I get this Notifications: 1 and it is always says 1 Unread Visitor Messages even that I have read every single one. The only way I know I got something new is when it says Notifications: 2 or more. Any way to fix the problem?

Did this just happen recently? I had the problem when someone sent me a VM and someone sent me another VM as soon as I checked the first. You saw both, but it wasn't registered that you did. Try this, and if it doesn't work then I dunno.... But it worked for me.
Go to your VMs. Select all of the VM's that you see on that first page. Click "Moderation Tools" and then "Approve Messages". If it doesn't take away that notification, then I'm clueless.

You could try deleting all cookies and cache, rid yourself of the temporary files. Go through again and click each individual one. Perhaps download and run CCleaner to get rid of extra junk. If all of that fails, copy/paste all important messages you want saved and then delete them all.
Well it happened in the past and it was fine for a number of days. But, this second time has been going on since December.
I know that the forum used to send the occasional "bug" PM to people for reasons yet unknown, but I have a feeling it's been fixed since then. I haven't heard any cases of it lately at least.
If that is the case, however, go to the earliest point in your PM list and check if there are any new PMs.
From what I know, have a virus scan and then clean 'em out. If it doesn't work, then I suggest you listen to what others say.

Found the problem and fixed it. It was a message that was sent on December 4, 2012. Was workingto change my settings and noticed the comment.
