Abilities:
Apsara has control over wind and water, namely in the form of clouds, but she can use her abilities to manipulate water and air to small extents. It’s difficult for her to do this though, as she’s inexperienced. She can also calm storms, but only weak ones.
Biography:
Apsara first arrived on Earth on the Deccan Plateau. She traveled north after realizing her home had been destroyed, astounding people with her unworldly beauty and the strange clouds and rains that seemed to follow her as she went. The few people who attributed the unexpected rains to her seemed to know about the phenomenon of the star children, and they nicknamed her 'Apsara' after the mythological spirit of water and cloud. After traveling to Pakistan, she changed direction and made her way to Nepal, not wanting to stay in one place for fear of being captured. She continued traveling and made a meandering path that went as far north as Mongolia and as far south so as to take her through all of the south-east Asian countries. In the biggest display of her abilities, she walked on water and crossed the sea to Taiwan, where she currently resides.

Personal Gravity Alteration
Charles can make himself heavier or lighter with a mere thought. By increasing his gravity he can put more weight behind his punches and kicks, or force his body to move in a certain direction faster. Decreasing his gravity allows him to move faster with otherworldly acrobatics. Combined these two abilities would make him unstoppable, but the fact remains that he is "human." If not careful he could snap his bones, injure his organs, or even cause his heart to stop beating.
Biography:
When Nova found Charles he was sitting in an ally amongst some trash reading a book titled "Cosmos." She asked a normal array of questions, possibly to make sure that he was a star child, or maybe she was just concerned. "It's hard to believe that there are others out there beside myself. I've been looking for answers, and haven't found many. Someone I met called me Charles Heart, why are you here?"
It was then that Nova told him about the others, Cira included, and invited him to join their little "family." Happy enough to not be alone he accepted. He told them all about how he landed not too long ago and didn’t really have anywhere to go so he was just living on the streets trying to make sense of what happened and who he really was. When confronted about his abilities, he described them the best he could, and confessed that he was a little afraid of them.

Taking pride in a professional appearance Louise is never caught without smart attire or a strand of hair out of place, in-fact if she was five years younger people would have to make the assumption that she was groomed within a family of lords and ladies as if commanded to set an example to not embarrass the family name. (Unless undercover where she often wears a whole host of different clothings) She was small at only 5'5” but well built likely due to Virtual reality training the agents have to go through daily when in inactive duty.
Louise's long blonde hair is often found bound loosely into a pony tail but with enough hair to give her a fringe and length to drop below her ears. Large Emerald eyes are her most noticeable feature just due to it's rarity.

Biography:
Miss L. Taylor was brought up in a loving middle class family where her childhood went better than most. She excelled in many different subjects within school including Computing, Mathematics, English, Gymnastics, Geography, Economics, History and Business. But her intelligence wasn't picked up on due to many other students also excelling brilliantly causing many articles in local and some city papers to do a small column on the fourteen year old students of the class, claiming them to be the makings of the worlds next best and brightest. It only came to light four months after the article was published that Louise was doing most of her fellow student's work and when questioned by the headmaster about her reasons to go so far for her classmates she announced. “I was counting on it getting me into the papers, just seemed like fun really.” Flabbergasted and stunned by the girls premeditation the 64 year old teacher let her go unpunished.
Leaving high school Louise applied for various Universities but her ambitions laid somewhere else. She decided to break into the Pentagon computer mainframe just out of sheer curiosity. It only took them three minutes to track her and ten to arrive fully armed through her door leaving it in a splintered mess before she could even turn her chair.
“Huh, Damn. Guess you guys are a little faster at tracking than the FBI.” She sighed sitting up in her chair and greeting the armed officers with a quirky little smile that made them all feel a little unnerved. A man wearing a very expensive suit brushed past the armed officers and signalled for them to leave. Taking a glance around the room he decided to park himself on the edge of a bed that faced the smashed door. “Haha. Yes we heard about your little browse.” He paused before finishing his sentence. “Find what you were looking for?” He asked with an mused expression, he was starting to sound more like a football coach than her executioner.
“I didn't do that to find anything.” She spoke while leaning forward and giving the agent a cocky grin.
“Then why risk your life?” He seemed a little flustered by her initial response.
“I did it because I wanted you to come. Kevin Richmind.” She leaned back relaxing in the chair as if to congratulate herself. The man quickly peered down to his jacket pocket to check if his name badge still hung from it, but no it was safely tucked within. Next his eyes darted to the girls computer screen which held his confidential profile.
“You see, I've been expecting you.” She watched her computer through his eyes. A smile crept up the forty two year old agents aged face. “Guess I shouldn't be surprised and I merely should of came to say.” He paused. “Welcome aboard.” He stood and left leaving only a card with an address and time. She planned every detail knowing that the ultimatum would be a job within the Secret Service, a job she eagerly accepted.

