Halo 4: The Spartan IV Project RPG OOC thread

    The year is 2557...

Six months ago, an ancient evil had awakened. The Didact, the infamous Forerunner General responsible for the destruction of the ancient human race and the creator of the killing machines known as the Prometheans, had finally escaped his cage on the Forerunner Shield-Planet, Requiem, after eons of imprisonment. And in the brief time he was free, he had managed to unleash the deadly Composer in an attack on Earth, until he was defeated by the legendary Spartan supersoldier, the Master Chief, John-117.

Crucial to the Master Chief's victory, however, was the UNSC Infinity, the biggest, most advanced starship ever created by human technology to date, and aboard the UNSC Infinity, under the leadership of Captain Thomas Lasky, the next generation of humanity's protectors are hard at work, honing their skills in preparation of the next intergalactic threat.

    They are the SPARTAN-IV's.

Since the Master Chief's disappearance four years prior, the UNSC's Office of Naval Intelligence, more specifically Admiral Margaret Parangosky, had began production in creating a new Spartan Program. One that, like the original Spartan-I Program, "Project Orion", outfitted consenting adults for augmentation, as opposed to abducted children like the previous Spartan-II and III Programs, despite the previous generation Spartans' stellar results out in the field, John-117 included. Since then, hundreds of thousands of recruits underwent the augmentation procedures with great success and were outfitted with Generation 2 MJOLNIR Powered Combat Armor, created and designed by the Materials Group, as opposed to Dr. Catherine Halsey, the creator of all past iterations of the MJOLNIR armor, as well as the overseer of all previous Spartan Projects and the creator of the Infinity itself.

Since then, most Spartan-IV recruits were stationed on the Infinity, where they train in simulation firefights known as "War Games", earning ranks and access to newer, better equipment and armor modifications to customize their arsenals to their leisure, until deemed fit to operate in the field. From there, they partake in missions run by the Spartan Commanding Officer and fellow Spartan-IV, Commander Sarah Palmer. Usually missions that involve defeating Promethean or Covenant Remnant forces.

These are their stories, and it's up to YOU to tell them...

    Gamemaster: Blacklight

An Advanced Category RPG, the "Halo 4: The Spartan-IV Project" RPG is an RPG taking place after the events of Halo 4, and will be about the development and adventures of the SPARTAN-IV program and it's recruits and staff aboard the UNSC Infinity, drawing inspiration off of the Halo 4 Multiplayer modes, War Games and Spartan Ops. Applications for major name characters like the Master Chief, the Arbiter, Cortana, Captain Lasky and Spartans Sarah Palmer, Miller and Dalton, will NOT BE APPROVED, however, some may be used as NPCs and select minor characters are okay to apply for and may be approved. The focus, however, will be in playing your own original character (most likely a Spartan IV recruit) and crafting stories about their progression through the program and the enemies and journeys they will face on Requiem as well as the galaxy, other Halo and Ancient Forerunner installations and even planet Earth.

Players will have to fill out an application and be approved by the GM before they may post in the IC thread. This games is OPEN ENROLLMENT, and there is no limit to the number of players that can play at one time.

    RULES

    1. Original characters that exist in the Halo Universe are the primary focus of this game, so as such, they are of course allowed. DO NOT however, make a character that can do anything and defy reality like a diety or any other god-like beings, Forerunner and ancient humans included.

    2. As stated above, MAJOR characters will not be approved for gameplay, however, if it makes sense, some may appear in your stories as NPCs, and minor characters, including those appearing in Halo supplemental material (i.e. Halo novels, comics, series and spin-off games) may be approved.

    3. You are allowed a maximum of two characters, though one is preferred if you are new to Roleplaying.

    4. You must post at least once every two-three weeks (though it is preferred you post more) or your character will be up-for-grabs. Failure to post after a month will result in removal from the roster.

    5. PC's are not to be killed without permission. Nameless NPC's are fine, but PC's or important NPC's will require authorization. Don't do anything random, such as destroying the universe, either. Such behavior is frowned upon.

    6. Several storylines can be going on at once, in order to interact with other players. If a player's character does not want to be involved in another's storyline, they do not have to. Consultation and communication are the keys to a good PC-to-PC interaction.

