"Don't look at me," Ban says as he wolfs down his sandwich. "It was all Ginji's idea."

"You know," Isaac says, "from what I know about you, I can see that."

Avery looked at Ginji who looked down and said "I just wanted to help....I mean..." Avery got up and went over to him, then kissed his cheek. "Thank you, Ginji" Ginji blushed and smiled as Bane shook his head.

[Daxam]

Isaac sits down, takes a bite from his sandwich, and asks Avery, "So, were you able to get any useful information from the jumpdrive? I'd hate to think that Ban and Ginji went through all that trouble for nothing."

She smiled and said "Oh a lot...I know what they are using to make those guys stronger, and why it only works one out of a hundred times." Ginji looked up and said "What is it" Avery leaned against the wall and said "They have my uncles research...but the wrong DNA code."

Finishing his sandwich, Ban says, "What do you mean? Wouldn't they have figured out which people have the right code by now?"

She shook her head and said "Not without all the mistakes...which is what we are seeing now. They have to start over, thinking the DNA code is wrong. But my uncle must have changed his notes before he went missing. In case anyone got there hands on it. Isaac...I think you brother is working for the same group that tried to take me three years ago"

Isaac stays silent for a moment. Then, he finally says, "I thought so. When I was working for them, I had a feeling that there were things going on behind the scenes."

Avery nodded and moved to the window. "My uncle was used...and I was going to become a living weapon for the group that hired him...but he gave his life so I could escape...that's why I have to find him..."
