Survival Games

Your head feels groggy and your body feels tense. You reach out with your hands to get a better grasp of where you lay. Your hands come upon dirt and grass, which don't immediately register inside your head. Instead, your eyes slowly open and you try to sit up. Your breath catches in your throat once you realize where apparently you fell asleep last night: a forest. Absentmindedly, you touch at yourself, making sure all your limbs are intact.

You feel fine, now that the grogginess has subsided, but you know something is wrong.

Turning to your left, you see a small pamphlet beside you. Hesitating for only a moment, you grab it and begin reading its contents...

SO, YOU'VE WOKEN UP IN AN UNFAMILIAR PLACE. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT MIGHT BE SIMPLER THAN YOU THINK!

Let's say you've set yourself up what I'd like to call the "Most Dangerous Game". Humans hunting humans. Humans killing humans. Assassins, convicts, high school students, the ordinary and/or strange have all been invited to kill for whatever elusive goal you've put in front of them. Perhaps you want to make a gripping reality show? Perhaps you want to send despair to all the world? Perhaps you want to make an example of the latest youth of today? Or maybe, just maybe, you want prove something.

Me? Well, I don't really care. I just do this for fun.

I can borrow from whatever I like. I can do whatever I like. This game is for my eyes only.

What exactly am I doing, you ask? That's up to me, you see, but let me give you some sort of idea.

Endless games mean endless entertainment. The rules and guidelines may change, but at the heart of it all will be one single idea: You all must kill each other. Every single time. Obviously, not everyone will survive, but that's why every game will bring in a new batch of people. Endless fun!

I can even be generous. What if you want to experience the fun even more? I can make that happen, even for you losers out there. A lottery will be held each cycle. The winner is revived to continue participating in the festivities. Isn't that amazing?

In this RP, different "death games" are played. Each set of games are different from the last, possibly containing wildly different rules even. The only constant is that all but one of our contestants will have to be killed/sacrificed before its all over. Unfortunately, no prize awaits the victor, as they are quickly dumped into the next cycles of games... However, a lottery will be held each cycle, allowing one or more of the losers to participate in the next game as well. How is that possible? Well, it's a mystery.

How this will be done is that deaths will be decided randomly. To ensure no one is knocked out too early and forced to wait around until the next cycle, everyone is encouraged to use two character, one of which will be ensured to live past the halfway point.

SO, if this gets interest, the ooc will elaborate how the first cycle will run and other itty gritty details!
