I’m new here and looking for a partner for any one of the following ideas. Each story is denoted with whether a female or male lead is preferable. We can flesh out more details and discuss characters if there is any interest:

There is a caste of undesirable people known as “arcadans”, humans born with pitch-black eyes with elfin features. Persecuted and oppressed, few ever aspire to more than indentured servitude... or something more degrading.

A quiet orphanage on a run-down street is where one such arcadan girl called ‘home’. The mistress of the orphanage and her aides despised the girl and dreaded that they would never be rid of her. Until one day a man came by who wanted to skip the legal adoption process and whisk the girl away. A man with such power, influence, and capital to make it happen. Duke Fayda.
Yes, few arcadans ever aspired to more than indentured servitude. Few, but not all. There is one Arcadan that rose quickly in power and wealth to the point where he became the duke of one of the Core Worlds and CEO of the influential Dynamix corporation, the sole manufacturer of space-faring vessels. Fayda.
He took the girl away from her tormentors to his palatial estate to give her the happiest childhood he could. A childhood full of laughter and love, but a childhood of isolation. A childhood of training.
For what the girl could not know is her adoption was no gesture of kindness: a man in Fayda’s position never got there because of their heart of gold. He had a plan for the girl, a plan he had been grooming her for since the day she was adopted, a plan he would finally enact on her next birthday.

This story is a kind of mix of fantasy and science fiction: a world where ‘magic’ is possible through technology, and the female lead could be more easily clasified as an elf than human.
Fantasy: (M or F)
The land of Aester is one bathed in conflict. While the citizens in the kingdom live a quiet life far from the war that rages on, there is no mistake: it does rage.
The high priest of the Church of Hima, Goddess of Light, has had a fevered vision of a future bathed in thick darkness. The rise of forces thought long-dead. A final confrontation of darkness and light is on the horizon, and he has foreseen the only person capable of stopping it. He dispatches the church’s greatest champion to retrieve the fated person from his visions, and quickly it becomes apparent... maybe everything in this world is not quite as it seems.
Silent Hill: (F preferred)
A horror-style roleplay set in the resort town of Silent Hill. I won’t go into much detail about this one: if you are not a fan of the Silent Hill series, this would not be a good choice.
