Smackdown is USA network. Raw I can never remember exactly where it is aired. I watch most my stuff on SKY. They also have Main Event on iOn network (solid, short show to simply let their talent wrestle) and Saturday Night Slam on some kids show where they doe more kid friendly wrestling (aka less attacks to the head, more silly antics.).

The man swinging the Miz around? Antonio Cecaro. Possibly my new alltime favorite wrestler. He took bland, foreign heel schtick wwe wanted him in, and owned it. He possible the strongest man pound for pound.
