City of Dreams (female preferred, sounds creepy but I swear no sex)

I was inspired by a song to do this and I figured a 1x1 would be cool. Anyways let's get to it. So this won't make sense and an rp doesn't have to as far a I'm concerned. There will be a male and female with the powers to create whatever world they want in their imagination. No other humans will be involved though fantasy creatures and other things to interact with are cool. If you're lost let me make up a quick story as to what's going on.

Plot: Two young teens are plugged into a machine like the matrix I guess. The world is whatever they want it to be and they can change it whenever they want. The point of the experiment is to see what are the limits of the human imagination. Though the two experimenties won't know that they are part of an experiment once they go in. They will honestly believe that they are two special people, the only people, that can create entire worlds and change them to whatever they want. They are innocent, not corrupt so the worlds won't be dark at least not at first. They are simply trying to be happy and play around.

Essentially- This will start out as a fun play around rp and can grow into a serious story if the players so choose. Is anyone interested?
