Ok Ladies and Gents this is where we bring our characters to life.

It's a pretty straightforward Character sheet as I dont want people to be put off from the start with having to fill out a huge sheet.

The ages of the Mensch (Dwarves, Elves and Humans) are measured in years, Elves mature at the age of 20 and are considered old by the time they are in their 80's. They live to be around 150 years old and by they they usually have the appearance of a gnarled tree. Dwarves mature at the age of 30 and until then they are still called children. A dwarven lifespan is usually the same as an elven one but it differs from world to world. (Especially on Abarrach.)
Human's mature at 15 and have a lifespan of around 100 years, yet any of them that live this long are considered ancient.

The Sartan have no word to measure their age so they use the term years like the Mensch. Patryns use the terms "gates" which is a way of showing how many of the dreaded gates they have managed to pass in the Labrynth.

Starting world: For convenience and so that everyone will be able to post, we will all be starting on Arianus, what your character is doing there is up to you. But the Mensch do not know about the other worlds and cannot travel through the hub to them. (Yet!!)

Magical ability: Humans use the term house as a ranking system. If your character is a human of middling magical power then they would be a wizard from the 4th house. The highest rank is 7th house but nobody on Arianus apart from the Mysteriarchs that live in the frozen city have attained this level of power.

Dwarves do not have magic in they way of casting spells. But the things they can build out of almost anything could quite easily be seen as magical talent.

Miscellaneous: Anything you want to add, does your character have a family? A job? What are his her dreams/ambitions? Can they play a musical instrument/paint
/write poetry? Whatever you feel like you want to add about your character to give it your own personal touch can go here.

I have had one person apply for the Sartan role at the moment so if anyone else is interested please pm me your ideas and I will make my decision from that.

Description: Being of 6'4" in height and 70 kilograms in weight, she has a lean and toned body with near perfect proportions. Her eyes are of an Amethyst Violet colour

and her hair is a pure white with brown tips, though it starts straight, it has some curls on the tips. Her hair goes down to her waist and a few bangs always find their way onto her face.

Her soft, smooth and spotless skin complexion comes from life-long good eating habits. With an oval face shape, she hardly ever has problems when choosing if she has to wear hats or not. She smells of spring, namely the various colourful flowers that are born in such a time. Her voice is soft, calm, but it carries out if she wills it. Often, she'll wear average clothing when she is to be seen by Mensch, but when alone and enjoying nature by herself, she'll love to wear long white dresses.

Whenever she's alone or she's extremely comfortable, her body will let out a soft glow.

Starting world: Arianus

Magical ability: Rune Magic. Dances and singing to draw and cast the runes.

Miscellaneous: As most Sartans, she is naturally good at working with her hands, and she's quite good at painting, sewing, drawing, writing and playing the flute. She's very good at cooking and despite her age, she's actually quite wise.

Yo, here's some native races and an 'everywhere' race I designed =3

A main detail between the various different races is that they can vary in size between only a few feet, and as large, or sometimes larger, than dragons, and of course are uniquely qualified to survive in their own lands. The smaller ones are often those who deal with other species such as humans or elves, because the larger ones are far more frightening and often are mistaken for dangerous monsters, nevermind that they are much older and less patient for disrespectful hostilities.

Those of Considerable size and power with enough will to do so, are easily capable of learning to 'imitate' one of the mensch races, i.e. develop a humanoid form, though rarely is it 'fully' human, it allows them to contain their power and appearance and avoid hostilities brought on by scaring little fleshies shitless.


The Great Fliers of Arianus

Aruvis: The Aruvi are very resemblant of dragons in body shape and appearance, however, do not have a 'breath weapon' not armored scales, not to be under-estimated regardless. They are highly intelligent Feathered beasts, capable of remaining in flight for days on end when needed, bearing incredible stamina and physical strength comprable to a dragon, along with razor sharp talons, on both their paws and wings, as well as blade like protrusions amongst the featered tuft on the end of their tails. Their mouth's are more beak-like than a dragon, with the jaw strength crush steel as though it were paper. The most simplistic method of identifying the different betwen Aruvi and Dragons from a great distance is that the Aruvi's Sillouhette appeared to have 3 parellel tails due to the gigantic string feathers that grow from beneath both wings. It's quite a status symbol to wear Aruvi Feathers, the larger the feather the greater the achievment, but is only possible for those who have 'earned' it, as when forcibly ripped out, the feathers shrivel and turn to dust, and can only be 'preserved' when willingly shed by the Aruvi.

It's a very confusing occurance when one Dies, as the internal factors of the body seem to vanish as if they were always made of air, and the Feathers form into a strange Grave Marker like Fashion. Those who attempt to 'grave rob' Aruvi feathers are unlikely to survive, as for some strange reason, forcibly ripping the feather from the grave, rather than turning it to dust, causes it to burst into a caustic acid, as though it punishes the travesty of defiling it's host's grave.

