Power: Electromaster - A type of Psychokinesis also known as Electrokinesis, is the power to generate and manipulate electricity. Aside from generating and manipulating electricity, an Electromaster is said to able to sense all phenomenon related to his/her power. All electric fields from the surrounding nature, along with all magnetic and electromagnetic information are processed subconsciously whether they want to or not.

His eyes are blue though, not red. Bright blue with a turquoise hint.

Personality: Jake is a mystery. His demeanor is calm and he doesn’t make many words. He doesn’t show a whole lot of emotion, but it’s not that his face is expressionless; it is just more subtle and harder to read. In situations that produce a reaction from him he does show emotions, just not as open hearted as most people would. The vibe Jake gives off differs from situation to situation. But it can be said that first and foremost, Jake is a wanderer. The restlessness and calm curiosity of someone who spends his live traveling is all around him, and there is only the faintest sense of longing and melancholy that surrounds him.

Ah and yeah: White hair is strange xD You know how it is with Anime, you don't care about the weirdest haircolor after the first few episodes. But in this case, I was thinking people had "regular" hair color, so his hair sort of stands out a little.
