The world is as we all know it, with a number of villages and countries living in a fair balance of power and so called 'peace', there has been no vast conflict in ages and there were no 'tailed beasts', neither to reek havoc nor to have their power coveted by wicked organizations or power hungry warlords.
There are however, a number of things taking place that even the greatest leaders of the land haven't the slightest clue about, and the ultimate realization of these things existence will cast the land into war and chaos for the first time in [our] history.
The First, Is a secret unknowingly existing in, and passed down through, certain family lines, though their back-grounds are varied, there is always one especially unique, powerful, or skilled Person born in each generation in these families [or perhaps twins in a special case =P]. The unknown reason for this is the existence of certain Chakra Beasts dwelling within the bodies of the ninja, they transfer from one generation to the next, though they themselves are ageless, their hosts are not, but their existence imparts unique capabilities and advantages on their hosts.
The Second is a devious organization spreading their plans through the inner working's of different villages, they are patient, their reach is vast, and their ruthlessness un-matched, yet worst of all, Nobody knows the name or who is a member of this secret group.
The Third Is the advent of a large group of Bandits, headed by rogue ninja and equipped with a number of unusual objects that seem to be imbued with unnatural powers.
Little of this is Immediately relevant however, as a number of task forces from the major Villages of the land are currently dealing with the threat of the bandits and looking into suspicious activities.
Most importantly 'now' is the creation of a unique Ninja Village, Known as the College of Nations, It is a revolutionary development in inter-national relations.
It resides on a large compound, as large as any of the Major Shinobi villages, serving all of the functions of a standard village, save for the fact that all residents are either visitors, Students, Teachers, or some other form of Staff.
It is the Largest Learning Center in the world, and boasts the Viable teaching of All Non-forbidden Shinobi Arts, from basic Taijutsu up to the most complicated unrestricted techniques available, and even more so, is open to the addition of teachers and students of any other professions as well. They are staffed by members of ALL countries to ensure the accuracy of teachings formerly unique to one specific Land, and it is intended to be filled with students from all lands, both volunteers and invitees, and It's First year of service begins very soon.
The Greatest Feature of the school is that it caters to anyone who wishes to learn, whether it could be a normal person seeking to learn about Shinobi Arts without being able to perform it, or a ninja who wants to learn gardening. It supplies classes for many different professions, from samurai to Carpenter to Hunter and on, as well as having in house Training rooms for the College Guard that ensure the safety of the grounds.
The History timeline will be organized in relative time periods, rather than specific years, ya know, for now =P
You can actually allude to various history bits that you come up with yourself, long as their not vastly disrupting what's already in place =3
500 Years Past: The final War took place, a Brutal Conflict between numerous Countries spanning the known world, resulting in the deaths of millions and a standoff between the numerous Armies about the land, whether ninja, soldier, militia, or skilled samurai. Details of it's content are long lost in the great length of history since, but the ultimate result of several countries realizing that there was no good outcome to the ceaseless fighitng other than either the crumbling or unification of the different nations, And ultimately they brought their armies together to enforce peace where they could while opening up peace talks with all other nations and eventually bringing about a quiet peace.
This Year range also held the 'birth' of the Chakra beasts that now reside in a number of family lines around the land, and the forging of a certain terribly organization operating behind the scenes.
300 Years Past: A series of devastating disasters took place in each of the major countries, leading to destabilization of relations between them, however due to extensive work prior to these events by the leaders of these countries, they had reason enough to trust eachother to avoid full on war. This was the first open act of a still nameless organization, though a number of members were executed for carrying out the origin of these Disasters, though many were never discovered and the only thing known about the organization is that they wish to bring the world back into war. For the same reason the Future Leaders of these countries were expected to maintain proper trustworthy relations to minimize the risk of such a thing happening.
Later in this Period, The 'Summit of Nations', was created, and it was decided that every 10 years a new place would chosen through correspondence between the Leaders of all nations, whether a Kage, or a Normal man, or whatever they are. They would tell no-one but eachother, and a single most trusted Body-guard with this information, as well these trusted body-guards were to be the ones delivering the correspondance to the other leaders personally. It would likely take several years to settle upon a location and method of ensuring no chance of spies infiltrating the meeting, a meeting where the leaders would speak freely amongst eachother, with no threat from outside the national relations, and they would decide on how to proceed with the more important of actions for the next decade together, and go about improving relations with eachother to ensure against war breaking out.
During this period while the nations are still reeling from the disasters wrought against them, Several groups of bandits spring up, seeking to take advantage of the confusion, among other things, reeking havoc among the lands, though it is comparitively miniscule compared to the recent actions and considered a lesser threat at the time.
100 Years Past: The Final Repairs from the vast destruction caused 2 centuries prior have finally been finished, A Remembrance memorial is constructed in each location to further ensure against the objectives of the organization coming to light.
The 20th's Summit of Nations meets and Set up a specialized Task force to deal with the bandits, composed of members of every nation and lead by some of their greatest warriors.
An, as yet, unknown person and various close friends begin planning a new way of improving relations between many different nations, The College of nations, but during this time it only enters the planning phases, choosing locations, Layouts, that such, but ultimately too much time passed and With barely early construction starting the original proprietors die of old age, though the project is picked up by another interested party.
Present: The College of Nations has recently been completed and is finally being opened for public use, and begins recruiting of both present staff and the first collection of students.
The National Task Force, along with the assistance of 'missions' completed by various ninja groups, have managed to quell the functions of most of the Bandit groups except for the largest, that still seems to run unopposed outside of it's attacking of populated nations.
Some unknown event takes place, causing the sudden sped up growth rate of Chakra beasts everywhere, and though it has shown no noticeable changes yet, Soon a point will be reached that reveals their existence to teh world, and god knows what will take place after this.
Plot: To put it simply, starting out, the main theme will be the Chakra Beast Hosts, Students in the College of Nations, and It will be the morning of orientation day.
We will progress as a normal day for the most part, perhaps mix in some little time skips to keep progress moving at times, or just 'wing it' over time.
Something to be aware of, the Chakra Host Students will be 'drawn' to eachother, regardless of age or skill level, though that doesn't mean instant friends unless you try to go that way, this will likely lead to most of us knowing more of us before the first day is over, though we don't require all 10 filled already of course XD
We will likely start out with a few days of normal activity, training, learning, so on, Liekly mixing in a time skip or 2 after a sufficient collection of posting rounds, and letting this starting period be a way for the College to discern plans for assigning 'teams' to their students.
Being that the College of Nations is practically a town of it's own, just with people from all the nations, they'll have things such a mission center and of course the Head-master, [acting as role similar to a Kage were it to be a standard village of sorts.] and as with any standard village, missions are a great source of income, the different would be that this place would take missions from allover the world, as well as acquiring some from the Nations themselves. [Though expect the first ones to be ludicrously Simple xD]
[Though you potentially know them better as 'tailed beasts' that particular nomenclature does not apply to this case]
They are, to put it simply, Chakra in living form, Creatures living in the family lines of certain clans and giving their hosts unique capabilities.
The only hint of their existence comes to solely their hosts so far, In the form of a unique creature being encountered in a sort of 'mental world' when they are sleeping or unconcious, though some speak of these and have made records of 'visions', few are willing to do so for fear of seeming 'crazy'.
To be more specific, they are of a similar Nature to the Canon Tailed Beasts, minus their original origin and being 'sealed', they are infact un-restricted from doing as they please with their powers. However, They are still in a fledgling form, often slumbering when the host is concious, and their power is paltry compared to the Tailed beasts [who don't exist in this AU], They are never the less un-restricted.
This would seem unimportant to some, however something is going to cause a forcibly increased development rate, It will be painful for both the beasts and their hosts, It will be a long process, likely still years before they could be considered 'grown', but the pending chaos of their universal awakening will be none-theless Devastating.
The Only name given to the organization who attempted to instigate a war 300 years ago, usually just reffered to as 'The Organization' still.
Or in english, The Sky Splitting Bandits.
They are a group of bandits, comprised of many different types of members, ninja, Samurai, Archers, Inventors, and on and on.
Currently It's not known how but they seem to 'appear' from the sky, hence their name, and descend upon their target before going wild for a time, then vanishing back into the clouds as if they were never there. Needless to say they have caused 'normal people' to fear a sudden rain storm from worry that it may be the bandit clouds.

