So yeah, not new. I actually joined four years ago today (I wonder how I managed that anniversary...) but I've been gone for so long that I didn't even recognize the forum. It yelled at me when I tried to register, said my email was already in use. Good thing I haven't changed that in awhile.
There's a few familiar faces still floating around, but for everyone else, nice t'meetcha!
I've kind of stagnated on my writing lately, so I thought I'd jump back into role-play as a fun way to exercise my muse. I was in Advanced way back when, so I'll probably drift back that way. I'm something of a grammar nazi, so I appreciate good writing ability. I like just about any incarnation of fantasy, and occasionally sci-fi (though not if I'll just get lost in techspeak.) I've been a GM, co-GM, and just a peon. A good chunk of the disk space on my laptop is filled with character ideas and half-formed plots. I've got the material to work with.
Now to put it to use.
You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me.
Just FYI, I'm military. That means I stand duty. Every 5th day I'm stuck on my ship for 24 hours. I can answer quick forum questions but I will not be writing long posts on my phone. That is all.
