In any case, when I'm up tomorrow morning, I'll write out the OOC with character roles and so forth as well as character creation standards. I'm integrating some of the suggestions you guys have put forward here, because I believe in a collaborative approach. That means there can be a warlord, there can be a fifth column and so forth.