Main Building: The Main building is a massive structure, Housing over 100 Rooms, The Lecture halls, Staff rooms with various supplies, a lesser medical wing to handle smaller injuries that take place or to stabilize a more serious one while awaiting assistance from the main hospital staff elsewhere.
The Structure is approximately 7 Stories tall, and several times wider than it is tall. The First, Third, and Fifth, floors each contain 10 Lecture rooms that are 2 stories tall themselves. The main Staff room is on the third floor in the middle, and there are smaller teacher rooms scattered throughout as well as various facilities, and the Headmaster's Office on the 7th floor, along with a smaller number of special instruction rooms.
Lecture Rooms 1-30: Large Standardized Teaching rooms, allowing the gathering of up to 200 people in each one, adding up to the school being able to handle 6000 Students total. They have plenty of room for small scale practice sparring as well as practicing, demonstrating, and sharing jutsu, among other things.
Special Instruction Rooms: These rooms are smallers, and used for more unique classes, generally having one or 2 particularly High level teachers carrying out a unique lesson that is signed up for ahead of time, though often require approval of said teachers, so most addmited students are chosen for their potential to actually benefit from the class [aka, wanting it for power won't be acceptable criteria XD]
Main Staff Room: A room in the center of the building, between floors 3 and 5, with entrances on each floor, allowing off duty staff to easily make it to nearly any floor in short order when they are needed. It contains various luxuries such as food
Head Teacher Rooms: Several rooms scattered about each flow, specifically assigned to certain teachers in which to handle there various forms of important work, and to handle private matters.
Head Master's Officer: Exactly what it says, the large office on the top floor with the headmaster.
Arena Hall: There is a reinforced room taking up the middle of the first and second floors together, a Reinforced Stone arena used for settling disputes, as well as what may eventually be tournaments of a sort. It also is used as a meeting place for those heading out to the school-centric training yard and has a large hallway connecting to it.
School use Only Training Yard: A large training yard outside of the western side of the school, connected through a halway with the Arena hall. It contains everything needed for various training purposes and room enough for 100's of students to train together, the only restriction is that it is reserved for School use only, such as for classes or pre-signed training periods.
Court-yard: Not too much to describe in detail here, It is a large area infront of the main school structure that houses a vast and elaborate garden as well as fountains and even a very small forest mixed in.
Training Ground: An area along the Eastern edge of the Village, Approximately a third the size of the village itself, and scattered with all manner of training areas, simulated environments, tools and dummies, and all manner of other useful things.
Main and Secondary Equipment Buildings/Storage: The Main Storage Building, Next to the College Building and 1/4 the size of the school itself, And several smaller ones a third that size spread throughout the village, used for the storage of the College of Nation's Various supplies, as well as having 'personal storage' available.
Warehouses: Various large buildings scattered about containing the Villages Supplies and materials that may be needed, from chairs and tables, to Excess mined minerals or construction materials.
Mine and Black smithing Huts: Surrounding and inside of a small mountain to the north west of the Village, contains a vast mine going deep underground and used to obtain fresh materials for all manner of purposes without need of import.
Farms: To the South East of the Village is a large expanse of Farmland, supplying the village with a self sufficient flow of all manner of foods and some other materials, from the various types of meats and leather, to Vegi's and fruit and spices.
Hospital: Well... I think We can all guess what a hospital does right? xD hahah
Cafeteria: Same here =P
Ramen Shops: Aaand here =P
Restaraunts: And another 'we all know already XD'
Various basic Comercial Shops: Like flower shops, Tailors, and that such.
The National Temple: A Cast Structure construction approximately a half Mile north of College of Nations, built on, in, and around a small mountain. The path up to the Entrance contains 1000 Stone Steps, there are occasional small rest spots for those not used to making such a trek who wish to visit, as well as a small hotspring half way up.
The Temple is built to contain and cater to the needs of anyone of a religious persuasion staying at the college, including things contained in most of the other Main Temples of the land, allowing those who visit to live with acceptable access to a Suitable Temple.
Other Areas will likely be added here as I come up with them =3
A Vast school, containing facilities for all manner of teachings, from those of basic melee techniques to the most advanced of non restricted Jutsu, and everything else, from gardening to carpentry.
The College Grounds are designed as though it were a village of it's own, containing all the necessary things to be self sufficient, farms, shops, 'facilities' and so on, as well as staff to run them.
Rules: I'm generally very lenient ^.^ I require little more than the standard Casual RP level Rules, But among the few I will require here:
1. Be capable of Intelligent posting, I don't expect geniuses or anything, But A few lines is good, I don't mind if it's a small post even, as long as it has key detail in it, a post about something that has no effect on the RP or anyone in it won't be very useful will it? For the most part I don't expect trouble here, But if several Seriously sub-par Posts happen in a row I will have to bring it to light.
2. Custom Chakra Beasts, There will be up to 10 total, you can design them as you please, their specialty, bonuses they give their hosts both passively and when 'active', as well as trouble they cause by being forcibly awakened among other things. You can theme them as you wish, if you wanna simple 'remake' a tailed beast, give it a shot, though they probably shouldn't be a carbon copy, of course you could do as I'm going to do and make one from the ground up =3
I haven't seen it done in a Naruto RP before, So I certainly worry about this being abused, But, It is still a key part of this RP, And I expect you all to be mature and intelligent about doing so. I imagine everyone who knows much of naruto knows the level of power than a normal Grown Tailed beast has, So these would have something comparable maybe to 100th or less of their power, but will quickly grow in power over the course of the RP.
While I will be very lenient of customized Creatures, I will say this, Try not to just rip off or copy something someone else has already made, though if it happens' by accident' I may allow a middle ground rather than forcing someone to re-design. Also, Any capabilities that relate to 'forbidden powers' or any sort of potentially Rediculous or problem causing advantage, should Be PMed to me and discussed to make sure it won't be abused. This is less because I don't trust people, and more so that I can back it up should someone else complain about a power being abused.
3. Be Active, I don't mind slowness, I intend to give approximately 3 days 'maximum' before a scene will be progressed without someone who's going too slow. This doesn't mean everyone must cease activity, feel free to continue conversations, training, whatever you may be doing, feel free to keep posting as long as you can come up with a reason to, until the time comes to 'just move on'. I don't generally remove people from RPs, However, If this happens more than 2 or 3 times for one person, then We will stop waiting for you more than 1 day. I will not 'chalk up' times where a viable explanation is given of course, I understand that 'shit happens' and I may have long delays myself eventually, shit happens, but simply growing bored and wordlessly leaving won't be tolerated, If you lose interest and want to leave, TELL US, that way your slot can be cleared up.
4. Character Stuff, I am very open about this, I certainly don't 'require' that you make a Chakra Beast Host for your character, though only one per person until 10 are taken. That aside, you can set up characters as you like, a samurai, a normal ninja just hanging around, maybe a College guard, or a Teacher, or just a normal student, and so on and so forth.
Also Note, The customization per character level will be allowed pretty high here, despite which I will also allow you all to remake cannon character from original Naruto in this setting, though they likely will be different, for instance, Naruto not having to grow up with everyone around him knowing there's a beast within him that could kill them all, resulting in not living with constant hate and seclusion, Similar could be said for Gaara.
5. I recently came up with this one, Though it's intricacies will only be handled OOCly, I came up with a way to effectively regulate the growth of skill and such in the RP.
Each mission will give a certain ammount of 'points' based on it's rank, and the characters performance during the mission.
I would like to have at least 2 objective assistants to help judge each mission, Either persistent Co-GMs, or just 2 people not involved in the mission in question, to ensure that everything is handled fairly. Or course it'd be 3 other people for missions that 'I'm' Involved in XD
Of course they won't be judged solely on something like how much damage someone does, or how many enemies they take out. It'll be various things, though 'including' battle performance, it'll also include things such as the quality of actions taken [aka, posts], Tactical capability, teamwork [where applicable of course], What the character takes from the fight [in terms of learning, not loot XD], and so on. So more accurately, The totality of the judgement will depend on things from just before the mission even starts, to a little while after it finishes as well.
It's more or less set up as a method to combine the various improvement criteria that may be naturally occuring, into a more easily discernable number that can be used for other things.
Also, Don't take the Rewards list to be hard-set, you can always suggest an unlisted way to spend a certain number of points. Also, It wouldn't function as though 'poof' it just happens, More or less the points OOCly will be used to increase the effectiveness of improvements and advancements ICly, to be played out however you like given the time to do so =P
Note: Important Story Events will be considered A-SSS Rank missions.
Performance would be judged between D - SSS - D being 'A complete Waste', and SSS popping up when the 'Judges' are 'amazed' by the performance.
The rewards will be arranged in the 7 Ranks, 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 for the D-SSS Level , though same may have less, this will be explained under the mission rank explanation.
Training: Everybody knows what training is xD though Training varies in intensity and may have Story-wise bonuses, such as the Shadow clone jutsu being used to improve it. NOTE!!!! If you have the shadow clone technique, Your character must first 'learn' that it can be used to improve Training Effectiveness, otherwise it will not be included.

