So what is the Plot?

So this idea is based on an anime and so I thought I would use it outside the anime world. Anyway it is about a group of heroes who have powers which are called Next powers. The idea is from Tiger and Bunny, I have not finished watching all of it yet and I think I have three episodes left. Anyway these heroes are on TV and have a leader board, each thing they do gives them a certain number of points. I am not sure what the point system was so I will give an example. So a hero disarms and captures a crook without hurting them giving them 500 points, a citizen is saved and so you get 250 point and so on. At the end of a year a new champion is picked from the person with the highest points.

Basically the whole thing starts again and each hero is supposed by many businesses like Blue Rose in Tiger and Bunny is supposed by Pepsi. That is something they do but there is a plot other than just score points to be number one. A villain named the Judge is running about and he dishes his own sentences out as he acts as Judge, Jury and Executioner. He is not the only villain running around Lady Death, Sliver Spark, Madam Spiral and Sun Flare. The Judge needs to be stopped before all the people who are criminals are killed, heroes pervert crimes and killing is one even if the odd death does happen. The Judge has a league of evil with the mentioned villains in though they are just some of them.

Basically together the league of can stop the heroes in their tracks as they are dirty and will do anything to win and so one by one they must be taken down until only the Judge is left where he must be defeated for the deaths to stop. They have a TV show as well but only the underworld know of it and they have a point system and so far only the Judge has won and has so for the last 7 years.

Setting?

It will be a futurist setting of a place such as New York though I am thinking maybe we do this in Canada. Blimps are used more in the future and the cars are the same as todays but the bridges in and out of the city float and so are not touching anything. Most of the events happen at night though day time events happen as well. I will probably have the heroes go to a city that is in the ocean that is close to Canada from time to time as they place is targeted a lot.

What is Next?

Next is a power and it is something one is born with and not something one develops. Next powers can be anything such as super human strength, speed, the ability to generate ice, fire and other elements. The thing is you can only have one power as having more than one is rare. Another example of powers are like Tiger and Bunny where they get super strength and can jump higher and take more than anyone else but the power lasts for five minutes only and after that needs time to charge again before use. I am not 100% on this as it has been a while.

The Hero?

The heroes all have costumes with sponsors on them which is shown on TV a lot and is good for business. The hero can have their identity a secret or have it exposed like Bunny though you are more likely to be a target and your family also. The heroes work under a network who actually gives them the orders to move out and where. All the hero has to do is stop whatever is happening even if it is a small crime though bigger ones have more points. None of the heroes have the same powers except for Tiger and Bunny but we are not using them for this RP. They also each have their own manager.
