Personality:Kind, but when he's fighting he tends to be a dick sometimes. Although he will help his opponent sometimes like giving them water to drink.
History(optional): Fernando grew up pretty unusual. He was always beaten and was always told he was pathetic. One day Fernando had enough and trieed to stop his parents. At that time he had accidentally froze all the water inside he dad(Thus killing him) and boiled all the water inside his mom(Also dead). Fernando helped raised his younger two brothers. One day as they were heading home they had found Hiro begging for food. Suddenly he passed out. Fernando picked him up and took him home. Since then Fernando and Hiro were very close. Fernando's younger brothers don't really like Hiro being it meant less food for them.
Appearances: (Ok so con't get a pic right now but i'll describe as best as I can.) He is 5'11. Short brown hair that goes down to his hear. A little spiky, not so much though. Clean face. Wears a blue/purple striped shirt. Normal jeans. White skin color.