Feel free to come up with your own if you want something that isn't on the list already ^.^ Most of these will qualify more as suggestions really.
Be concious of your character's Limits of course, Don't expect a young Genin to be able to handle S-rank Strength or jutsu training very quickly, and keep in mind that the higher the level of improvement you go for, the longer it will take and the more taxing it will be on your character.
To Explain a bit better how they work, you can choose something, or several things, to do, and apply a certain number of points available to 'power the effect', so to speak.
I'll generally trust people to be responsible with smaller point value changes, but when it comes the larger variety, It'll be better for us to do a bit of discussion to hash things out.
New Jutsu: A New jutsu that utilizes the Chakra Beast's Unique Chakra, Can be acquired for 'half price', But obviously, will require that activation and efficient use of a Chakra Beast Mode in order to be used.
Of course learning a new jutsu takes time, the lower rank it is the faster of course, and the sooner it can be used properly IC.
Express Learning: Reffering to an advantage in learning a Jutsu Faster [Implying special training techniques, or especially intensive training, maybe unique assistance from someone else] Will Require additional 'payment', ranging from 25-200% Of the techniques original cost.
The Difference between each rank's price is required to 'upgrade' an already present Jutsu, But can be done faster than starting the desired rank from scratch. Of course learning a lower rank jutsu first before upgrading it later can allow it to be used sooner.
Various Jutsu upgrades can be set up as well, such as 'mastery', Implying to make it more efficient [less chakra cost, greater effect without requiring greater output, and so on], perhaps adding the capability to be used multiple times at once, or reducing a backlash on the character.
Basically Points can be spent to positively modify a Jutsu, though the higher it's rank, the greater the cost obviously, of course the modifications ICly must still take a little time to fully apply.
Physical training as well can be 'bought' [still, not in the sense of 'poof' your better', It still calls for training IC.] to improve IC Training of various types.
Summon Enhancement: Given the potentially daunting level of power that a summon 'can' reach, the price of upgrading or acquiring a Summoned Creature is double that of a standard Jutsu.
New Tool Acquisition: This one will generally call for some discussion depending on the type of tool desired. And more or less I'm lenient about acquisition of tools =P You can certainly 'resupply' for free still xD
New Chakra Nature Acquisition: Expect this to be highly expensive, more so if you already have more than one or a 'unique' chakra nature, as well as time consuming.
Kekkei Genkai Acquisition: This will be expensive, more so if one is already posessed, As well the methods of acuisition may vary depending on the desired KG, for instance, a combination Chakra nature such as Ice or Wood, Would require that you have 2 pre-requisite Chakra natures and spend a lot of time learning to combine them. though something such as a Dojutsu KG may require special conditions that could take weeks or months to fulfill, or maybe just days, such as needing to steal someone's eye, or find a way to awaken it.
I know it looks quite large, but there is a fair bit that isn't 'required' to be filled out =3 and Chakra Beast section only applies to those obviously containing one XD hahah.

