Kyogre Tamer.
Sci-fi VS Fantasy.
So I was thinking, out of boredom last night, what if we were all fantasy races or made up races, and we were either magical, or super advanced, now what if we had allies and enemies? So I was thinking that all creatures on the RP would inhabit a special little planetary system. The system having one central planet, with 18 planets orbiting it horizontally and 18 planets orbiting it vertically, each planet represents a different race, each planet being the races home world, the central planet is kind of neutral, namely like a central power, kind of a massive civilization embassy. So it's not full fledged, but is it interesting to anybody?

When you make the OOC, are you going to describe the planets and the races there and let us choose? Or are the players going to make them up?

Kyogre Tamer.
The players will have the ability to decide the race that lives on the planet they choose, however each planet has a specific element, and only one race per planet, however there are exceptions.

So yeah, the players are going to make them up, however the water planet, Selene, is already taken, by me, Selene is named after the water goddess Seleneas from older pacific islander(forget which island) mythology. Now player will be able to name their world, however it must in someway relate to the native species or to the element of the world.

Now as a note, I've played through this RP in my head, but in a different scenario, a MUCH MUCH more complex one, and it was pretty damn awesome, however I dumbed it down SEVERELY for RPG purposes.

Lol what was different about the two?

Okay I'm interested.
Quick question. You said there was going to be 18 planets, each with a unique element to them. Do you have a list of what the elements are going to be because I can only think of a handful.

Great two people, the difference is that, the one I was thinking of is a unified, although varying government(monarchy) with all the planets united, however they do have a major and potentially fatal enemy, now the government is set up like so
Emperor/Empress=1st Console.
High Prince/High Princess=2nd Console.
Prince/Princess=3rd console.
Each one has a differing degree of power, all are influenced by a elite council, however in the end, the above 6 would make the final decision, with the lower 4 serving as congress, however the top two can veto the lower 4, however if the top two disagree they can have their own war with each other, now the series is based on the massive amount of power and technology the government has, the government operates from a central palace, known as Teleara Palace, as Telarea was the first of the total 37 planets inhabited, the central palace has 5 towers surrounding the central tower, in a pentagon shape, the central tower is so high it can be seen from space, however because of it's power, it is used as a place to meet with the gods/goddesses by the top two in times of emergency, now the surrounding towers are as follows:
Mages tower: Where old and new mages are trained in the arts of magic, at a very young age, any children thought to be especially powerful are taken from their homes and brought there to be trained properly.
Scouts Tower: A incredibly important part of the Telearean Millitary would be the scouts, their training is very rigorous.
Guards tower:Basic living quarters and training area for peasant to imperial guard.
Science tower:Filled with the greatest minds available, so naturally this tower pumps out 99.9999999% of all scientific advances of the empire.
Knight tower:A very high class and lavish tower, incredibly high class and very well paid Imperial knights, however less than 30 people live in the mile high tower, they serve as the elite of none royal society.
Now this one is only halfly developed, as you see it's still in progress.