The Greatest power of the Aruvi however, is their ability to use Wind magic to great degree, though no other form of magic obviously, and can often be miscontrued as a 'breath weapon' when they regurgitate whirl-winds at threats, occaisonally making people theorize that they may be 'Wind Incarnate'.

They are actually responsible for the appearance of 'Wind stones', Enchanted chunks of stone that float as though gravity never existed in the first place, and are easily shapeable into unique types of equipment [such as a piece of clothing that renders the user 'lighter' than they normally would be] or beautiful statues that float weightlessly where they are placed. The method of their creation is unknown, but it is theorized that they Aruvi are responsible for Arianus' floating island being capable of 'floating'. [and will remain solely a 'theory' and not truth unless the GM decides to use that himself XD]

They are also the only one's capable of easily retrieving certain strange plant types that grow in mid-air and react to the approach of artificial vessels by floating away on wind disturbance created by their momentum, making trade with them the only replenishable source of these plants for use by alchemists and the like.

The Fire Eaters of Pryan

Salumos: The Salumo are great reptilian creatures with 6 strong legs, often black or firey in color with long serpentine bodies that are insanely flexible and capable of leaping between the massive tree's of Pryan. They are completely immune to Fire no matter it's power and can infact devour it as a mere food source to strength themselves, as well as thriving off of the great heat that exists deep down on the ground of Pryan. They of course are capable of breathing fire, but also of wielding Fire elemental magic, though they 'can' swim, it is only possible in something like magma, as water would cause them to freeze to death. The larger and stronger one is, the colder the climate they can survive in, though only the smaller ones venture to the settlements of humanoids, as their bodies put off considerable heat, and the larger they are the more head is produced, and those of greater size could cause the combustion of anyone not protected against fire simply by being too close to one.

Trade with Salumo is the only source of certain Minerals and strange amazing plants that come into being in the impossible Heat that exists on the surface of Pryan.

They are also known as the creatures of 'Fire stones', which absorb heat harmlessly to a great degree, but only the larger ones can absorb 'fire'. These stones actually feel 'cool' to the touch of humanoids, and wielding one can allow venturing deeper into the lower heat of Pryan, though survival on the surface could only be possible if someone were capable of shaping Fire stones into a suit capable of completely encasing a person's body, how unlikely though. These stones are also being used to 'create' heat in the world of Abbarach to stave off the encroching cold and buy more time for those investigating why this is happening.

The Great Earth movers of Abbarach

Namagnos: The Namagno are great dragon-like digging creatures, though their 'wings' are not viable for flight, they are used for shoveling vast ammounts of earth and stone as though it were mere sand, and are incredibly durable, making Namagno Wing Armor a highly valuable and coveted source of protection. As well, due to their nature of having to go incredibly deep under-ground, they are immune to fire as well as the pressures of things such as Cave-ins, and nearly immune to Impact type attacks. They are actually very docile creatures however, and unlikely to attack when provoked, rather they seem to prefer simply causing a small cave-in as they flee under-ground where they can't be followed. They are also capable of feeling the tiniest vibrations like a wide source of radar, allowing them to easily locate those trapped in cave-ins and the like, and there are in fact special devices or 'knocking patterns' that can summon one to assist if the need is great enough, though they don't like being summoned to menial tasks.

Trade with them is actually a great source of incredibly powerful deep ground minerals and mush rooms that grow too deep for humanoids to survive hunting for them, and are often the supplies of materials needed for the greater armors and machines that are being built.

They are also capable of using Earth magic, and are the crafters of 'Earth stones', which are unique enchanted stones that will resist Earthen powers, whether it's an earth 'spell' thrown at you, or a cave-in, it created a barrier around the holder that will refuse the entry of any earthen material, at least, until it runs out of energy, it won't last very long against a huge enough cave-in, but can often survive until help arrived.

The Sea Singers of Chelestrea

Kelurthran: The Kelurthran are an amphibiously developed Serpentine species [Naga like in appearance, often with tentacles for 'hair'], have incredibly powerful snake-like lower bodies, and are capable of swimming and breathing under-water with no need to 'breath' for incredible periods of time, though not infinitely. They often live on, under, and around the great living 'islands' on which humanoid Species dwell, and supply assistance to those attempting to cross vast stretches of ocean.

One of their greatest abilities is the ability to 'sing' through water as a form of communication over incredible distances, as well as a form of 'radar' that allows them to pin-point other people or objects in the water, and is the best source of finding deep sea plants of creatures that no humanoid species could hope to reach while still alive.

They also create 'water stones' that will repel water from their immediate position and will create oxygen for the person holding it, allowing them to breath for extended periods of time under-water. They are of course also capable of utilizing water magic, which they seem to cast through the same musical method as they 'sing'.