[Note: Chakra Beast Level is vastly higher than that of a human ninja, Even as infants one of them could demolish several city blocks in the midst of a tantrum if they had a reason to.]
Specialties: The unique superior power that they have special to themselves [like how Kurama [nine tailed] has insanely vast Chakra power, or how Shukaku allowed Gaara to control sand as if it was part of his body, as examples.]
Abilities: Inherent skills and abilities that the Chakra beast is capable of when release, for example, Kurama's [I'm guessing somewhat here XD] ability to use his Chakra as though it were extra physical limbs or to compact it and turn it into a vast beam of energy, Or Shukaku's Air blasts [as I remember them at least XD]. [Of course starting off so young you wouldn't have that level of destructive power in particular yet.]

Adolescent: Meant to take several times longer than reaching the stage of a youngling, will likely take a month or to instead. depending on the creature in question, this level may vary between 30 and 50 feet in height, and Again several times the level of Chakra of the Younglings.
Adult: It is likely to take several months even with the enhanced development rate of the Chakra beasts, but this level is truely vast in size and power, What the Infant stage is capable of, The adult level can likely do in a single swing.
Elder: Not especially important just yet XD it'll be a long time before it is relevant IC XD but expect a sizeable leap in power over Adults.

Usually described as tall, lithe girl, Rie has short black hair, which often furls around when she moves fast, she cut her hair out of frustration, during battle when it was oft to get in her way. Rie has little muscle but makes up for it by having a very flexible, and athletic body, along with tan skin, and light brown eyes. She is a good example of what most women in the Land of Iron look like, albeit the skin just a little paler, and the hair in a much more traditional style. er outfit is mainly constructed out of loose fabric that allows her to move around easily.
Personality: Talkative, inquiring and knowledgeable; these are the first traits her instructors would use to describe her. Rie is chilled in demeanor, but fickle in her daily pursuits. The girl is intelligent on nearly all subjects, dipping her fingers in the most interesting of spices. She knows a little bit about everything, but this often fails to hold a candle against experts. She sometimes spread herself too thinly, and fails to see the qualities outside of her own superficial inspection. Yet, despite these setbacks she still brims with curiosity at the world, being around the street block of her lower district neighborhood has created a deep yearning for excitement and adventure for the young woman. Much of this is hidden by her usually unemotional, but friendly attitude, she comes off as a good companion to keep company, but detached from relationships one could say even fearful of them. Always the daydreamer, Rie is a lackadaisical sort who is all too often distracted from her duties. Many would call this girl generous, and kind in a peculiar, almost humorous way. She posses a natural, easygoing charm, along with a malleable nature. Though most see her in a bohemian light, artistic in spirit, but lacking in substance and consistency. She's the type of person to ignore deep relationships; she is entirely platonic with more than half of her relationships. The pain of losing anyone she truly cared about would be too devastating to her emotional state. Anyone who wanted an inherent look at her would notice how unemotional she acts, and how hard it can be for her to take things seriously for a moment; perhaps because she is scared of her own emotions and what they might lead to. Rie has a somewhat stubborn spirit as well, if she believes she is right in whatever she is doing, at most times she will not listen to anyone suggesting otherwise. Some see this as her weakness, but she prefers for it to stay this way. Rie seems like a normal enough person if you truly get the chance to know her, but strange when you observe her from a superficial standpoint.
In a normal setting, she'll usually be the one sparking up conversation, or trouble. A mischievous streak runs through her at times, and she can be crafty and deft when the situation calls for it. On the inside, Rie is observed as a sensitive soul and a natural empath, she has a good intuition on emotions and moods, and can often read a face once and automatically know what's wrong. Much of the time she can be in a constant change of moods, this also gives her the strange ability of multitasking effectively and with little trouble. Her eyes show curiosity about much of the world around her so she benefits the most when she learns something new. Very rarely will you catch this young girl in a bad mood, though that doesn't mean she is always happy. History: "A long trail of blood is stained behind the backs of those associated with the Takada clan. Even some of the most revered heroes in Iron's history have been stained by the legacy behind the clan that almost threatened the seemingly unstoppable samurai. In a world that quickly accustomed itself to the presence of ninja, the Iron Country proved to be the only location where citizens and warriors alike could live like the olden days. Though of course, others weren't to simply sit idly by while the world varied before them, there were those willing to break the chains of tradition they were held by, these chains so fragile, and easily broken were tempted and charged at by the Takada clan. They wished for a diverse country, where one would not be judged by the colors they fought under, and despite the fact that the Samurai government was none too oppressive, the clan still wanted the opportunity to express freedom, and would earn it at any cost. This was a time of turbulent politics and warfare, where the samurai were forced to fight for what little land they could impose their traditions on.

