Appearance with and without costume: He has a face that is easily forgettable which works for him when doing something sneaky. When not wearing his ccostume, he usually puts on disguises, often coloring his hair, eyes, using voice changers, changing clothes, etc.


Personality: sadistic and sardonic to the point where he tortures for fun. He has no qualms about killing anyone or anything (except salamanders) in horrific and splendorous ways. He is the embodiment of insanity as his killings seem to go with no purpose. But there is. He kills and terrorizes to show that villains are meant to be feared and shall not be stopped by the so called heroes of this world. he loves showy works of terrorism and doesn't mind blowing up a few schools or hospitals to get something done.

Ability/powers:
-Telportation (himself and objects)
-Reaping field (modified teleportation)- creates a field around his arms that rips away anything it touches. Can hold up till 5 seconds before shutting down and needs a few seconds to recharge
*Van is able to use reaping field to grab organs from a person's body without making incisions or cutting them.
-Enhanced vision (can see farther than regular humans without eqipment)
-Enhanced reflexes
Weakness:
-The drug Shine temporarily stops him from using his powers (He is addicted to it)
-Draining enough of his blood can prevent him from using his powers effectively
-entirely human (Except for blood) and can be killed by most means (If you can successfully hit him)
-Can only teleport objects roughly the weight and size of an adult elephant anything larger will cause savage migraines and even cause his brain to explode (Due to blue blood expanding in his brain)
-moving objects keep moving when teleported
-Van needs high concentration when using his powers at its limits

Bio:
He got his powers at the age of nine when aliens abducted and conducted experiments on his body. They used him since he hadd no problems killing things. THe aliens replaced his blood with a blue liquid. After being returned, he lost memories of the abducction and when he found he had powers the first thing he did was kill his parents. He then went killing more and more people. Sometimes for money and sometimes for fun. HE was Recruited by Crossbones and now works with the next generation of Villains.

Other:
-Doesn't like salamanders since they scare him (They resemble the aliens that experimented on him. Although he doesn't remember what happened, he can remember the pain he felt.)
-Shine makes him feel human as it negates all powers obtained from the blue blood. He usually locks himself in his bunkers before taking it. It also affects his psyche for a short time and makes him feel remorse, sadness, and guilt.
-The blue blood constantly expands when his powers are being used. This can be gradually reduced with training