The Walkers of the Abandoned Nexus

Culvaris: Are a seemingly other-worldly creatures that originated in 'the nexus', and are unique in that they are never bound to any single form, in fact making them shape shifters, though their capabilities vary depending on the world they are in and they are restricted to shape changing to the 'smaller' variety of the native species, and in fact are 'forced by nature' to take a form of a native creature when entering another world [one of those above, or perhaps a human even], though they can tweak and alter this form in countless different ways. The only ever present quality of their body is that they ALWAYS have wings, a pair on their back and a smaller pair on their head, no matter their form, acting as the main identifiable quality of the Culvari Race, as well as the ability to use elemental magic to a degree regardless of the form they are in. Note: They can utilize 'any' elemental magic, but to a lesser degree of that possible of 'natives' who use that element, such as the Salumo, though a specific element 'is' somewhat stronger when in it's corresponding world.

Their main 'power' actually is their wings, while still enabling flight, they also are unnaturally durable like armor, and infact can be 'shifted' into various weapons, armor, clothing, or extra limbs. Because of the forced shift when changing worlds, they often don't worry about persistent clothing or weapons, and simply use themselves, magic, and whatever native weapon they can find.

They also have a unique form of 'mental' magic, though not in the sense of being able to read minds and brain-wash people, but more in the sense of creating shields to protect someone's mind from an out-side attack, or creating such out-side attacks, though often not fatal on their own, the diruption of one's cognitive functions can mean death by any number of other means.

They actually act as emissaries between the native creatures of each world when they can, as well as inspiring trade between worlds where possible, and are always identifiable from the natural lifeforms from their unique markings and wings. They are somewhat reveared by these creatures, not as gods or anything, that would be dumb, but more a race that is doing great work to foster relations between the creatures of different worlds

They are particularly unique in their 'food source' as they feed on the ambient emotional energy created by other species, though they can eat normal food when they want to, and can be affected by which form of emotion is most prominent, for instance, if they approach a settlement full of people who are suspicious and paranoid of other creatures, they may unwittingly become paranoid as well, likewise, if there is a lot of 'rage' in the air, they are more likely to feel anger. This goes along with their natural emotional vulnerability, they 'feel' more than other races, tough it is not completely un-controlleable, a Culvari is more likely to be driven into a fit of violent rage by being attacked than another species, as well they are more likely to seek vengeance of suffer greatly when a loved on is lost, and in such a fashion they also bond more strongly with their companions, easily becoming an unwavering ally.


A useful Note: When in the nexus, their shape shifting is unlimited aside from that they cannot take a form larger than they have the energy to produce.

Description: Because he is in Arianus and has not completely mastered Shape-shifting, His natural state is that of an unnaturally vibrantly Colored Aruvi, roughly 8 feet at the shoulders and 5 times that in total body length. his 'head wings' have taken on the qualities of an Avari's Head-feathers, but seem to act as wings still, curling or unfurling in similar ways wing's would react to emotion.

Due to not 'mastering' Shape shifting, but having considerable skill with it, he is capable of taking a more 'mencsh friendly' form, though the qualities of an Avari still remain as obvious as day-light, his form becomes a 7 foot Bipedal version far more compatible with human architecture, and of course, clothed. [minus the hat that is unfitting of the style of the RP XD]

Starting world: Nexus, But has lived in Arianus many years now.

Magical ability:

Fire Magic: 2nd House [Used human wording for ease of interpretation]
Wind Magic : 5th House [Only due to being in Arianus which boosts wind magic for them]
Water Magic: 2nd House
Earth Magic: 2nd House

Mind Magic: 4th Level [Since it's not a human labeled magic type, used Culvari system, Max level is 10 for these]

Shape Shifting Control: 5th Level [5th level implies great control of one's unique qualities, but inability to 'completely' transform into another species not forced on him by the world he's in or to imitate another person's appearance.]


Miscellaneous: He is quite skilled at using merely the wind to create music in various ways.

His only real 'job' is to help out this world's Aruvi in collecting tradeable plants and creating wind-stones, though they have little 'need' to trade with other races, it's preferable to avoid conflict by fostering peaceful relations, it makes it easier to hunt for food in their territory.

Among many of the talents he has accumulated with his age, He has the 'skill of the silver tongue', is a very skilled cook [when he has proper hands for cooking XD], can sing quite well and enjoying 'speaking to the wind', and is also quite good at sculpting using cutting wind forces.

Maybe =3 maybe not =P It probably needs to be edited a little for smoother integration and such, Though the Sartan and Patryn are described as god'like', it's quite possible that there's something they just didn't know about =3 or maybe didn't know was in the nexus. Also, word-wise, the description of that information actually implies more that the homes that used to contain Sartan are now abandoned, so there's possibility for other things to be there =3 at least that was my original interpretation before creating them XD

As for how long, I haven't quite decided what to go with there XD They and the other 4 races could be considered a natural occurrence that surfaced because of the 'new worlds' and could well have been born of the cataclysm that originally created the split worlds =3

I say it that way cause I haven't really cemented precise time and cause origins for them =P

You know, technically, if they were born of the cataclysm, that'd mean that they weren't created by either patryns nor Sartans, though it would be interesting if one tried to claim that IC sometime XD, but of 'war' that involved those 2 races XD It's just like nature often does, destroy to create.