Taka was born to a small clan, hardly known for any reknown other than in academics. Taka is actually an oddity within the clan, having a desire and knack with ninja techniques and jutsus; though her awkward physicality has been a hinder on her and a great embarrassment to her. Taka's parents understood Taka's drive to become a strong ninja and sent her to the College of Nations for training. Her life has been rather unimpressive ever since. She has never overly exceeded amongst her classmates, coasting comfortably on average skill levels.

Specialties: The wise old owl gives a tactical advantage to its host. Having lived through so many wars and flourished with knowledge. Mokin-sama also gives its vessel a natural attunement to wind chakra's, improving the effectiveness and strength of Wind Release jutsus.
Abilities: Mokin has the ability to fly, see in the dark and also shoot balls of wind from his beak. Though the balls are rather small they can be shot at a high repetitiveness nearly like a machine gun.

Personality: Shokora has two very unique and different personalities. In every day life he is very easy going, typically smiling and laughing. He attempts to be friends with as many people as he can, enjoying the company that is provided through such bonds.
However when he is fighting, whether training or true battle, he becomes a new man. His lips form a grim line, never flickering even when struck, his eyes burning with a smoldering flame as his blade dances in the air. Nothing matters besides the current foe, or foes.
History: History of the Shikon Clan
Among the founding clans of the Village Hidden in the Sand, for a couple of decades they were well known and respected. However as more clans began to spring up, and prove themselves, the Shikon clan slowly lost their power. Over the course of the next century their fame had diminished to the point that even schools did not speak of them, despite their part in founding the village. Although not happy about the change, they could do nothing about it. They simply were to weak of a clan in that time to pursue any acts of change. This continued on for many generations, with each one they became less and less, until the point that they barely considered themselves a clan anymore. At their lowest the first great samurai of the Shikon clan since their steady downfall was born. Shokora Shikon, the namesake of Shokora, showed promise at the young age of 7, challenging anyone that bullied him for being of his clan. As elders took notice of this, they believed it was random chance. Even a lowly clan can give birth to a great warrior. As Shokora continued to age, his strength and skill increased with him, until he was introduced into the Village's elite Samurai. Since that point the Shikon clan began to rise in power once again, each generation leading to the birth of more great Samurai, and a few kunoichi. Present day little under half of the elite samurai are of the Shikon Clan.
History of Shokora Shikon
One of the many traditions of the Shikon clan is that their sons will not be named until the age of 7. If they excel in not only swordplay, but The Dance of the Shikon, they are given the name Shokora, symbolizing their connection with the man who brought their clan out of despair and poverty. Shokora received his name at the age of 5, unheard of in several generations. From the moment he could hold a wooden blade, to start with, he began training non stop. On his fifth birthday he asked his cousin, at the time the only boy named Shokora, who was 7 to spar with him. At first the adults paid very little attention, until they heard the elder child's voice in pain. They all gathered round, as the young boy held his own against the only Shokora of their generation. For five minutes they both were equals, neither gaining nor losing ground. As the sixth minute rolled on by the younger boy landed another blow on his elder, smacking his wooden blade against his ribs. Pressing the advantage he began to twist and turn as he struck out, using an altered version of the Shikon Dance. By the seventh minute Shokora gave in. On that day Shokora gained his name, become the second in his generation.
Years passed and just like the ancestor he was named after, Shokora's skilled continued to escalate rapidly. At the age of 15, he was wandering around his family's garden, when his father approached him. Completely clad in his armor, Shokora's father challenged his son to a dual to the death. Without the option to turn down, for he would lose his honor, he accepted, despite knowing his father stood no chance. Rising from the bench, he draws his katana, lips pulling into a tight line as he watches his father. With slowly widening eyes he watches his father switch his stance, blade going into his left hand, a kunai in his right. Sighing softly, as his father already prepares the Dance of the Shikon, Shokora stabs his sword into the ground, hands moving in a semi blur as he completes four rapid handsigns. Bird, Rat, Horse, Dragon, Rat. Pulling his blade from the earth, he quickly twists it in a half circle. "I am sorry father. Earth Style Shifting Sands." Sand begins to swirl up around his feet, chakra gathering in his legs, before he pushes off, moving faster than his body would normally allow. Appearing in front of his father, he strikes out three times in rapid succession, each one being blocked, however just as the last one strikes the sand swirls once more, and he is on his father's right side, blade already thrusting forward. A single tear rolls down from his right eye, as his sword sinks into the opening at the armpit of his father's armor. Later that week, as they cremated his father, the elder of the clan bestowed upon Shokora the armor that his dad had been wearing, blood completely gone.
Four years later Shokora is recommended to the College of Nations by the Kazekage.

