It took abnormally long due to distractions. Sorry. It's a super-simple version of the index and so far has no rules as there are currently no rules that aren't obvious. I am going to try and update it whenever i can until it is good, but currently there isn't much info in the rp. I will add a country sheet in the near future but I want a few races first.

Thank you will have a cs as soon as possible. However it will not be up by tonight as I am on holiday skiing and I had an early flight this morning so I am very tired. Will try and get it done before a day has passed.
