I went to my local hunting store (I don't hunt) and found some assorted jerky sticks.
I have now eaten:
Pheasant
Wild Boar
Buffalo
Alligator
Kangaroo
Elk
Deer
Wild Boar was my favorite. It was barbecue flavored, and was kind of sweet.

Buffalo is actually kind of bland.
Elk is tough as fuck.
Kangaroo was surprisingly good.
And the mild version of Alligator didn't have much taste.
No moose? I am disappoint.
There was none. Which is sort of surprising, now that I think about it. How're you gonna have fucking Kangaroo and Alligator and not Moose?

The brand is Buffalo Bob's.
apparently the Cajun Alligator is their most popular. I tried it, it was spicy as shit.
Looks like the only ones I didn't try were Duck, Ostrich, and Antelope.
I'm putting this on the list of things I must get.