Classification: Charka Pup
Age: 300
Personality: Ulf is a gentle being, conflicting deeply with the Shikon clan that he has been a part of for generations. Despite this he has always enjoyed being one with their clan, as they all have been very unique in personality and style.
Stage 1 Appearance: His canines grow longer, hair grows longer and raises up during fights. His muscles tighten and enlarge slightly, hands and feet both elongating slightly.
Released Appearance: Physically he looks near identical to the picture provided. his shoulders reach just below 10 feet, while he is 12 feet in length from tail to tip of his muzzle. He weighs approximately 1000 pounds.
Chakra Beast Level: 3
Specialties: Ulf's specialty is to decrease the weight of armor and other items that Shokora carry on his person, this makes it so he can nearly keep up with ninja despite his heavier armor. Along with this he can alter his own weight both heavier and lighter.
Abilities: Ulf can launch fountains of solid rock from his muzzle, controlling their direction as he does so. Along with this he can create a barrier of medium think stone surrounding his body.
Stage 1 Powers: The primary ability at stage one is decreasing the weight of Shokora's items even further, allowing his speed to increase even further, closer to Jounin level, although not quite equal.
Seidou
Although the blade of his katana, named in remembrance of his late mother Seidou, is fairly ordinary at first glance, the manner in which it was forged, and the material used, make it one of the strongest blades of the Shikon clan, never becoming scratched, never dulling, and never bending. While the blade is plain to the eye, the handle is the opposite. Starting from the bottom, and ending as the blade begins, a spectral wolf of the purest blue, twists around it, his mother's favorite animal, and nearly identical to Ulf. Along with this, their is a small compartment at the very base of the handle, containing a fairly large amount of sand. Shokora uses this when the earth is not loose enough for his chakra to stir it up for his Shifting Sand technique. Armor of the Predecessor
Although Shokora had received his armor from his father, that is not where the armor original came from. Father to son it has been passed down since the first Shokora of the tribe killed his own father in a dual, and since then the armor has been passed on in a similar fashion, unless the father dies prior to his son reaching the age of 15. The armor itself is unique, due to the seemingly random vents at the shoulders, palms, ankles, and soles of the feet, the set of armor is lighter than the ones other samurai wear. However this is not the only function of the vents. The placement allows chakra to flow more smoothly, and more naturally, as it does not have to work around the thick metal of the armor. Unlike other sets, the Armor of the Predecessor does not have a helmet of any sort.
Besides these two key items, Shokora also carries a supply of Kunai, to engage foes at long range, and for use in the Traditional Dance of the Shikon.
Only real special trait is his superb ability with his blade in close range combat. Clan based skills will be mentioned in place of Jutsu's.

Range: The actual attack is close range, but it can be started from a distance.

Description: Using his chakra, and channeling it through his feet and blade, Shokora spins his blade in a half circle, before sand swirls around him from the chakra around his legs and blade, using this as a guise he moves as fast as he can, leading to his muscles in his calves being torn if he uses it for to long. Closing the distance between himself and his opponent quickly, he swings his blade three times in rapid succession, before shifting to their left repeating the process, doing the same to their back and right sides.
Weakness: The further the distance between Shokora and his opponent the more damage he will do to his body. Along with this if he is interrupted during the handseals or the chakra transfer, he will be unable to perform the technique.

Description: Shifting his blade to his left hand he dodges the attacks of his opponents for as long as it takes to wear them down. As soon as he detects their weariness, he begins his onslaught, taking a kunai in his right hand he attacks contentiously with both weapons, twisting and turning his body with each slash or stab, creating a dance of blades, the famous technique of his clan.
Weakness: If his opponent knows the technique they can prepare themselves by not attacking, effectively neutralizing the technique. Along with this if his opponent has more endurance than him this technique could easily lead to his downfall.

Keeping Seidou in his right hand and taking a kunai in his left, he begins attacking mercilessly, at times both weapons will swing at the same time, others he will strike quickly with one and follow up with the second moments later. The only similiarities between the Traditional and Shokora's Dance, are the dual wielding attacks, and the twists and turns that are used during each attack.
Weakness: Managing to block this onslaught of attacks will tire Shokora quickly, as he puts all of his strength into each and every strike. If his opponent is aggressive like him, there is a chance that he will be wounded fatally, as he exposes many of the spots that are unarmored during his movements.

Personality: Calm, Incredibly so, He enjoys an intelligent conversation regardless of the person on the other side, as long as they can satisfy him intellectually. He tends to be a strong voice of reason no matter the situation and often is a tempering factor in Ryugo's sometimes overly energetic style.
Stage 1 Appearance: Ryugo's eyes become slitted and Neon Green. He gains claws one his fingers and toes that are black and a couple of inches long. His skin darkens slightly to imply a little thickening, along with his teeth sharpening, tongue growing slightly thinner and longer, and a pair of small horns popping up behind his ears.
Released Appearance: Kyodai is a uniquely Large Chakra Beast, coming in at 25 Feet even while only at his youngest stage, he is large, Covered in Rocky material and spikes, and his scales are Incredibly hard, in addition to making him quite strong and durable, it also makes him very heavy and somewhat slow. He is generally covered in earthy colors with Bright Green Eyes.

Specialties: In addition to being Incredibly Durable, He has the capability to swim through earth as a fish through water without any visible disturbance to the land unless he turns aggressive.
Abilities: Currently his only Offensive ability is to call up chunks of earth to Send at his target as projectiles, But he can also more smoothly manipulate the land around him for a fair distances.
Stage 1 Powers: He gains somewhat increased Durability due to thickening skin, But a sizeable Boost to physical strength, an Increased Chakra Reserve, and 'the Rumble', Reffering to an ability to send Seismic Vibrations of considerable strength through the ground around him for a good distance, though not enough to actually rip the ground up or potentially injure someone, it can be enough to destabilize someone's balance when they're moving on the ground, and It's effect is magnified when used on groudn beneath a structure he's in.
Stages: There will be Stages 1-10 ultimately, We'll progress through them 'fairly' quickly, but not excessively so, there will likely be a couple of arcs before each big progression and the like, so these sections will come in slowly over time.
NOTE: There is possibility to start with stage 2, by having an older Chakra beast, the older ones will reach the 'next stage' faster, so there will kindof be a pattern to who reaches which stage and when. Adolescent: Meant to take several times longer than reaching the stage of a youngling, will likely take a month or to instead. depending on the creature in question, this level may vary between 30 and 50 feet in height, and Again several times the level of Chakra of the Younglings.
Adult: It is likely to take several months even with the enhanced development rate of the Chakra beasts, but this level is truely vast in size and power, What the Infant stage is capable of, The adult level can likely do in a single swing.
Elder: Not especially important just yet XD it'll be a long time before it is relevant IC XD but expect a sizeable leap in power over Adults.

