The Paladins of Caelum Academy OOC
There's an academy, in the kingdom of Arx, for paladins. Paladins are half-way between priests and knights, with some paladins leaning more towards the knightly side and some more towards the priestly side. They use a combination of Holy Spells and Sacred Weapons to defeat the demons of the void, and protect the world from evil. The students of Caelum Academy are training to become paladins, and are preparing for the seemingly inevitable war with the kingdom of Nihilus, a kingdom whose wizards openly practice demon conjuring.
The religion of this setting is largely focused on stone imagery. The Law, the divine-written rules by which all people are meant to live, is written upon an enormous stone obelisk that supposedly rose out of the earth eons ago. Heaven is believed to be deep underground, protected by a layer of liquid stone (magma) that only good souls may pass through. Angels are believed to be beings made of crystal. Golems of stone are a common creation of paladins, and God can be spoken through via statues made of stone. Paladins' weapons are made of diamond. Basically, priests forge the weapons out of coal and then cast spells to turn the coal into diamonds. Demons are believed to come from the sky, particularly outer-space, and the sun is believed to be a mass of liquid stone that is meant to ward them off. Demons are creatures of "The Void," and are weak to weapons made of stone, especially diamonds.
Players would play as students and professors at the Academy, though I encourage everyone to also play as students at the demon conjuring academy.

Spells Known:Judgement(Casts a holy bolt onto a foe.) Divine Ferver (Body Fills with holy light and he moves faster and takes less damage) Minor healing spells.

Bio: Azheran never was interested in the courtly duties of someone of his stature. He always preferred to be out with the guard training. When his father saw his interest in combat he had a sword and shield custom ordered for his son so that he could train better. As he grew up he learned how to wield multiple weapons such as maces, hammers, and throw knives. He always preferred his broadsword though and he always keeps knives hanging around his belt. Once he hit adulthood he went out on patrols with the guard. Gaining small amounts of battle knowledge. Once his family learned of the Paladin Academy they sent off immediately to get him enrolled.
We got our first paladin! Awesome! And cool character, man.

-Keys of Iris, a magical relic from the deserts of the east. When a key is thrown, it travels straight, and 10 meters from the thrower, a door appears and opens to another location. The door only stays open for a short amount of time. After thrown, the key reappears onto the key ring. The key ring is gold, the keys, numbering about 15, themselves are gold, emblazoned with red, orange or silver runes and gems. Each key is 'alive', as it does react to how the user treats them, the key may choose to open a door, or not. It may choose to open a door to a location not wanted. The Keys get tired, they get sleepy, they require sustenance, in the form of a fire's light. They cannot speak. However the user can 'feel' how they feel.
-Salamanders Sight, Thermal Vision.
-Salamander's Knight, armor and weapons made of fire. Xander can mix and match this spell. As of right now, Xander can only create and sustain only two pieces of armor or weapons.
-Firebolt, a simple bolt of fire. Similar to an arrow.
Social Class: Commoner
Alexander was born in the deserts, where he was orphaned by a group of marauders, who actually adopted him into their group. He grew up as one of them, roaming the deserts, raiding cities and villages. He was then given a quest by his group, a task he was to do when he came of age. He was to travel to the volcanic lands north of the deserts, slay a Fire Elemental, and bring back the ruby firestone heart of one. Instead of encountering a ferocious Fire Elemental, he found a shy, kind hearted one. She convinced him to leave his Marauder band and to become an adventurer. Convinced, Xander replied, "Why not?"

-Injury Transfer, the transfer of injuries and sicknesses from the victim to Sacrier. As a Fire Elemental, things like sword slashes have no effect on her, but poisons, sicknesses and similar do.
-Firebolt, a bolt of fire, similar to an arrow.
-Fireball, a ball of fire, size, temperature and speed varies.
-Firewall, a wall of fire, often as a shield. Size, length, width and temperature varies.
-Snap, a small explosion of fire.
-Salamander's Knight, armor and weapons made of fire. Sacrier is able to summon and sustain all armor components of The Salamander, and a single weapon.
-Nova, a single massive explosion of fire, with Sacrier being the center of it. This is almost suicidal to do, as it has a very low survival rate.
Social Class: N/A
Sacrier can change her form and size at will. She has no real standard appearance, as she can change her appearance at will. She is usually in a very small form, hidden from sight. She's shy.
