Quick question regarding religion: do the gods ever intervene in mortal affairs? For example, if my character was heavily affiliated with some form of religion and therefore a certain god, would said god ever assist my character in combat? I don't mean anything like smiting down his enemies, but perhaps if he paid the right sort of tribute he would be briefly granted strength/speed/endurance beyond what he is normally capable of.
It's not a major part of the character; just thought it could add an interesting twist if he is sporadically given a little boost.
As mentioned in the Int Check there are blessings in effect. You could work off that, however don't expect to be receiving a glorious boost to speed just when you need it. It would have to be more of a prep to balance it out.
No yeah I didn't plan on having anything major - it would be more psychological than anything else. It would be more of a prayer/ritual before going into battle that just makes his senses that little bit sharper, if anything.

Mmkay then its hard for me to find a character i have in the rogue section for this thread. Since i don' want a battle magic user, and women aren't allowed.
You can still be a male rogue. I'd expect someone small, light footed, easily blends in.