He carries one unique Weapon however, A set of blades held together in the pattern of his hand being pulled on like a glove, but leaving his arms exposed to act as their own armor. when attached the end of each finger contains a 6 inch long blade made of Unique Chakra metal that reacts to his Chakra use. Since he is not a wind style user however, instead of improving their cutting power, His earth chakra increases the durability of hte blades as well as that of the Net holding it onto his arm, and allows strikes with it to have greater impact that his arm could normally handle without harming himself. [aka, substitute chakra enhanced strength, with less effect than the original would have.]

He has fairly high chakra reserves, Made more so by Kyodai's enhancement, though he has no other outstanding natural traits. Though he is Highly practiced in Taijutsu.
His Clan's combat specialty involves extensive practice in building instincts that help one survive a battle as well as adapt in effective ways, as well influencing this Instinct to involve Team-mates in it's 'calculations', so to speak, though outside of this each member is free to explore any combat form they most prefer.
He has a Kekkei Genkai, an unusual one at that, which allows him to communicate with animals, of course including the ones that don't normally speak =P, and to develop a connection with them that he can use with his KG and enough chakra to emulate certain qualities of their's in himself, as well as some that aren't normal.
Also once a strong enough bond is developed the particular animal in question can feed on his chakra to improve in unusual ways and make them stronger allies [for example, kinda like how Kiba works with Akamaru XD]

It's quite chakra intensive, But once completed the Sharpness will remain until the jutsu is disabled or enough impact is brought against the claws to dull them.

Description: This Jutsu does little more than charge a great ammount of Earth Chakra into one hand while the other holds a partial hand seal, causing the resulting punch to discharge a large burst of Raw force when impacting something, and for it's namesake, capable of cracking a boulder.
Weakness: While being used it reduces the user's defensive ability by tying up both hands for a single punch, and if interupted and forced to defend himself then the punch will lose it's power immediately.

With enough force the range will vary, and within a certain range with enough force remaining It will shatter on impact with a solid object, or person, and violently Pelt everything nearby in sharp shards of stone.
Weakness: It takes time to charge it to a point that will be difficult to dodge [aka, without enough charge behind it, it's a slower projectile], as well the chakra taken to fully charge it is High enough that it can take a considerable chunk and be quite foolish to waste on a miss.

Each time he attacks someone while it is active the power of his Chakra beast directs the earth all around to join the attack, so a normal taijutsu punch, could recieve a solid stone punch coming along with it, a round-house could find a pillar of stone following the motion to the target, or a stomp on the ground could result in the ground bursting open beneath the target to try and drop them in a hole.
Weakness: Not much, mainly that it is chakra intensive when used and is not a very 'close range' ally friendly ability. At current level it can be used for approximately 10-30 Strikes depending on the intensity of the assisting effect, after which he will become exhausted.

Name of Technique: Rumbler Type of Jutsu: Inherent Jutsu [meaning, it happens at will] Rank: D Range: Melee-Short Nature Type: Earth - Chakra Beast Handseals: None Description: To put it simply, this allows him to send seismic vibrations through the ground up to roughly 30 meters away, it has a low chakra cost, but requires Chakra beast mode to be active to use it, and it can be activated with a thought, but it's ultimate effect is quite minimal and little other than a distraction, as well as useless in situations with an opponent who is not on the ground.

Chakra Color: White with Dashes of blue that resemble Electricity
Personality: Unnaturally playful, often wishes he could 'get loose' and prance around with all the little humans that he wants to play with, despite being so old he displays noticeably Childish tendencies.
Stage 1 Appearance: Zurui Gains a blue glow to his eyes as well as slits, his hair looks as though it 'ices over' and reacts to a wind that isn't blowing as well as resisting wind that 'is' blowing. His body lightens up slightly and he gains sharper teeth and claws.
Released Appearance: Fuyuma Is of a smaller variety of Chakra Beast, nearly only 7 Feet tall, though he is delightfully fast and projects a chilling aura around him [that he can dull to avoid causing issues for allies]. His white fur also reacts to a wind that isn't actually there, as well as displaying a blue glow emanating from 'within' his body.
Chakra Beast Level: 3
Specialties: He's very fast, his chilling aura can 'weaken' fire techniques aimed at him [but not snuff them out], and his touch, unless he resists doing so, can snap freeze things. When focusing, he can 'ride the wind' by making his body react as though it were a frosty breeze instead of a solid body.
Abilities: He is capable of projecting a Freezing Wind from his maw, as well as constroling a Chilling aura and Freezing Touch. He can also 'force breath' the Freezing wind to make it react as certain types of offensive Wind Techniques might along with it's chilling effect.

Name of Technique: Aspect of the Snake - Level 1 Type of Jutsu: Self Transformation Rank: C Range: Self Nature Type: Earth - Wild Handseals: Serpent - Dog - Serpent Description: This aspect causes Zurui to become somewhat taller, less because of height and more because his body stretches out and becomes much more flexible, gaining snake like muscle. His body is capable of putting up greater levels of physical strength, and exibiting inhuman agility. [not raw speed mind you] He also gains sharp fangs and a mildly paralyzing bite. Appearance-wise his skin seems to become slick and oddly textured, though not fully taking on an appearance of scales as of yet.
Weakness: It does not boost his defenses, and with the increased body size he's an easier target for wide ranged attacks such as wind slashes or big fireballs, for instance. Due to the mixing of cold blooded nature into his body he becomes vulnerable to cold environments [meaning he can't afford to use Chakra beast Ice Chakra along with this Level]

With the Snake Enhancements in place, rather than standing his ground in most cases his motions work to circumvent an opponents attacks and strike from a vulnerable side, whether with a bite, a melee strike, or swing of his blade.
Weakness: Long or Wide Ranged attacks, as well as opponents of sufficient agility to compensate for his ability to 'get around' their attack.

Description: This jutsu super charged the venom Glans in the snake aspect's Mouth, allowing for a powerful stream of paralytic fluid poison to be released at variations between long and wide range. It also charges the venom itself so that it will be absorbed through skin contact, Though at that level it only mildly disrupts physical faculties. When Inhaled, swallowed, or contacting an open wound, the effect is much greater, though compounding a large ammount being absorbed through the skin can have a greater effect.
Weakness: Minimal effect unless used at a good oppurtunity, Ties up his hands temporarily.

