Name: Samus Aran
Franchise/Game: The Metroid Series (Metroid, Metroid II: Return of Samus, Super Metroid Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission, Metroid Prime Hunters, Metroid Prime 1-3, Metroid: Other M)
Bio: Samus was born on K-2L, an Earth colony. When she was young her home was invaded by a fleet of Space Pirates, lead by Ridley. Her home was destroyed and she was the sole survival. She was found by a group Chozo found her, and equiped her with her signature Power Suit (along with infusing her with some alien Chozo DNA) so that she could survive on their home planet, Zebes. There she trained until she was able to join the Federation Police. After an indecent in which Zebes was attacked by space pirates, Samus disappeared, becoming a top ranked bounty hunter, taking on missions thought to be imposable. She became so much of a mystery that the public often thought of her as a cyborg. Samus's missions often revolved around the space pirates and the metroids, a species created by the Chozo. The metroids leach off a persons life energy, leaving them unable to do anything.
Abilities: Samus is armored by the powerful Varia Suit, a high tech suit that enhances Samus's speed and power, along with giving her life support in otherwise lethal terain (underwater for example). Samus can morph into a small ball in which she can roll in and drop miniature bombs. Her hand cannon can fire energy shots, which Samus can charge to give increased strength. She can fire a plethora of other abilities and weaponry like her screw attack, which allows her to jump higher and deal damage mid jump to anything touching her, and the ability to fire rockets.
