Once Again, Looking for an RP or two...

Hello, looking for a couple of one on ones. I got pretty wide interests and I'm up for almost anything, but there are a few things I require:

• Decent spelling. I'm sorry, but if a post is absolutely riddled with errors, it puts me off. I'm fine with the odd misspelling here and there (we all are human, after all), but if every other word is wrong, it really annoys me. Spell check is easy to use!
• I mainly do MxF. I much prefer to play the female, unless stated otherwise. I can be convinced for MxM, but the plot has to be good.
• I don't generally do mushy “love at first sight” romances. I don't have anything against romance or passion, but it needs time to develop.
• Your limits are my limits. Really, I'm up for near enough anything, but if you got any limits, I respect that. From soppy to dark and anything in between, it's all good. (ok, maybe not too soppy...)
• I prefer high-casual as the standard for an rp, but I can do casual or advanced as well.
• As far as frequency goes: A post every other day would be appreciated, but I understand if things get in the way/you get busy/whatever. A head's up when that happens would be nice, though.

Apart from that, I'm not very fussy. I like plotting things out, though. Don't come to me going “I want to do a “...” x “...” pairing, post and see where it goes.” I like to establish a plotline before starting the rp. This doesn't mean every single detail needs to be discussed before starting the roleplay, but I like to have a vague idea of where the story is going.

I like "unique" plots, things that generally haven't been done, or old plots with a bit of a twist.

I got a few plots here that I would like to do, but I'm open to creating new/other plots too. My favourite genres are modern and slight supernatural rps, but I will also do fantasy, apocalyptic, music/band and some others. You can always ask. 99% of the time I'd love to work on something new. So, you know. Don't be shy. Seriously. I love plotting.


A few ideas I offer:

The Kingdom of Norardur has always been renowned for its fierce Dragon Riders, warriors feared by any army. Atop of their ferocious dragons, they are certainly a force to be reckoned with, a force unmatched by any others land.*

Dragons are not easy to come by, for the creatures are rare and powerful, unwilling to submit to just anyone. Yet, certain humans manage to bond with these majestic creatures, allowing them to become as one. Together, they form a near enough unbeatable force.

But when the numbers of dragons start dwindling, and prominent riders mysteriously disappear, one rider man and their dragon go out on a quest to find out what is behind these disappearances. But, as they come nearer to finding the truth, they are discovered by the force behind it all, an evil warlock who attempts to kill the duo. His magic is deflected when the dragon attempts to save the master, but the creature is weakened, left vulnerable. And though the Warlock's magic cannot kill the creature, he succeeds in something else...

He succeeds in binding the dragon into a human form, severely weakening its power. Now, the once powerful and majestic beast is nothing but a frail human being, left to die in the middle of nowhere with the dragon Rider.

Still, even in the face of such adversity, the two are determined to gain revenge upon the warlock, to find and free the other dragons, and to end the curse bestowed upon them.*

But what will happen when human emotions stir where they should not? If an attraction forms that can not be? They had always been closely connected before, but never like this...*

For many years, it has been the same story told over and over again. The same old game, the same characters, endlessly repeating the same old quest. The gamers might be different, the struggles perhaps a bit easier or more difficult with their skills, but in the end, nothing truly changes.

Everybody knows their role, their place within the story. Everybody knows what will happen, knows their job, knows their fate.

So what happens when one character decides enough is enough?

For almost ten years, she has been the poor damsel, waiting to be saved by the handsome hero. Kidnapped by a vile monster of a villain, her sole role in the game is to wait and be rescued, to be whisked into the sunset for a happy ending. No more. She has had enough. Things are going to chance.

Why should she always be the one that needs saving? What if she saves herself? What if she wants to be the hero, or the villain?

I'm not entirely sure where to take it from there. She could form an alliance with the Villain (who perhaps is fed up being the bad guy, or who is only playing her to finally kill the hero for real), she could band together with NPC's, or there's the possibility of game-jumping.

It would need some working on, and we'd need a game to base it on, or we need to make our own game to work from.

Again, half-baked idea that needs some more plotting.

The ghost and the girl (alternatively, the Ghost and the Guy).

Moving into a whole new town on your own... it's pretty scary. Especially when you find out the house you've moved into is haunted. Someone's already living there, and they are not amongst the living, nor do they really want to move on. A roommate from beyond the grave.

Yet, it is all too well known: Spirits who linger in the human world after their death for too long, lose their humanity over time. They have to move on. They have to find Eternal Peace, or slowly, they will lose all that what made them human, turning them into demons, ghouls or poltergeists. An agreement is struck: The living will help the dead pass on.

But what if they grow closer as time passes? What if feelings start to develop between the living, and the dead? How can you let go, when you find new reasons to hang on? Is there any way to preserve humanity, or are they doomed to see the ghost decay into a monster, a shadow of their former self?

There might need to be some sort of agreement between the ghost and the living, for them to agree to helping each other out. Perhaps the ghost wants something to be done before he's willing to try and move on, or needs some sort of convincing.