    7. Try to avoid using name NPCs at the same time as other players, unless: A) Said posts take place at a different point in time. B) The dialogue is taking place via communications channels while the NPC is not present with PC characters. C) The NPC is being used simultaneously between yourself and another player in a collaborative effort. We want to avoid continuity errors and plot holes in this narrative. Communication is key, and if the character you wish to NPC is currently being used, try looking for another to use if possible.

    8. You can travel anywhere on Earth or off-planet, provided it is within your character's means. Time-travel is forbidden, unless approved by the Gamemaster and it makes sense within the confines of the universe.

    9. Be realistic with armor abilities, vehicles, weapons and ammunition. You do not have an unlimited supply of ammo or energy or fuel, so find creative ways to counteract this issue in the RPG. Unlike Halo 4, however, since this is a narrative and not a game, you can dual-wield weapons, but you will not be able to carry more than two weapons at a time (three in the case of dismounted Turrets and dual-wielding weapons).

    10. Respect the Gamemasters. If they make a request of you regarding the game, listen to them. Failure to adhere to GM or moderator requests will result in expulsion from the game.

    11. Be creative. Don't make your characters carbon copies of existing ones. Also, you are your character, so act like them. Create or portray their mannerisms, abilities, and ideals to how they have been established in the game. BE the character - do not, under any circumstances, play yourself as the character.

    12. All regular forum rules apply.

    13. And finally, the most important rule of all: Have fun. Never take the game too seriously, or you will have lost the point. Heated arguments between players can result in probation or infractions - do not ruin it for other players. It is only a game.

    SPECIALIZATIONS
Below is a list of active Specialization Classes in the Spartan-IV Program accessible through exceptional service and skill.

NOTE: For a Spartan-IV or other UNSC Asset to advance from the Infantry class to any of the other Specialization classes, an Entry Examination must be passed for entry into the branch. From there, a trainer will train assets and send them on missions with emphasis on utilizing their training in the Class. Once the Commanding Officer feels the asset has completed their training, they then must pass a Specialization Mastery Exam. Upon completion of this test, the asset will have completed the Class and may enlist in another Specilaization for further training.

Infantry ("Spartan-IV") - The default class for all Spartan-IV assets currently not enrolled in any Specializations.

Assassin ("Wetwork") - "Spartan optimization for stealth operations which focus on the elimination of an enemy target with the goal of leaving no tactical footprint behind." A Specialization dedicated to the covert elimination of high profile targets while leaving behind no trace.

Pilot ("Operator") - "Spartan optimization for the operation and control of a wide-range of vehicles, space, air, ground, and sea." A Specialization dedicated to aiding ground forces via piloting armed vehicles and transports.

Intelligence ("Pioneer") - "Spartan optimization for deployment into uncharted, hostile territory (such as uncolonized worlds or Forerunner Installations) for the purpose of gathering and relaying information." A Specialization class dedicated to acquiring intel on newly discovered planets, enemy forces and outposts.

Machines ("Engineer") - "Spartan optimization for the subversion, repair, and/or reconstitution of a wide range of technology, including Covenant and Forerunner complex networks." A Specialization dedicated to the repairs, usage and hacking of advanced tech, enemy or UNSC.

Specialist ("Tracker") - "Spartan optimization for long range target tracking [trans-continent and off-world]. particularly in scenarios where conventional tracking has failed or such a substantial time has passed that the trail has gone cold." A Specialization dedicated to tracking enemy forces through tough terrain.

Sniper ("Rogue") - "Spartan optimization for single-operative missions which require a Spartan to be deployed on their own for incredibly long durations of time, even years if required." A Specialization dedicated to embarking on solo mission that require great aim to eliminate all opposition.

Black Ops ("Stalker") - "Spartan optimization for target shadowing missions which require tactical invisibility despite operating at an extremely close range to the target itself." A Specialization dedicated to tailing enemies undetected and eliminating them to settle past transgressions and dismantle their squads.

Demolitions ("Pathfinder") - "Spartan optimization for deep, unconventional deployment within unknown enemy territory and with little to no assistance from Command." A Specialization dedicated to the use of heavy munitions and explosives to destroy enemy outposts, excavate, and all around demolish enemy infantries.

NOTE: Spartan-IV's that decide to complete all Specialization Examinations in each class will have completed the Program and receive the title of "Hyper-Lethal Vector", like Noble Six and the Master Chief before them. What they do upon completion of the Program will be up to them from that point forward.

