Pokemon Pandemic

"Shut up."

A annoyed female voice echoed throughout a certain hotel room, as a fist promptly came and slapped a beeping alarm clock. The clock bounced and rolled on the grey carpeting, it's unbearable beeping soon coming to a satisfying halt. Silence filled the room as the female underneath the pearly white sheets tried to return to sleep. But, alas, such desirable slumbering would not be achieved by her physical body for another twelve or so hours. Sitting up, the female (known merely to her closest friends as "Saria") puffed out a strand of brunette hair on her face. Under much normal circumstances, she wouldn't act so hostile and cranky in the mornings.

But, every since that...accident, nothing in Sinnoh has been the same.

She remembered it fondly, the day her Umbreon and other pokemon changed into what could be best described as "Pokehumans". Pokemon that still retain their color and fur, yet are bipedal and human-like. It was a disturbing sight to say the least, and afterwards a lot of chaos erupted as normal society began to crumble into nothingness. Now, she was stuck in Jubilife City with the only possessions on her back being her pokemon and the only one she could really relate to is...well, Moonlight, her Umbreon that went under a massive change.

Wearing only a pink set of sleeping robes, the teenager strolled over out of her bedroom and into the living room. Looking to her left, she saw her Moonlight sleeping on the couch, which had a sort of "pull-out bed" system included within it. Crawling on the bed and sitting beside the sleeping creature, the much more frail female gently rocked his shoulders. "Hey, Moonlight, come on wake up." she cooed softly, wanting to get started with her day and hopefully figure out what to do in this city.

Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the largest city in Sinnoh, a pokemorph sat in pure silence in another similarly designed hotel room. This pokemorph was a Absol of some kind, and also a female considering the feminine form and general facial structure. She was merely known as "Serenity" by her trainer, and merely held thoughts of worry for the two. They had also fled to Jubilife once this had began, protecting one another and narrowly avoiding death everyday. It was a chaotic life to say the least, but a life that the Absol knew would be over for now anyways.

Looking back at her sleeping trainer, Serenity softly sighed and merely starred out at the dark skies of Sinnoh. This world was no longer about the balance of Pokemon and Humanity. It was about merely picking up the pieces from a once great time and trying to build again.

Moonlight moaned as Saria called for him. "Uhhh... Five more minutes mommy..." he said in pokemon. He sometimes lapsed back into it when talking. While all pokemorphs could and did speak human, it was still unnatural and uncomfortable for them to suddenly speak a new language. He tried to move as though he was still an umbreon but realized that wasn't happening. Yawning widely, he slowly opened his eye and streched out his body. "huh...?" he asked, his deep voice reverberating through him. "Oh... Morning Saria." he said and slowly got out of bed, nude as usual. He honestly didn't understand the concept of clothing. "Ready," He said yawning once again. "What's for breakfast?"

Anna meanwhile woke up slowly, rubbing her eyes. Serenity was watching over her and she smiled, meeting her red eyes. "Morning, dear." She said. "How are you?" Getting out of bed, she got up and hugged her Absol. "Were you watching over me all night?" I asked smiling. Giving her a peck on the cheek, I searched through my backpack looking for a pokeblock for her. "hungry?"

Saria rolled her eyes a little at her Umbreon, as he was kind of the lovable fool at times. A fool she personally raised, but then again she didn't intend for the creature to turn into a bipedal human wannabe. It made the two's relationship much variable in terms of how the two treated each other. Sure, Saria still loved and would probably cuddle her *little* Umbreon any day. Yet, she felt more like he was some little brother in a big, strong, oddly attractive body. Of course, there were other thoughts...but Saria wasn't worried about that. Sinnoh had enough problems for her to handle, she didn't need any drama floating around her.

"No your not silly. Get some pants on! I'll be cooking us some scrambled eggs and bacon, we'll eat quickly and move on to run some errands today." the flushed woman said, promptly opening up a nightstand and throwing a pair of boxers and pants at Moonlight. Rushing out of the living room, the teenager rubbed her temples and merely rolled her eyes.

What a crazy life I live.

"Perfectly f-fine, and y-yes I was." Serenity said, her voice prone to stuttering and the occasionally slip. Mainly due to the fact she was still adjusting to the new language, and her voice was one that was very off in her opinion. A mixture of deep and high-pitched, literally a paradox of voice pitches. The Absol knew it would settle in within time, but for now she mostly remained quiet as she didn't do much communicated expect with her trainer. Nuzzling her face and pecking her cheek as well, the pokemorph scrambled about and looked over her shoulder into her backpack.

"I'm n-not that hungry, Anna." the pokemorph explained, keeping a mainly straight face on as she fiddled with the white (similar to her fur funnily enough) undergarments she wore.

