And what exactly is the plot? I've only played DW and Orochi 2, so I don't have a clue on the story of Orochi 3 :'D

This is not the same as Orochi 3 but it involves a demon who was ressurected, and a great eight headed dragon named Hydra. The demon armies have conquered the whole world, and at the start there's only a few officers left to fight the Hydra. This has a similar premise, only Rome is a major enemy, although the demon armies and Kyimora (I think that's the demon's name), is also an enemy as well, along with the Hydra of course.

The game begins with some Greek heroes defecting to the the player's side