UNSC INFINITY DATABASE ENTRY: SPARTAN-IV PROGRAM PERSONNEL FILE...

    2nd Lt Samuel Adams (Pilot)

    Screename: Draconis Nevyn

    Character Name: Samuel Adams

    Rank:
    Air Force: Second Lieutenant
    Army: Second Lieutenant
    Marine Corps: Second Lieutenant
    Navy: Ensign

History: Samuel was born into a family who had little involvement with the military. He was the only one of three boys with the desire and skill to join the military, and was driven by his lust for knowledge of vehicular technology, something he made sure to uncover as much of as possible. One day, in his early teens, this desire for knowledge let him to a Mongoose, left by a patrolling Marine, Samuel was able to start the vehicle and avoid capture for a short while until he was caught and reprimanded but not prosecuted. He eventually joined the Marines as a Pelican pilot when he was old enough but he now desired to learn all about the vehicles of the Covenant as well.

Samuel had always been an inquisitive soul, loving mechanics and engineering but will always prefer to fix a vehicle or ship over non-mounted weaponry. In his time with the Marines, Samuel showed significant prowess with vehicles, enough that he was granted a little insight into the technology of the Covenant vehicles. This is something he is still researching to this day in an attempt to fully understand the workings of the Covenant technologies.

Eventually Samuel was scouted by the Spartan IV program as a Vehicle specialist and pilot. He made good progress with the tests he was given, was found to be an intelligent and capable pilot and engineer, not one to crack under pressure. He was even found to be a decent shot with the new Forerunner weaponry. He now wishes to look into any other vehicular technologies he can find, just to fly them.

Samuel's current dream is to learn how to and to actually pilot a Scarab. Right now he is heading towards the Operator Specialisation.

Description and/or Picture of Character's Appearance:
    Head shot:

Samuel is 6'4" when outside his suit and 6'7" when he has his armour on. He is still basically a recruit into the program and as such has almost no scars. He does, however have a birthmark on his neck. He has the UNSC logo tattoo'd on his right shoulder and is relatively clean and fresh, though he isn't a complete rookie, he has a few small scars from previous encounters outside the Spartan program.

    Armour Type:
    Air Assault

    Primary Colour: Blue
    Secondary Colour: White

    Supporting Cast:

    Primary Loadout:
Primary: Z-250 Directed Energy Engagement Weapon aka "Light Rifle"
Secondary: M6H Personal Defence Weapon System aka "Magnum"
Grenade: M9 High-Explosive Dual-Purpose Grenade aka "Frag Grenade"

    Secondary Loadout:
Primary: Z-130 Directed Energy Automatic Weapon aka "Suppressor"
Secondary: Type-25 Directed Energy Rifle aka "Plasma Rifle"
Grenade: Z-040 Attenuation Field Generator aka "Pulse Grenade"

    Personal Ordnance:
First Ordinance Weapon: M45D Tactical Shotgun aka "Shotgun"
Second Ordinance Weapon: Type-1 Energy Weapon/Sword aka "Energy Sword"
    Power Boost Module: Overshield

Armour Modifications: Z-90 Photonic Coalescence Emitter/Aegis aka "Hardlight Shield"
Tactical Package: Shielding Package: Higher Shield-Recharge Rate
Support Upgrade: Awareness Upgrade - Enables Motion Tracker to be active while viewing through a weapon's scope

Preferred Pilot-able Vehicle: Samuel, being a pilot, is well versed in many of the vehicles offered by the Marine corps, and is currently learning the Covenant vehicular controls.

    Specialization: Infantry (heading for Operator)

What can you bring to this Game?: I have a rather extensive knowledge of Halo's techno-babble and mythos for someone who has not read any of the books. I have spent a lot of time on the Wiki reading backstories, synopsis and the like for all of the games and some of the books. I have also engaged in discussions on occasion with some members of RPG on the subject of Halo technologies, races and race histories. In addition I am also a fair and experienced roleplayer.

Sample Post: Samuel cursed to himself and threw down the console that was in his hand.