Moonlight looked down at himself, seeing nothing wrong. "Why do I have to wear those agian?" He asked. "They're really uncomfortable... and they'll get soaked if I get nervous..." he said reffering to his toxic, black tar-like sweat he produced when he was nervous. Sighing though, he put the garmets on anyways. Though no more then was absolutely necessary for him. Underwear and shorts. Even then, he grumbled a little at how itcy they made him and scratched at them. "What kind of errands?" he asked wondering if the people here were any nicer then in their last stop.

Anna frowned. "All right. Well, since you did so for me, go ahead. Get some shut eye." She said and stroked Serenity's horn. Anna knew she loved that. "and you sure? All right." She said, setting the block case away and hugged her. "Don't worry, I promise i'll watch over you." she said. Privitly, Anna always loved the idea of pokemorphs. She was also a closet lesbian. This seemed too good to be true, really. Still, she kept her opinions to herself. She still had yes to find the right girl for her though... But Serenity... Ahhh, she was so very attractive. In fact, last night, she had woken up from a rather... pleasant and realistic dream regarding Serenity with her thighs damp. Pulling back, she smiled though heard her stomach growl. Food would wait. She wanted to watch over her Absol.

"Because nobody wants to see your, err...well, you know Moony. It's just rude and makes you look like a fool if you don't wear anything." the brunette explained, rolling her eyes both physically and mentally. She knew these Pokemorphs didn't know any better about Human society and culture, but it was extremely frustrating trying to teach one that acted like a five-year-old sometimes. Despite this, Saria felt confident and drastically different every since the pokemon's transformation. She used to be so timid and meek, and over the past months she finally grew some basic social skills instead of being just some weird girl that likes nature.

Beginning to start up a fresh batch of your standard breakfast, the female looked behind her as she explained. "I've got run to the town hall today and see what I can do to help the rest of the survivors. You know this is probably the safest place in Sinnoh, and I really don't want us back into the wild again." Saria said grimly, knowing it wasn't exactly the grandest of times. Moonlight was there for her, sure, but Saria knew some wounds out there wouldn't heal. Cliche' phrase and all, but a phrase that perfectly defined her experiences in the midst of a decaying country.

The Absol beamed down at her trainer, bearing a faint smile etched on her face. A faint blush arose under her white cheeks feeling her horn being stroked as she winced a little. It was kind of funny considering the two's status as a pokemon and a trainer. Absols were generally known as prideful, powerful, and distrustful of Humans. Yet, Serenity knew she owed a debt to Anna that probably would never be repaid. A silent code of honor the feline was intent on keeping through. Hugging the smaller female, she nuzzled her and gave a small lick to her cheek. "Do not worry about me. Watch if you want to make sure." Serenity said in simple English, her skills improving as she strolled over to the bed.

Diving underneath the bed sheets and hugging her pillow, the creature soon began to fall into a deep slumber. Her tail occasionally twitched, a faint murmuring emitting from her as a simple nap was in place.

Moonlight chuckled. "I don't think me, or any other pokemon out there will ever understand what you humans see in clothing." He shook his head and tried to ignore the itching. "Sound good to me. I'll come with you and do what I can." He took some bites out of the breakfast and looked out of the hotel window towards the city. Everything was doing... well somewhat poorly. With all the chaos that happened lately, it was in surprisingly good shape all things considered. He looked away from the brightness and put on his sunglasses. "Ahhh... that's better." As a nocturnal pokemon, he couldn't stand extremely bright lights, sunlight included. "Well, I suppose I'm ready." he said yawning a little. "By the way, I know this is important, but how come we can't do this at night?" he asked, drinking some coffee to help wake him up.

Anna smiled and kissed Serenity on the lips before pulling back and watching Serenity sleep. Pulling a blanket over, she sighed and went off to the bathroom for some 'alone time'.

Finished eating, Saria was frantically busy making sure she had proper clothes and equipment. Being a bit cold out in Sinnoh, the female obviously wasn't going to wear some shorty shorts or sleeveless shirts of any kind. In fact, she wore a quite fitting, but attractive outfit to say the least. A pair of red, large boots with black leggings, top that off with a black button-up jacket and a red trainer cap. Why, if it wasn't for the apocalypse happening and all, Saria would look like your average, winter-styled Pokemon Trainer.

Approaching her Moonlight, the female looked him over and occasionally dusted his shoulders off and fixed what she assume was hair now. That or simply overgrown fur, either of the which she was going to have her Pokemorph at the very least look presentable.

"You know I'm not great at staying up, Moony. Heck, I've been having trouble having sleep lately, probably just that stupid bed." the brunette complained a little, murmuring as she sighed heavily. "Besides, I rather just get it over with and help with the city as much as I can. You sure your ready?" Saria said, revealing parts of her former, more kind and loving self. A self which was heavily involved in the beauty and power of nature. A self that, because of the destruction brought to Sinnoh, would most likely never see the light of day again.

Serenity's slumber was, to be summed as simplistically as possible, okay. It wasn't a pleasant, however it wasn't a terrifying nightmare either. From what she could remember all of her dream consisted was this odd, limbo-like world. The world was shrouded in darkness, and not a single living creature uttered a sound by herself. Absols often could feel when danger was about to come, but never something so...off like this. It confused Serenity greatly, and wondered if the dream was to symbolize something to come.