Who knows? he's a shape shifter XD he could look 10 if he wanted to, or 30.
Appearance:
In his standard Human form he generally appears about 6'2" and fairly slim in appearance, often dressed with loose or open cloths. In the other it varies, usually between and 6 and 6'6", he tends to use his human form when out in public, but loves to play around with his power quite frequently when he believes he's in a private place. He also has a fair number of forms that he has practiced with frequently enough to be considered 'common' for one reason or another, and went through a 'phase' of fascination with snakes obviously.

Certainly a Risky thing to include right up on the stage, But who would guess that it was real? Besides, he's known for being a little 'nuts' on stage and nobody would put it past him to wear an elaborately detailed fuzzy suit and stilts... He even had a suit made just so he could have evidence of it being fake if anyone got too nosey. He also has a black version for sneaky things at night.

I know it's a complicated one =3 but the picture's actual name is 'changes' and I think it represents his ability to change and how much more complicated it is that just saying 'oh i can shape shift'. XD
Abilities:
Limitless Shape shifting: not to be confused with perfect shape shifting. increasing the limits of this shape shifting must be earned through practice, trial and error, and design. 'technically' he can 'shift' physical damage back to undamaged flesh, but this can be rather difficult, it requires extra mass, such as a full stomach or lots of energy, as well as great focus, which is hard as fuck with a broken bone or a gunshot wound. I can explain more but it seemed that smaller CSes were proffered XD
Over his time since first arriving on earth he's collected a fair number of forms that he can call 'mastered' and able to shift into or from quickly, the only few he'll use when expecting the possibility of a public place being encountered soon.
He has a slew of other forms that he is 'working on' slowly over time, though there are quite a few that he can use safely now, not many are usable with a 'fast' degree.
He also has a number of various human disguises that he uses for different purposes, including playing the part of his own 'agent' at times, a fan of himself, or even a police officer.

'The Shadow is back', The headline on a big poster scattered about town, one famous young Rockstar who'd vanished [when he was found by Cira] has returned for a cross country reunion tour, though everyone really just knows of this as him returning to the spot light with a few old band members after returning to the light, In reality he was using it to collect sizeable chunks of cash to send back to Luna and the other Starchildren that remained on earth to make sure they could always maintain proper cover and supply the family quite easily. He developed new gimmicks for the shows he did, such as 'wearing a suit' on stage, or rapidly altering his voice to make it sound as though more people were singing than really were, something he dubbed 'self harmonization'.
He has for a while now been going between this 'life' and contact with the others to keep up to date on current events with everyone else and see if he would be needed for anything, also being careful to use considerably different coloration for his 'private matters' than for the stage gimmicks to avoid suspicion of connection.

Energy Absorption: By being in physical contact with an object, animate or inanimate, he can absorb it, breaking down the object to absorb any amount of energy within it. Though he can only absorb things by grabbing them.
Energy Manipulation: Once energy has been absorbed, Yuri is capable of using the energy in order to create barriers and weapons which glow a pale blue to a neon purple -the strongest he has achieved so far- depending on the amount of energy he has focused into it.
The Archon: A last resort in which he absorbs the energy of his own body, merging his own consciousness with raw energy. During that time his energy outputs will be at an all time high.
