A stallion galloped out of an allyway, he had no mane or tail. And was whimpering.

Gamble trotted out of the ally, smiling. "Aaah, I've gone soft." He said, hearing a voice he hadn't heard in awhile up above, Cousin!" Steerling yelled, landing beside Gamble and the two gave each other an honest hug, laughing. "Cousin Steerling! How're you doing, man?!" Gamble asked, excited. His cousin was like him; except more soft.

Steerling rubbed the back of his head, laughing. "Good, good... You got any leads? Captain Autumn is needing anything at this point." He replied, frowning as he pointed up at the easily visible Airship. Gamble shook his head. "Ding, that i do not. But! I did find this mare... Man, she had the most attractive attitude. I want to go find her... Maybe i should buy flowers~"

Steerling facehoofed. "For the love of Red-Eyed Lilly, you don't change, cus'." He commented, hovering in the air and giving a quick salute. "Well, i better go find SOMETHING. Wish me luck!" He said, bolting off. Gamble shrugged, waving. "Later, cousin!" He yelled, trotting off towards the market again. He had some flowers to buy.

"Ugh what is wrong with stallions these days," Dusk complained as she kicked her door shut to her apartment. She sighed and just shook her head as her eyes looked about her apartment for her pet, "star are you here boy?" She called out moving into her kitchen to put her things away, but she looked away a second while putting the celery stalks away and turned back to see one of the carrots gone missing. A smile turned on her snout and she giggled a little, "Star I know you're in here boy," she put everything else away and saw her pet black rabbit eating a carrot under the table. "Any mail for me boy?" When she asked the little bunny hopped away and came back with some pieces of mail, "thank you," grabbing them and placing them on the table. "Let's see nothing, nothing, nothing, oh I wonder what this is," with a slight tilt of her head wondering the letter marked 'to my dear sister.' She opened the letter up and went over it, she smiled big and was up on her hindquarters and kicking her front hooves in the air for excitement, "sister Cadence is inviting me to the crystal kingdom," yet another thing on the agenda to add.

"Star im heading out again, be back in a an hour and only eat the carrots if you're hungry," and moved out the front door again. Instead of down on the sidewalk Dusk was up in the air, seems like faster travel then walking, where she was going well to a local bar everyone seemed to hang out at. "Well here it is," pointing out as she landed out front, but when she tried to walk in she was stopped out front, "sorry miss no mares unless invited," she smiled sweetly and gave a few bats of her eyelashes, "not even for a pretty mare like me?" The stallion just shook his head and she scowled, "not working for you eh?" After a few minutes she trotted right in anyone that has seen the guard outside would find him out and quite beaten up. Some stallions were staring at her, but she also noticed another mare here so it was a good thing i suppose and sat up at the bar for a drink.

"So, what do ya think of the mare on the stage?" Blitz inquired to Frost as he snubbed the last of his cigar in an ashtray before ordering a drink. "Like I said, she's quite good for one her age." She replied downing the last of the drink she had ordered. "Any particular reason why?" She inquired back to him as the bartender brought him his drink. He rubbed his chin thoughtfully and took a swing of the alcohol before replying. "I was thinking about a business proposition fer her." He replied and took another drink of the alcohol. "Oh this should be good." Frost rolled her eyes in a sarcastic voice. "Let me guess. Your going to offer her a job at Cobalts lounge, aren't you?" He nodded in confirmation and she simply sighed. "What makes you think she's material for the place? Cobalt likes his mares older anyways." Blitz nearly choked on his drink and gave her a glare.

"Celestia Frost, not like that!" He said. "It pays well, and I know Cobalt will like her. She's almost as good as that mare Octavia that played there once." Frost merely rolled her eyes as her gaze fell upon another mare that had just entered, she was a pegasus, but that didn't stop her from staring a little. "Hehe...well do whatever you want, but it looks like this place has a tendency to attract attractive ponies. I'm going to go over and say hello." She giggled and left a few bits for her drink on the counter. Blitz rolled his eyes. Typical.

Frost trotted over to the pegasus mare with a friendly smile and took a seat next to her. "Hope you don't mind."