"Why can't I figure these damn engines?" He spoke to himself in anger as he stood from his chair and paced the room quickly. Spinning on his heel, he strode back to his console and picked it up. On the screen was a diagram of a Ghost's controls. The technology of this, being Forerunner in origin, made it very difficult to process exactly the ways in which the vehicle actually worked. Sighing, Samuel closed the console and placed it on the desk of his room, a clean place, though basically empty. He looked at his watch and saw that he was due on the firing range for target practice, the only thing he enjoyed almost as much as being behind the controls of a vehicle, plane, or even starship.
"I guess I should get ready then.." Samuel muttered as he walked towards his wardrobe and cast his mind back to the day in his youth when he had commandeered that Marine's Mongoose, grinning as he dressed.

After a couple of minutes, the man was finally dressed in his Air Assault armour, he took a few seconds to admire the colours before initiating his HUD. As his helmet lit up and his vitals appeared to the bottom of the screen, Samuel left the barracks and made his way down the corridor to the firing range, hailing other Spartans, ODST's and Marines alike as he went. Samuel, once he arrived at the firing range, was confronted by two Marines, nothing new, it was standard protocol.

"Halt, who goes there?" the first Marine enquired, soliciting an answer from Samuel, though they obviously already knew who he was, but he played along and removed his helmet.

"Spartan Four. Second Lieutenant Samuel Adams, Infantryman." He spoke authoratively, and yet was still subjected to having his eyeball photographed in order that they could make sure it was him. The datapad in the second Marine's hand, the one that had just taken the impression of his eye, beeped a few times and then showed his profile, with most of the information blanked out, as was usually the case for Spartan soldiers, even one as new as himself.

"You may pass, Sir." The Marine finally said, as he stepped to the side and left the way open for Samuel to make his way through. It wasn't the biggest range but it was perfect for a Spartan to practice some of their shooting skills, the best was to pit yourself against others in what were called "War games", battle simulations against the fellow Spartans, many higher, some lower, each of varying skills and abilities. Samuel walked calmly to his locker and opened it, taking out his first loadout of weapons: a Light Rifle, which was what it was nicknamed; a Magnum pistol and several grenades, though he left these in the locker. Closing the locker and turning around, he made his way towards the firing line and pulled the weapon up to his shoulder, aiming down the sight as he did so. He initiated the program and began firing, aiming to put several bolts of light through the targets before they hypothetically took him out. Eventually he left too much time in between shots, he hadn't reloaded tactically, and he was 'shot' by an enemy sniper.

"Damn" he cursed "I was so close.." as he popped the magazine from it's place and set the safety. He took his time returning to the locker and hoped he'd be able to fit some vehicle time in today, but in his heart he doubted it.

"A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams

Douglas Adams, genius of an author who is best known as the author of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which started life in 1978 as a BBC radio comedy before developing into a "trilogy" of five books that sold more than 15 million copies in his lifetime, a television series, several stage plays, comics, a computer game, and in 2005 a feature film. (according to Wikipedia anyway)

Kept my eye on this roleplay, and glad it finally is getting started. (NOT FINISHED)

    Screename:Ride TheNarwhal
Character Name (and military rank if applicable): ODST Lt. Colonel Laurence "Panda" Ray -Can be subject to change-
History (Origin/Backstory): Laurence, or Panda as he is commonly referred to, is a typical ODST. Shoot first, questions later. He's hardened, tough as nails from the horrors he's seen. He was born in the Outer Colonies, Eridanus II to be exact, so he's seen the Covenant horrors firsthand. Ever since the Covenant glassed his home planet he set his mind on joining the USNC and ending the war. Ever since, he's been angry at the world and never trusts anybody. Twelve years later, at the age of 18, he joined the USNC. He passed the program, but was warned that his passive aggressiveness would not be tolerated. He trained for three years and came fresh out the gates, to battle in the Battle of Actium. The need arose for a stealth specialist to go into uncharted territory, it was a suicide mission really. Panda volunteered, and ever since he's stuck to the role of scout. His scouting has earned him two purple hearts. His anger may not make him the best scout, but he's one of the best ONI Section III has seen in a long while.
Description and Or Picture of Said Character:

Laurence has a minor case of acute insomnia, depriving him of his sleep. Thus his friends coined him 'Panda' due to the dark circles under his eyes. He is often described as 'tough as nails.' What can you bring to this game? Well, I'm just a crazed Halo fan who has read all the books, played all the games (including spin offs), and wrote lots of halo FanFic. I know just about everything there is to know about Halo. But to be honest, I'm just here to have a good time. I can't guarantee I will be the best roleplayer this thread has seen, but I can guarantee that I will try. Although I am new to this site, I have learned the tricks and trade fairly quickly. Never judge a book by it's cover right?