Awakening dramatically, the Absol let out a faint growl, still wearing her basic underwear. Looking at the bathroom, she was tempted to go in, but instead hesitated when she noticed that Anna was doing her business in there. Or, well, that's what the Absol thought anyways. Walking into the living room, she flopped on the couch, stretching and realizing how small it was. Being naturally taller and stronger than humans brought some disadvantages, one minor one was that she had to awkwardly lay or sit down on beds, chairs, and sofas.

Humming a soft melody, Serenity just waited for time to pass and simply relaxed body in silence.

Moonlight nodded. "A little sleepy, but I can still do the work. I suppose." He said, yawning. "Although, the thing is, you're not good with staying up, yet you were awake when I grew up." He teased, reffering to the evolution he went through. "Still, I'm ready. I don't need a whole lot, really." He yawned. "Still tired though..." He complained but was ready to follow his trainer. Rubbing his red eyes, he resisted the urge to fall asleep. He tried to swat Saria away, but he was to tired so he settled for giving her a look until she stopped. That done, he followed his trainer, ready for the day, closely. Some might say a little to close, but he was only walking as close as he used to as a pokemon, playfully walking by her heels. Well playfully might be to strong a word considering he wasn't awake really. "This... Coffee things... Do you think I can have some?"

Anna finished what she was doing, her orgasm suprisingly quite as she bit her lip. panting happily, she flushed the toilet and washed up. That done, she smiled and opened the door. "Oh! Serenity, I didn't know you were up. How'd you sleep?" She asked and smiled, stroking behind her ears. "Still, glad to see you're up. Wanna get moving?" She offered.

Saria rolled her eyes, not wanting to playfully argue with Moonlight about her and staying up during the evolution. Those were much different times back then, and she never expected her little Moony to be a talking, walking bipedal humanoid. Boy, the day she saw him flopped beside her was quite the episode of the two interacting and ensuring that reality itself hadn't collapsed between the two. Continuing her voyage through the town, the brunette faintly smiled as she feel her Pokemorph walking playfully by her heels and faintly giggled. "You know you can walk like a human if you want...and I guess some coffee would do you good. Just, not a lot of it." the trainer reassured, not wanting Moonlight to be bouncing off the walls and such.

Turning a corner on one of the fairly quiet streets, it gave off this eerie feeling as guards of the city patrolled with careful eyes. A few glares were pointed at the petite brunette for having a Pokemorph by her side still. But, she ignored them and continued onwards to any local coffee cafes she could find.

Serenity felt her ears being scratched, giving her trainer that very suspicious look as she raised a eyebrow. Distracted with the feeling of her ears being scratched, the Absol arose on her feet as she thought briefly. "Give me a moment to change into clothing, I don't want to walk half nude around you humans. I know how you view nudity as...well, a bit with shame honestly." she stated, being more accustomed to human culture and society more than other Pokemorphs. She did learn quick, mainly due to the fact she had to protect her trainer.

Gathering basic blue pants and a red sweatshirt, the Absol threw it on as she turned her attention back to the teenager with dyed hair. "Do you want to eat here or find a cafe to grab breakfast in?" the Absol softly asked, standing by her side and briefly one-arm hugging Anna.

Moonlight nodded and stood up. "It feels more comfortable like this anyways," he said. "And yes, that sounds wonderful. Finding some coffee and watching as Saria pay for it and smiled, taking it in his hand/paws. It was hot, but then again, he had taken flamethrowers and fireblasts. Fortunitly, being a pokemon, he didn't have any battle scars. Pokemon bodies were tougher then a human's and the pokemon generally held back when fighting. Only when he was in a fight with prehistoric creatures did he have cause for alarm. Instead, he sipped it, wincing at the hotness as he drank it. "Ahhh... hot... But good." He said and slowly sipped it down. as the caffine went through his system, he felt more and more awake. "All right!" He said yawning one last time. The humans irritated him, but he did his best to ignore them. He gave a growl to them, hoping that would make them back off.

"Ohhh, look. It thinks that it's still a pokemon!" One of the people said smiling and flanking him. "Hey lady, why do you keep this thing around? We'll take him off your hands." One was already reaching for her to get her away from the umbreon.

"All right," Anna said and looked at Serenity and smiled, even though she wanted nothing more then to see her naked. Still, she nodded and smiled taking her in a hug. "Might as well go out. It looks like a lovely day. I don't want to spend it all inside." She said. Heading outside, she let her head rest aginst her Absol's shoulder, marveling at the fur and the thick mane she had.

Anna smiled looked around. A pair of pokemorphs, Aerodactyl ones to be exact, were being beaten with lead pipes by a street gang. One of them was mostly shrugging off the blows and protecting the other, but even he wasn't stopping everything. "Serenity...?" Anna asked looking at the cruel humans. "We can't just let them do that..."
