Don't let him get away! (Fast paced Cyberpunk Action RP)

Here is the OOC for Don't let him get away!

In the near, humanity will have created a surreal cyber world, where programs and programmers can create and live to their fullest desires. In this cyberworld lies a supernetwork of data that supports all of the physical world's electronic capabilities. However, the cyberworld is in danger. A dastardly man, a master programmer has stolen the core key codes that control the cyberworld, and now it is up to the Seekers to find him, delete him, and return the key codes to where they belong.

If you've read the above blurb, thats about the only story/plot you're gonna get from this RP. I'm not looking for some epically large scale campaign in which a group of runners track down a supervillian. No, I just want something quick and dirty and fast paced. There's no need for fancy story mumbo jumbo and backstory that you guys probably wouldn't pay that much attention to. There's the bad guy, me, and then there are the good guys, you. I'm the Runner, you guys are the Seekers. I run, you chase, simple as that. Catch me, and the game is up! This may or may not be fairly quick and there's no particular need for Character sheets.

As far as characters go, I just need a name, and picture.

As per the concept of the cyberworld, what makes the Seekers so powerful is their programming ability. This physically manifests in the ability to create/virtualize platforms or structures, weapons etc out of 'thin air'. As a master programmer baddie, I will have access to this ability as well. To catch me you will rely on your teammates and your own ingenuity to find a way to trap me and take me down. It won't be as simple as throwing walls all around me, because just as you will be able to destroy obstacles I put in your way, I will be able to destroy obstacles you put in my way.

Think of this as a very large game of cat and mouse with a twist.

I can't tell if Myke is standing on something or did an amazing job of timing a jump. I'd like to imagine it was a jump
    Neither, he is floating
I'm pretty sure he's just that tall
No he was on a table
I don't know.. Have you seen how tall he is?

    Rules of engagement: Civilians expendable.

You're going to have to give us a few limitations. Otherwise I can just teleport to you and explode your body with a Spartain Laser or something. No, I wasn't planning on doing that, but still. Are we in a city-sized area with buildings or is it infinite flat ground? Are we on foot, or can we make cyber motorcycles and stuff? I need a jumping-off point of some kind.

This may or may not be difficult to read because I'm typing on my phone. Alright the setting is a virtual urban landscape, and while you can create vehicles, I'm aiming for a parkour kind of chase. Anyway you have different level of programming codes:
Temporary codes: these are the weakest of codes, these codes can be used to aid in climbing anx are generally the type of code that are fired by small arms.
Level 1 codes: these codes are simple and can be created while moving. These are used to create weak cover and weak climbing spots, among other abilities. Most abilities are generally level 1 coding.
Level 2 codes: these are more powerful codes and cannot be used while moving. These codes cannot be destroyed by temporary codes and take a generous amount of 1st level codes to be destroyed.
And the list goes on... But you get the general idea

Clever. So it's like a maze without walls, then we make the walls. Good, parkour sounds more fun than making helicopters and stuff. I'm sort of with you on the codes...I'll wait for some other people to check in.

I'll play. Just a name and a pic, right? Cools. Also, I'm assuming that, we aren't suppose to catch you alive, right? Like, shoot to kill and what not.

You are trying to catch me alive, because I have stolen doo-hickey's with me, you can and are encouraged however, to shoot to maim/injure, and its not like a shot or two to the body are gonna outright kill me anyway, we're not lame old npcs

You arn't going to pull the rug out from under us, and at the end we figure out you have some big twist, right?

Just saying, I got a feeling this "Guy" isn't all that he says he is... >.>

No... lol, Its as simple as it sounds, this RP isn't supposed to be deep story-wise or character development-wise.

I just wanted a fast paced RP with mindless action, and since I couldn't find one i liked, I decided to make my own.