Sample post: The Infinitus crawled ever so slowly out of the asteroid field, centimeter by centimeter. " I want Shaw-fujikawa drives online in five," shouted Colonel Lang. Sweat dribbled down his face. "With all due respect Colonel, as soon as those drive go live, a massive energy spike will show up on those Covenant readers," said Panda, "We'll be burnt to a crisp before we can make the jump to hyperspace." Lang shifted nervously in his seat. "It's our only chance. The frigates are scanning everything. In ten minutes they'll find us and incinerate us," said Lang. Panda glanced at the viewscreen. The Covenant frigates crowded the viewscreen because of sheer numbers. Their had to be at least a hundred frigates out there, searching what was left of the UNSC fleet. Their ship was deactivated to avoid immediate attention. What had happened? The battle was in their favor; they had the remaining survivors surrounded.
And then out of nowhere (hyperspace is likely), a fresh, new Covenant fleet surged into the battle.

The untold doom of the situation sunk in. There was nothing they could do but hope for the best.
"Sir! We're getting wild readings from the surrounding areas: Sector E-4 two clicks northbound, Sector R-2, and Sector K-7. Several incoming Covenant ships, coming out of hyperspace, thousands by the looks of it!"
    shouted a Crew Member.
"What in the 'bloody hell are they doing with more god damn ships?" asked Lang.
Thousands of ship emerged all at once, giving Panda a disorienting feeling. Missiles streaked across the sky, painting a trail of smoke. The two sets of Covenant ships fired at each other, several ships engulfed in fire.

"I don't know what the hell that is, but now's our chance to get the hell out of here."
Lang killed the shields, reverting full power to the Shaw-fujikawa drives. A covenant ship turned to face them.
"Damnit go faster!" cried Panda. Plasama streaked across the sky, and just before it connected, the ship flew into Hyperspace.
The reality sunk into Panda. The covenant were having a civil war.

UNSC INFINITY DATABASE ENTRY: SPARTAN-IV PROGRAM PERSONNEL FILE...

    Screename: Soulstrifer

Character Name : Master Sergeant Lily Fairchild -Rank Subject to change if need be. -

    History :

Lily's never been a very people social girl. She's always kind of done her own thing, even as a kid. She liked puzzles and sneaking around. When she did feel like playing with the other kids she was often only willing to play hide and seek, because she was good at the hiding part. She never would have really guessed it would come into play for her in the future. Lily is a hard headed person, get's it from her dad, and she can have a bit of an attitude that's gotten her in trouble on occasion. Over all the woman has worked hard to get where she is... and takes her job rather seriously.

She has a family history of military involvment. She was close to her older brother who joined up before her and who passed away a good four years after joining the military. She doesn't realy remember much before that, only getting little bits and pieces of it every once in a while. Nothing too unusual about home life before all the military stuff happened. She was raised with old beliefs that clung to Norwegian blood lines. Typical Military brat they moved around a lot and she didn't get much time to make solid bonds of friendship anywhere.

She had wanted to be an ODST, maybe a sniper or a stealth specialist. In her testing she made significant impact on the CO's and they bumped her up into the Spartan Program. She came through with flying colors.

    Description and/or Picture of Character's Appearance :

She is about 6'1''. She has steel grey eyes. Her hair is kept fairly short so it doesn't get tangled in her helmet . She has sturdy build and sleek muscles. She sports a few silvery scars from some rather nasty battles. The most prominent is one that starts on her left shoulder that wraps across her back to her right hip.
Besides that she has a few tattoos. A winged skull on her right rib with the word unbound under it, Thors hammer on her left shoulder. Her armor is muted colors. Greys and blacks and has been matted to keep from reflecting the sun.

    Supporting Cast:
    AI

    Name:
Affectionately called Vincent after her brother.

    Appearance:

Minor History and purpose: He was created on a base of a highly trained tactical assistant. With bits of coding that derive from a famous military snipe from way back and a load of coding from a black ops specialist. He was paired up with Lily the moment they were both cleared. They have been together since even though he's gone through a couple upgrades.

