That's fine, as long as the character isn't invincible.

He would be a psyker. Like the ability to create lightning and see the future and such. Around a power level of 9-10. I dont plan on having him be a fighter as much as a thinker.

To have a level of 10, you have to be in possession of atleast a piece of the sacred jewel.