Name of Technique: Repeating Blade Type of Jutsu: Kenjutsu Rank: C Range: Melee Nature Type: Wind Handseals: None Description: Using Wind chakra charged into the blade he is Wielding, Zurui causes his Blade swings to be repeated 2 or 3 times after his initial attack, resulting in repeated strikes on the target with wind cutting power.
Weakness: The copy-cat wind slashes do not move based on his body position, so were he to move forward after a slash suddenly he could very well cut himself open.

It causes the contacted water source, and everything connected to it, to partially animate, producing numerous tendrils that will whip about wildly, trying to strike at everything nearby as well as wrap/bind a target, and in the case of deep water, submerge.

When the summoning jutsu is cast however a burst of chakra flowing through the connect that his KG provides will give him a burst of side closer to a 10 foot Snake and allow him to put out far more crushing power with his coils than would normally be expected, though on his own he is still not too dangerous.

Just an fyi, Zurui is said to only have wind & water but he has the hiding like a mole technique which is an earth jutsu.
And I don't know if you knew this but Zurui is a genin where as Ryugo is a chunin, I don't know if you did this because maybe Zurui was still in his travels and missed the chunin exam or what have you but I thought I would bring it to your attention just in case you accidentally forgot to keep them both the same rank. I haven't really looked over the custom jutsu's or chakra beast at length so I have no comments on them at this time but I will give them a once over after I get some much needed sleep.

Garuzo has been the talk of the college staff for years, mainly about his indecency in front of his pupils and unorthodox teaching methods. Garuzo is rash-thinking and obnoxious, a man who has no filter on his mouth or morals when dealing with life's problems. Garuzo is never nice upon first meeting, he will often call you out on your most obvious physical feature and make it bigger than it already is through rude comments. Next he picks on you mentally, asking why you speak the speed you do, why you are so slow to think and why it is you weren't simply drowned at birth.
Garuzo has a harsh mentality, seeing the world as a dog eat dog paradigm where the strong survive and the weak suffer. His fighting style reflects this as his attacks are relentless and cruel, making the enemy suffer with fear before swallowing them whole. He is a harsh teacher who only teaches students how to fend for themselves, his motto is drilled into his personal favourites like a religion.

Garuzo is not his real name, his real name died with his true identity years ago...
Garuzo was born in Sunagakure to Ria and Haruto, two master puppet makers who lived a simple life. They raised Garuzo with love and compassion, but their son was strange from the day he was born. Other villagers blamed it on something like autism or bipolar as he was growing, but Garuzo's father knew it was something deeper that scratched away at their son's mentality. He always alienated the other children and barely showed any compassion towards his family or the rules of others. One thing that changed Garuzo was his parents workshop, the weapons and devices that were fitted into these wooden husks amazed him, toying with his own strange combination of weaponry at a young age. Instead of enrolling in ninja academy like other students, Garuzo demanded that his father and mother teach him all they know, of course they accepted as it was the only thing that could bring their son closer towards loving them back.
So the training began, Garuzo excelled at making the most bizarre puppets, one was a serpent like construct with it's entire length covered in rotating buzz-saw-like weapons. His father scolded the boy for making these ridiculous shapes and weapons. He insisted that puppets are not tools of death but a part of the puppeteer, an extension of their spirit like the sword of the samurai. Garuzo would only accept his fathers words to please him, he would only continue to make these weapons in secret without anybody knowing. Garuzo's puppetry skills grew day by day, he would sneak into the desert and prey on the bandits up to no good, leaving behind mounds of corpses to be picked at by buzzards. He secretly spent life as a bounty hunter, with dead bounties being his only specialty, his reputation as a ruthless hunter gained the attention of the Kazekage and his parents. The Kazekage realised the phenomenal skill possessed by Garuzo, he offered him an "unofficial" position within the Suna ANBU, with the deal that he never use his own puppets and only those of the Suna armoury. Garuzo accepted and donned his mask and non-existent rank.
Garuzo disappeared however ten years later on an assassination mission, what happened to him was never discovered and Sunagakure had lost a powerful shinobi. The truth of the matter is, Garuzo struck a deal with another, which caused him to gain the position of a teacher for the new generations. Anybody who used to know the man Garuzo was would never think of him as a teacher, nor why he would even take the job in the first place. The puppeteer has his own motives however that will soon be revealed.
Garuzo carries with him four scrolls in all, used for his puppetry technique.
The first scroll is the "Thousand Hands Manipulation Force" jutsu, inscribed in myseterious writing on the paper. Once blood is drawn across the markings the hands burst forth and continue their savage assault.
The second is a summoning scroll for Munnin, Garuzo's favourite and primary puppet. (More on him later)
The third is Ozo, his second puppet.
The fourth is Mi and So, puppets he always uses in a pair.
Munnin is a large puppet, double the size of Garuzo. It is used mainly for taijutsu skills and has limited range capabilities. It's armament includes hidden shuriken launchers in it's chest and a length of razor which can be fired and controlled from Munnin's left wrist. Munnin is a powerful puppet, made out of leather, canvas and iron. The wings on it's back allow for precise and speedy movement despite it's weight, but it can be easily maneuvered with Garuzo's puppetry skills.
Ozo is a slim puppet, standing at 5'8 and very lightweight. The large horns on its head emit either high pitch frequencies, amplified by Garuzo's own chakra to disrupt the enemies senses. Or low bass sounds for blunt force destruciton in the form of compressed air. Ozo is a fragile puppet and is not meant for close combat.
Mi and So are roughly the same height as Garuzo and are used in perfect synchronization. Each is equipped with a deadly arsenal including:
-Shuriken launchers in the chest
-Kunai launchers in the mouths
-Poison senbon launchers in the hands and fingers, tipped with a mild neuro poison which causes the nerve endings to burn and disrupt the senses of touch and sight if the target is targeted with enough of the substance.
-Saw blades on the legs and forearms for close combat
-Both dual wield sai as primary weapons
-Both are equipped with large explosives in their chests if all else fails. Though they are primarily for suicide situations, as they were added during Haruzo's time in the Suna ANBU.
