This is a new RP i will be starting soon. The format is medieval. There is magic, but not to an overpowering extent. Magicians are able to bend the rules of the world slightly (ie gravity, light, speed) but not break them completely (creating fire, ice, raising undead etc.).

Nobody will start as a magician. All will start at a young age (if in the kingom, under 16. If of the new race, then under 24.)
If you start in the kingdom, you must be in the same place as my main character, in the arena. There won't be any fighting right away.

I need a very basic character sheet, as most of your characters abilities will be learned later on. the newer race is called the Chaktwa, they have no magical powers, but they're immortal and are slightly stronger and faster than humans.

I wont have a character sheet as my character will have major development and description in the opening post.

If I may speak my opinion, this is a very hollow OOC. It's missing a lot of elements an OOC should have.

Such as: What is the world the RP is set in (Yes, we know it's medieval, but how is it different from all the other medieval RP's out there?). What is the main story behind your RP (Like, why are there magicians? Why can no one start as a magician? Will people who become magicians be an important part of the story?). What are the "Chaktwa" and their origins? More importantly, what do the Chaktwa look like?

I'm not saying the idea should be scrapped, I'm just saying that it could use a little more work than this.
