Hey guys! So those who haven't seen the original thread, this is based on this idea: http://roleplayerguild.com/showthrea...12#post8324712 I have never actually GM'ed a group RP before so bear with me.

I figured that the group trying to alter history has to date pretty far back if we want to get into some of the more ancient historical events too, I'm thinking some kind of secret society/corporation that is after wealth and power. The other side trying to stop them can be government agents or an opposing corporation. I'm still thinking up names for these two opposing groups. (Hey, I said I would work this out as I go, right?)

I haven't decided yet on the exact method of time travel, but right now I seem to be favouring a method where they use some kind of handheld electronics to move through time and across continents into the heat of different events. Also, if you die in the past you're dead in the present too. Injuries also carry over.

Your presence as a citizen from the future cannot be known, as this will very much stir up suspicion among the locals. Only those among your own group and among the opposing group know who you really are. This is largely a covert operation. The only hint of your origins you will be carrying is the actual time travel device itself. Lose or destroy that and you're trapped in the past forever.

Lastly, because this RP revolves largely around time travel and historical events I do expect some degree of knowledge of history, even if very very basic. Even if you were that kid in school who failed every history class but still know things such as who Julius Caesar or Adolf Hitler is then you'll be ok here.
