Name: Aedin "Vallence" Demavend
Age: 18
Race: Human
Appearance: Here except hair is black.
Personality: Raised by a lord of an evil land, but not necessarily by an evil man, Aedin is very practical. He is observant, calculating, and direct. He doesn't approve of lying although he will on occasion bend the truth or omit details. He tries to come up with a plan of action before he takes action, but when needed has the ability to improvise. Usually if there's no reason for him to do anything, he won't do it. He respects those that earn it and often won't give his real name to strangers, using his alias "Vallence".
Magical Style: He specialized in manipulation of physical objects and basic energy.
Equipment: He carries a sword that his father said was his mother's, it's name is the Cutting Edge, and it was the only thing that she could leave behind.
History: Born in Angostos, Aedin was raised by a lord of an evil land: Karthus. He was trained in magic as soon as his father learned he had the capabilities for it. Not once did Aedin ever meet his mother, and father never spoke of her, but he was raised fairly and firmly. Father was never cruel or rude to him and always treated Aedin with respect. Father also has him learn the history of the universe as well as many other topics. Aedin never had any time to play, but rather enjoyed his time learning.
When he was sent to the University of Akadimia, Aedin was excited to begin. He did well and learned quickly having been taught the essentials by father and his tutor. The teachers liked him as a student, but he was too focused as a student to make many friends. He had a feeling recently that perhaps he ought to make some, considering he felt an impending feeling of something massive happening in his life.
Family History: Aedin's father is Lord Lavalus Demavend III, a minor lord of Karthus, a small city in the Valayan Empire of Angostos. He fell in love with an AnnMarie Talos of the Unity and took her away for a year. In their time together they had Aedin, but the Unity's higher class were in an uprage over her kidnapping and in order to prevent a costly war between the two lands, AnnMarie and Lavalus had to separate. In order to protect her from scandal, Lavalus kept Aedin to raise him, so hopefully he'd meet his mother in the future, however whenever Aedin brought up the topic of AnnMarie, Lavalus froze up and couldn't tell him anything about her.
Other: The only companion he's had since he joined the University has been his dragon, Vickers.

Dragon
Name: Vickers
Name of Owner: Aedin Demavend
Appearance:
Baby: About 18 inches long with black and silver scales. His wings are big enough he can glide, but definitely not strong enough to allow him to fly. The baby dragons here are a good example of what he looks like.
Adolescence: Hate to pull from a movie for example, but he'll look something like Toothless here.
Adult: See above photo but the adult one and same color scales as written.
Personality: Silent (for when he does learn to speak), Extremely curious, trickster
Magical Style: Transportation of physical goods (non-living material). This only pertains to sending said items away not summoning them.
Natural Abilities: Can teleport himself short distances (1 mile max at adulthood only 200ft as baby and 1/4 mile at adolescence).
Adolescence: Can send long range messages. (Range varies based on length of message Min 50 miles)
Adult: Can summon useful items, but the item has to come from somewhere so if directions aren't specific enough you might become responsible for stealing. The items that can be summoned are decided by weight and size as well as distance from the summoning point. Usually short swords are about the largest metal item that can be summoned. Ladders tall enough to climb a bookcase are about the largest wooden item that can be conjured. The average for everything else is somewhere in between those two as far as size is concerned.
