in second; but both were quality that were products of quantity as they were both roleplay stories that were essentially sagas. Ultimate ran from 2001-2005 and The Order Saga ran from 2003-2008; the latter I've been working on a follow up for some time called New Order but more on that later. TOS started out as a generic anime inspired story with cliche tropes and niches, the entire basis of it can be defined as:

An evil cult tries to spread their influence through power and fear. Heroes will fight them until the very end and at any cost.

It sounds pretty un-appealing doesn't it? Generally though, I wouldn't of wrote several "books" of it with fellow writers if that much was so and the roleplay spanned several in-game years and had a fulfilling conclusion and good character arcs. It is also my favorite roleplay in terms of quality and legacy.

My Greatest RP Evah?~

Mew, I'd have to say that my greatest RP I've ever known, funnily enough, is my 1st RP: Chronicles of Siriko. (Gawsh, I feel all speshul)

To sum it all up, CoS was basically a Mash-Up of a shit-ton of things like Elder Scrolls, Might & Magic and Geneforge References, Final Fantasy References, sprinkled with my enthusiasm and topped with a crapload of (shocking) creativity. I think.

I'm actually not sure if I was just lucky or if I actually did good, because I look back and I think "HAHAHAH! What a Piece of SHIT!"
And then I recall how far we got into the goddamn RP and I'm all like, "Oh.. Wat?"

Now I'm straining to figure out how the crapplesticks I managed to get so far on my first RP, and why the RPs I run these days go to shitz compared to it. I do not understand it, and I will not settle with, "Oh, I just got lucky".

Anyhow, end of my rant. Yes, I have to say, CoS was my greatest RP, despite looking like a piece of crap (IMO) and, being composed of my Roleplaying skeeel from three years ago. It lasted and, well, that's kinda what counts. >o>
