Star Wars - The Old Republic RP

Since I'm rather new to the site, I want to start with something a little more concrete and already "prepared" if you will.

This RP won't involve the story of Star Wars at all - rather, I just want to take characters, places, etc. and create a new story. I'm even down for creating new characters from scratch or even other characters with your own twist.

I'd like the story to be set in the Old Republic era though, simply because it's the most interesting.

So it's kind of an alternate history Old Republic? I recently did an alternate history New Republic game of awesome using the Saga Edition books in a table top campaign. I have an idea for a character I'd love to play, so I'm definitely interested.

I too like this, I am not fond of the MMO, but much like the other, I loved Knights with a Passion, I have created stories for my Knights Characters, but I will not be using them, for I prefer another species.