    Primary Loadout:
    M395 Designated Marksman Rifle.
    M6C/SOCOM
    M9 High-Explosive Dual-Purpose Grenade

    Secondary Loadout:
    BR85 Heavy Barrel Service Rifle
    M6H Personal Defense Weapon System
    M9/S High-Frequency Sound Emission Grenade

    Personal Ordnance :
    M363 Remote Projectile Detonator
    M45D Tactical Shotgun
    Speed Boost

    Armor Modifications :
    Z-2500 Automated Protection Drone
    Mobility Package
    Stealth Upgrade

    Preferred Pilot-able Vehicle :
    M274 Ultra-Light All-Terrain Vehicle

    When called for:
    UH-144 Falcon
    AV-14 Hornet

    Specialization :
    Assassin

What can you bring to this Game?:

A decent knowledge of the games and story universe. I am mostly just a fan that's eager to write and develop a character with others who are big Halo fans who might perhaps teach me something new in the way of writing!

    Sample Post :

Lily had volunteered to run Spec Ops with an ODST team that ran out of the base earlier that day. Splitting the rather large team into three, they covered the three crash sites. The run hadn't gone as well as she would have liked. On the return she had lost two of her soldiers in a fire fight with elite forces. She now found herself carrying an smaller woman. The heavily injured COM specialist had been one of the few survivors of the first Pelican that had been unable to get away on her own. With her pistol in her hand, the going was excruciatingly slow.

"Crow we have bogeys inbound, flanking to the right," one of her gunners called up to her.
    "Eyes open Gage," she replied.
"They don't see us," replied her scout.
"Keep it that way... we have to many injured with us to risk another fire fight," Lily stated.
The soldier on her back shifted uncomfortably with a groan. Lily reached up to hold her in place.
"Hold on, we are almost there," she topped the little rise in the road they were working down and she could see the base camp, " see ... almost there."
If she hadn't been wearing her armor she would have been able to feel the blood soaking into her shirt. As it were it was coating her matte grey and black armor. It left the surface slick and shiny.

Lily was rushing her way through this, almost at a run as she broke for home. Her squad kept in toe and the soldiers they had recovered were coming in hot on their heels. The sight of the tents and constant activity brought their moral up quite a bit and everyone seemed to get a new burst of energy.
"We remain undetected Crow, Covie is off radar," her scout replied as he came jogging up next to her.

Sure enough the red markers on her HUD were suddenly gone and she could see the number of friendlys increasing as they neared the base.
"Good... Gage I need you to get me a medic, I will have to report for debrief as soon as we break the lines," Lily replied to him.
She saw him nod and he dashed away ahead of them.

It took a little bit for the team to finally make the first row of tents but just as she had asked the medic was waiting next to the scout.
"We will take her from here Master Sergeant," the CMO stated as he reached out and carefully lifted the injured COM officer from Lily's back.
Free of the burden she had carried she turned and motioned at the rest of the ODST, " Get the injured to the medic tents and take all others to the mess hall to get some food in their systems."

She received multiple positive acknowledgments as she turned. Slowly the Spec Ops officer made her way back towards the center of the camp where the war marked warthog held the front of Major Campbell's tent. As she came around the bend she noticed three more 'hogs had been pulled up and parked and were being loaded down.

"Major Campbell SIR," she jerked into a firm salute.
" Master Sergeant Fairchild at ease," the Major stated, " report quickly."
"Crash site one is clear, we lost two ODST's in a fire fight. One survivor bled out before we got them back and I had to carry the COM Specialist back, other than that casualties are light. No reports from the other two teams yet sir," She stated as her visor flickered from solid black to clear so that he could see her eyes.

WARNING: Advanced Roleplayer. Prefers literate partners capable of posting at least a paragraph and a half if not more. Will not change the way I roleplay for others. I ask that you at least TRY, though quality is as good if not better than quantity if it is done well. Spelling isn't big but grammar and content is needed.

The people who have impressed me beyond belief considering they have never done advanced roleplay before.

Can we play as non Spartan characters or no? Either way I'm interested.
    Current RPs I'm Running:

Yup. Non-Spartan characters are definitely allowed, including Marines and ODST's.

What about AIs? I always thought they'd be cool...
    Current RPs I'm Running:

Sure. If the character sheet is done well enough, practically any character is allowed. Heck, I'll even accept applications for Elites and other alien characters if the app is good enough.

  10. #10
Applications are looking good so far. Just be sure to add all the missing sections and you'll be approved in no time.
