Atlantis

Atlantis. Everyone knows about this great lost city. It was sunken under the sea over a million years ago by an un-known force. Most believe that all those in that city drowned, leaving it abandoned. But they were wrong.

The people in Atlantis held special powers, one of which being the power to breath underwater.

As time went by though, they felt as though their way of life was dying from being under the water too lond and blamed the king of Atlantis. Soon, going mad, the citizens took the child princess, telling the king that if he did not find a way to rise Atlantis back to the surface, they would kill the beautiful princess.

When the king could not find a way, the citizens did not return the princess, though, the princess being 'the citys greatest treasure', they did not have the heart to kill her.

Instead they sent her to the leader of the knights to him deal with her. The leader ordered his young son, who had power over a persons mind, to put the girl ito a deep sleep.

When she was asleep, they sent her a drift, into the open ocean, never to be seen from again.

....

Many years passed, and the young girl, having been asleep for a million years, awoke, now not a young girl anymore, but a teen now, and nor was she in the ocean anymore. She was in ahuman hospital with no memory of her former life.

The humans telling her she had been a drift and washed up on a shore, she believed it and soon melted into the human life, going to school and living as any human would. but still, she found she was different. She could do things that humans couldn't, and she had a great fear of water, her mind always filled with fears of sinking under the waves for some reason.

Now, the Atlantians, both from guilt, and from the fact that their power is slowly dying because of the kings recent death, must find the princess. They send the same boy who put her to sleep to find her, but when he brings her back to Altantis with him, can she find her own powers in time to save them before all their powers die and they drown?





I want to play the princess and need someone to play the prince. I have a way to make it a double up, but would perfer it to just be the boy and princess.
Here are some details.

-Atlantians powers come from the ruler. No ruler for a certain amount of time will slowly drain their powers until they are all gone.
-Each Atlantian has its own unique power. The only ones who have unlimited power is the pure bloods, who are, again, the royals.
-To identify a royal there is a special crystal. It will start glowing when near a royal and stop glowing once it makes phyical contact with them. Just imagine the crystals from the cartoon movie 'Atlantis the lost Empire' but instead of blue it changes colors depending on the mood of the royal. If it is completely black, that means the royal is dead.
-Each Atlantian has a marking somewhere on their body.
