Hi guys.

I'm cravin' a perhaps darker-themed roleplay centered on these themes of horror and sadness, except not like your typical sadness and horror. I'm talking 'bout like that kind of horror and sadness and hopelessness that just makes your skin crawl, that makes you stop and think about how lucky you are...

Have you ever read Lord of the Flies? It's that kind of feeling at the end of the book when all traces of order are lost and the boys chase Ralph in a frenzy with bloodlust and at the last moment, the naval officer comes and saves and they all break into tears.

Or have you ever watched A Haunting? It's that moment when the bishop is performing a exorcism and some evil entity attacks him.

Or perhaps, you may have had a dream where you're being chased. You don't know who is chasing you, or why, or where you going, but all you know is that you're scared. But your steps seem slow and sluggish and it becomes an effort just to hang onto one thought at a time; tears begin streaming down your eyes and your sleeping form breaks into a cold sweat as you loose all sense of hope and sanity.

I want to create a roleplay that embodies those feelings.

Now, I assure you, I'm a (mostly) normal person. I'm not some kind of person who gets weird sexual pleasure from sad and scary themes. ...Not that there's anything wrong with that, ahem, but yeah. Can't blame a guy for craving something different.

Well, I actually don't have any ideas set in stone. I'm all ears for ideas though. Please. I'll also post new posts with ideas if and when they come to mind.
