    'The Elder Scrolls' Interest Check

    Type Of Roleplay: Casual

This is an idea I kinda came up off the top of my head and kinda just went from there. It is based off the 'The Elder Scrolls' universe.

    Storyline:

200 years after the Dragon Crisis that ravaged throughout Skyrim, the Daedric Princes are out to cause chaos across all of Tamriel. Out to completely take the mortal realm for their own, several princes have decided to band together to take the realm for themselves; their first target being potentially the biggest threat, the continent of Tamriel. They begin their war by gathering a mass of followers, in secret, from every social class, aiming to take down even the mer and men from the inside; whilst attacking with daedra.

Through their own personal actions against individual Daedric Princes, a rag tag team of mercenaries end up joining together to unfold to grand scheme of the Princes and end it themselves.

    Details and Information:

    • Everyone will have their own adventurer with their own stories and abilities.
    • Will be able to, not only, take control and play as one of the Daedric Princes; but, also design their own unique daedra (Aside from the canon ones), and help in determining what they do, and how they do in their conquest of Tamriel.
    • Create your own Daedric Prince, deciding their realm, daedra to all of it. (Only if need be.)
    • Be able to use any spell, weapon, armor, enchantment, etc. in the TES Universe. As well as make your own.
    • Take part in epic dual and world changing battles!
    • Take part in deciding the future of Tamriel. From taking down, or helping, the Daedric Princes, to the aftermath of the crisis and how the world is now. From what political powers exist, to making your adventurers name become part of the legend.

That's all I will post for now, if you have any question please ask. If enough people are interested, I will post the OOC and move from there.

Also, this is my first time with being a GM of any sort, so if someone with extensive TES and GM'ing knowledge wants to help me out, would be much appreciated; although, everyone will most likely take part in the development.

    Diplomacy:
Empire:The Empire that once was has dwindled down to only being stationed within the province of Cyrodiil. Barely being able to even called an 'empire'. The current ruler is a young naive Imperial that gained his position through suspicious circumstances. The empire is currently not at war, having been reduced from the onslaught The Aldmeri Dominion, are purely trying to regroup themselves to just survive as a singular force.

    The Aldmeri Dominion:
Having went to war with the Empire once again soon after the Dragon Crisis in Skyrim, they have went on to further expand their reign. Not only do they strongly control Summset Isles, Valenwood, Elsweyr, but as well of taken Black Marsh. They are currently going to war with the unified nations of High Rock and Skyrim.

Skyrim: Through the Stormcloak Rebellion, Skyrim became an independent nation. Soon after the Aldmeri Dominion nearly completely took the Empire down, they became the new targets of the Dominion. Skyrim currently is at war with the Aldmeri Dominion, allied with neighboring province High Rock.

High Rock: Following Skyrim's result in leaving the empire, High Rock had its own rebellion to rid their country from the Empire; which proved easy as the Aldmeri Dominion was attacking the Empire itself as well. They have allied themselves with Skyrim to currently wage war against the Aldmeri Dominion.

Morrowind: With Black March falling prey to the Aldmeri Dominion, Morrowind became its own independent nation. Morrowind has been the one province of Tamriel to not be at war or war ridden; making them potentially the only province to flourish in the few hundred years.

    Currently Participating:

    - Myself
    - Tavi
    - Jannah
    - Hatter IV
    - Nightwing1

hey, i have GM'ed a few times, but not for any elder scrolls Rps, im interested in playing in this but i do have a question. Will we be playing as a mortal and a Daedric Prince? i think it would be better if the Daedric Prince's were controlled by you as GM, or maybe players could choose to play as one of the canon princes instead of playing as a mortal. im not sure about creating your own, there are plenty as it is i think. these are just random thoughts i had while reading your OP, please feel free to listen OR ignore me :P

Yeah, my idea was to have everyone have both a mortal and a Daedric Prince. From there one mortal would 'target' a Prince and would play out the motive of it as that mortal was out to uncover and foil the Princes scheme. Which would lead to the mortal discovering that the Prince they were 'targetting' to be working together with other Princes and end up joining with the other mortals to stop them all. But not like one would target their own controlled Daedric Prince. My idea is to have everyone more intuned to the actions of the Daedric Prince by playing as one, that way the story could have more, different way to do; however, if it does seem to be better or even needed for me or select others playing them only, that would be possible.

As for people making their own Princes, that is purely a last resort of if there are too many mortals for Princes. As I do not want the 'good' Daedric Princes taking part in the scheme, directly as an antagonist of course, and only have the 'evil' Princes be on the scheme. Thus ones like Azura and Merdia wouldn't be used, as to Molag Bal, Mehrunes Dagon, etc would be.

If I am allowed to just be a mortal female Nord...I am in. It sounds quite fun.

    Haha, that's also fine.

At current I'm trying to decide if I want to make it where we're all grown and have our grand skills and abilities, just out to do the deed against the Princes. Or have some amount of learning and developing the skills as we go. According on which is decided on whether you could look at your character as being a 'n00b' of the Brotherhood or a veteran. But being in it is fine.
